SurveySparrow helps me Get the Best Result from My Survey
What do you like best about the product?
I love the conversational interface that enables my customers to relate positively with my survey, SurveySparrow is a Survey Tool That Actually Relates with Survey Participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using SurveySparrow, I have never had any regret, since it has been very helpful to my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SurveySparrow I get to know how my business is doing in relation to how my customers feel, as SurveySparrow enables me to know what my customers think about my business and what changes they want me to adopt.

Will need to explore more to determine if something is off.

1) Ensuring survey results can be seen real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you are able to customize so many things! We are a design firm and really needed something beautiful that we could use for our clients. I was also able to integrate it with so many other softwares I use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still trying to figure out the best way to use the "free" profile instead of upgrading since we will not be using the survey very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are closing the gap on our client testimonial system! SurveySparrow is making it easy for us to collect responses from our most valuable clients.

Smooth, easy transitions, the design could be improved but functionality is 100% amazing.

The UI could improve a little but the founders assured me that they are working on that. :)

It has most of our needed functionalities and, if they have not, they make their best to launch it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a lack of some functionalities critical for us. It's quite annoying to have all responses without name or email if you don't download as csv.
On the other hand, they don't have a direct integration with Salesforce, which would help us a lot.

It allows us to improve our relationship with our customers. We are using SurveySparrow to manage our pre-sales activities, our qualification process and, eventually, our post-sales journey.

This makes it easy to manage communication with your team members as well as clients and customers. When faced with any issue, there is a customer support that will try to address the problem. Within few minutes, you have a survey campaign ready that you can integrate with your website, share on social media, email. You can make survey a part of your email marketing. Starting from free plan,more functionalities are added with Basic, Premium, Business, and Enterprise.
The customer support over the chat is amazing. I was facing a problem since the form was not responsive on my WordPress site. Hina solved the problem within 10 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is always a room for improvement and better responsiveness with all devices can be still achieved by default. This is despite the fact that in case you do face problem, just get in touch over the chat/email/chat, and I am sure the issue will be sorted regarding responsiveness.

the way they have designed the survey pattern and let us customize in our own way. Along with that it gives us an option to analyse the result and extract the data and share it on social media so its a one step solution for all your needs and getting genuine and more authenticity to your questions.

theres nothing at the moment that i disliked. so try it and you gonna like it.

I love the conversational, informal tone of the questions. They're super quick and easy to fill out.

I wish we could have the choice of more interactive question formats.

I've used them in a previous role to carry out employee surveys in an easy, friendly way that aren't the typical HR questionnaires.
