Great way to connect with customers
What do you like best about the product?
The interface makes it easy for customers to interact and share what they want to share.

The themes for the conversations could use more layouts.

We use this for everything related to connecting with customers. If we need to ask them a question, this is what we use. If we need to share latest news, this is what we use. It's a useful tool.

The customer support is truly one of the best.

I would say they can do better when it comes to pricing the service.

The tool is great to get customer insights which can be used to improve products and services. We live in times where the customer should be at the center of every decision to keep a company alive.

What do you like best about the product?
What i personal like about this company is there service, this company offers a very great product for those who are aware of the massive growth opportunities that survey's like this company offers is vital to any individual who owns a business. survey sparrow is a leading brand in this fast paced and highly recommend growing industry. I work within the E-sports industry, and i have personally advertised this companies product to my fans, i know that this type of service in desperately needed with esport since there's a lot of people who have trouble finding information about their brands or organizations and i have recommended that any gaming or non gaming organization that is looking for a cutting edge software that could help boost your company's sales, growth, advertising, and most importantly your ability to find who supports your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't dislike anything about this companies product i actually think there product is a very under-rated service that a lot over look i personally think that this company has a very unique and useful service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ever since I started working with survey sparrow, i have found it to be very useful and a unique product they offer you basically everything that you would need to build a successful business and the opportunity to make sure that your business can out match your competitors and build your brand to new heights.

I love the different options they have to send surveys, chat survey.

That they don't have costumer service during the weekends.

Great suvery tool. Easy to understand and to use.

The type of questions should not be limited by pay grade. There are lots of services that are already charged for for those grades

Modern solution for surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Sleek design and responsive interface and user friendly forms. These essentially make up a survey more fillable and enjoyable to fill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does Not work without Javascript enabled. There are people who live on mobile data and such people don't prefer sites with JS.

Surveys are now easier to create, fun to fill and response are well received.

While looking for a service through to help build our consultation questionnaire, I had originally found Typeform, but found their rates to be far too high for our startup. I was honestly about to pay for it before I allowed doubt to take hold of the situation and did my due diligence just to see if I could find a more fiscally responsible alternative. Enter: SurveySparrow. Their intuitive interface, low rates and trial offer sold me immediately. Thank you so much for helping business like mine streamline the data recon portion of our account intake

The way I was able to selectively determine the impact of each variable against every other one individually was awesome.

I think the surveysparrow team is awesome, if there's Customer support over the week end, it make things a lot more beautiful.

Survey Sparrow convenience at its best
What do you like best about the product?
It is not easy collecting data and information from total strangers and yet this is what is required for creating any strategy be it a marketing or up-scaling data. The answer then comes in the form of a very savvy team on Survey Sparrow where I get to create all my questions and where people get to answer easily and conveniently in just a few minutes- across the globe!
What do you dislike about the product?
One only get's to know about Survey Sparrow when they have had the privilege to participate in one. They should be a more in your face kind of company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a publicist and marketing consultant, I also work with various not-for profit organizations in getting to the bottom of community focused challenges. Survey Sparrow has enabled me to gather all that information candidly and quickly and as a participating respondent, I find Survey Sparrow very convenient so that I never feel like my time is being wasted.

Go for it; it will make your surveys more manageable and convenient, minus the hassle and time consumption factor!
