User-friendly survey
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly. Can be used anywhere. It's UI is very good

I dislike that I do not use it as much. Also, I would recommend the data be presented per "survey submitted". I know this isn't always needed. Perhaps an option for that could be cool.

Offline Surveys Worked
What do you like best about the product?
Offline features worked well... was able to take our survey into a trade hall where wifi was not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big... it worked and was easy to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to use a survey to take signups for an email list in a trade hall with no internet... surveysparrow worked.
SurveySparrow is great
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I could choose which questions to display to a respondent depending on what their previous answer was. E.g if they answered 'yes' the next question could be different to if they'd answered 'no'.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not dislike anything. Everything I needed was available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SurveySparrow I am able to validate theories and gather useful data.

SurveySparrow is easy to use and the support team is always ready to help if you have any questions.

We are so pleased with the tool and are looking forward to improving business practices and the customer experience
Good, but a few frustrations.
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you had too many multiple choice answers to select from not all were visible to the user and there was no way to scroll to see everything.

I tried to use Survey Sparrow to do market research. I ended up using a competitor though.
User friendly and great free features!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using survey sparrow for work-related surveys. It is very user friendly and easy to send out, and there are lots of options and offerings for the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to export results into a spreadsheet for free!

No problems; benefits are free options and user-friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can actually have a conversation with your customers without having a conversation with your customers. Best online survey software around.

That I never heard of it before now. Really a great product.

so simple to set up and push out. We use it via sms and mobile

Nothing springs to mind, its fairly simple so thats what we like about it
