Great survey tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Innovative and fresh design. Great customer service ++++ And about half the price of survey monkey.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a minute to figure out each of the question modules. But once you learn them it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found this to be a great way to do nice interactive surveys without breaking our budget.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very simple and intuitive, Our employees and clients have both appreciated this on multiple occasions. Adoption to this new tool was also quick which helped us get better insights into our engagements now. The dashboards and reports are pretty detailed too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the time that we have started using this, havent come across any issues which would fall under the dislike category

We use this for employees internally as well as for clients based on the engagement to achieve various other business needs primarily for process feedbacks and surveys etc.

It’s more expensive than it should be...

Taking feedback from customers was tough for us. It made he situation easier for us to get people to fill the forms.

Just like SurveyMonkey, but more reasonably priced.

Survey Sparrow is just like survey monkey, but reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stood out to me that I disliked. What is important to me is the ability to enter survey questions quickly. Also, I created my survey in Survey Monkey first, but then when they tried to charge me a lot, I had to find an alternative. SO maybe if there is a way to import my questions from Survey Monkey automatically would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to validate a concept idea and that I have been able to with Survey SParrow.
Overall good quality and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it was to create and manage a survey. Especially how I can share the same survey multiple times without having to create a duplicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minimal features that would be nice to add on individually versus having to to purchase a package with includes unnecessary features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to see our customers honest experience on our process and realizing it is easier for them to express themselves in this platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to check it out and take advantage of the trial period, Completely worth it! They have so many options which to some can seem overwhelming but if your ever not sure of something the support team is so easy to speak to and so quick to help.

its is the most faithful survey service in terms of opportunities. it has a daily production system that work automatically. its easy to learn and confortable interface format that helps familiarize with the activities and options available. in addtition is an indispensable tool for the collection of productos and opinions of costumers.

the only disadvavantage i found was the limitations regarding the chat system. not being able to share sereral people with information block in addition to the need to log without a continous registration system.

surveysparrow allow me to corect different problems of writing questions and answers in addition to providing a selection mechanism for other parts of more complex surveys which is fabulous to provide better collection of information for the compañy

Simple and intuitive way of feedback handling
What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow is visually appealing. I adore how I can customize follow up questions, download results, easily upload contacts, etc. It looks beautiful - both the dashboard and the survey taker's experience. The fact that it provides a conversational flow is different and refreshing. On top of it, it is amazingly affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, the tool is meeting all of my survey needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the chat like the way of creating and answering the survey. It gives it a personal feeling. It was very easy to set up my first client satisfaction form without even checking the documentation.
