Amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
At ThePowerMBA we were heavy heavy users of typeform, but on proposing them valuable features they just added them to their backlog but never made any of them. On see that we decided to look for other platforms that would value more our propositions and were more likely to made them.
We found SurveySparrow and in the beginning they offered a bit worst experience in comparison to Typeform, but they got them so fast, and additionally they developed a lot of features in record time.
They say that they are an alternative to Typeform, but they are just caring more about their clients and listening to them to improve their product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Less and less thing every week, I usually send them a lot of good and bad feedback, and they really do a lot of work on understanding the reasons behind the bad feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture leads with and awesome experience and send them straight from the client browser to our CRM.
In comparison to any other form creator software, this forms has a higher conversion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
analysis directly in the tool is such an improvement versus typeform. Amazing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI in backend is a bit less intuitive and still needs work; analysis tool needs to be improved. A few other improvements already communicated to the awesome support team.

much quicker segmentation of user feedback then with any other surveytool
Smooth system and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the chatbot nature of the surveys, which was friendly and intuitive. The customer service was perfect, with grateful thanks to Hanan for looking after me
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to realise that the 'logic' under a question applies to the question above where the logic appears rather than the question following, but once that penny dropped I had no issue.

I had a complex set of criteria which mean that questions would only apply to different sub-sets of the dataset - the logic in the questions allowed me to construct a more meaningful survey

It has been a while that I am using SurveySparrow and due to the nature of my work I have used a lot of survey services. Now, I have settled on SurveySparrow for several reasons:
It has great support and you get answers to your questions in split of a second;
It is very user friendly and value for money;
You can render the results in various ways;
It is so easy to recycle your surveys;
It has a variety of themes and your surveys will not look similar;
Question logics are easy to use;
It is fast and furious!

I am a teacher trainer and I work with many teachers. I need to collect a lot of information and feedback. SurveySparrow helps me do that in a very convenient way. My trainees are also happy with it.

Great source. I definitely recommend this website. It is user friendly, easy to create, design and handle and awesome customer support everytime you have a question or need help or ideas with the survey or questions design.

The varieties of templates are very useful since it helps me save a lot of time in framing survey questions. SurveySparrow has multiple templates for many uses.

I love the NPS platform! It’s super convenient for me to run regular NPS checks with my clientele. The multiple integrations have actually made my life easier in handling numerous survey responses.

Nothing. SurveySparrow is one of the best survey tools I’ve come across!

Unlike other survey tools like Survey Monkey, I’m able to create surveys that are fun and engaging for my audience. Customers are responding well, and I’m getting honest and worthwhile feedback.

The conversational interface is super fun to work with. Since I’ve started using SurveySparrow, I’m getting higher response rates and quality feedback. Some of my clients have even enquired about SurveySparrow while answering the survey.

There’s nothing I dislike as such. The platform is fun and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SurveySparrow, I’m getting higher completion rates. My clients are responding well to the surveys and are even providing quality feedback. Being able to integrate with Salesforce saves me a ton of time, since I can track all my survey responses without leaving my Salesforce account.
