SurveySparrow, the vanguard in surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is a server that I personally like a lot because it stands out from the other survey servers, due to its characteristics that are favorable for its operation, among these qualities we can emphasize that its interface provides us with good fluidity when navigating through its tools. and options as well as when processing the given information. We can use this interface to create surveys, share surveys and even this server offers a great novelty that is an online chat, through which we can discuss any survey of our preference with other users in real time; It is a breakthrough because it allows us to give our opinion and see the opinions of other users. The instructions for registering in SurveySparrow are very easy and clear, so I do not think that users have any problems when registering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The server is very good in comparison with others that I have used in the past, however, it can present some small inconveniences that can affect the fluidity to which users are accustomed, since they can not have a diversified chat, that is, that You can not discuss several topics in a single chat because they are limited to just one. Another important point, if you have many surveys and conversations, your start may seem confusing and messy, and you even run the risk of not finding a publication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent interface, so far I have not had any problems registered with it, I hope that changes that occur in the future are for the benefit of users.

I recommend it to conduct surveys, it is very reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow has been of a good help in terms of getting peoples feed back about my organization culture so far.

As for me ,I do not dislike anything about survey sparrow up till now.

This survey sparrow has really helped in reflecting the true image of my organization so far due to its good user experience

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which an inexperienced person can put together a survey in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The team there is very responsive to any questions or adjustments we've needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to evaluate NPS and QA issues quickly for all 120 of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
With this software you can create very useful surveys, like conversational surveys, and they are mobile-friendly. There is also important to say that the platform is easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most part of the errors that I found are bugs and sometimes this bugs don't let you analize properly the results of the surveys, even If you have paid for the pro version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SurveySparrow my company could save money and time because we have much more answers from customers than with other surveys software. I think it is all because of his attractive design.

Feedback from customers is always important and with this attractive surveys you are going to have a huge amount of feedback.

Perfect tool to create and distribute surveys

What do you like best about the product?
What makes SurveySparrow special is the flow of its surveys. It seems as if the interviewees were chatting with you in real time. The surveys do not feel heavy or boring. They flow naturally, without confusing or harassing the interviewee. Even people less familiar with technology send us their answers because surveys made with SurveySparrow are very friendly and easy to answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options are few. You cannot polish small details like the color of the button and things like that. You only have the templates they offer you, which are not bad, however, if you would appreciate more freedom to edit that kind of details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow has helped us to create and send surveys that are easy to understand and compatible with any device, it has tripled the response rates we obtained before with similar software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend you start using SurveySparrow is an incredible tool. If what you are looking for is to improve your surveys and increase the amount of answers you receive, certainly SurveySparrow is for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that one can easily automate surveys time to time at the scheduled interval timings.
The platform even displays the logic to set different conditions.
It also does the monthly billing & refunding in an easy way.
The data is presented in an easy to digest form which shows that how many people are there with positive and negative experiences. With this information at hand one should be equipped and can also make an informed buying decision that won’t be regreting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, None at the moment yet. The team of SurveySparrow is very responsive to the questions and bugs if you find any. They even try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using this platform, it has now become ab easy part to automate the surveys time to time and to schedule those tasks. Setting different conditions is also a positive thing of the software.
One can easily do the monthly billing & refunding easily without consuming and wasting much time.

Can't say much as I have used thia for 8-9 months just for my company's work.

The only thing I don't like Premium don't have custom CSS option
This is the one that I miss

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow Platform is very easy to use, it’s used to create surveys and turn it into conversation. It has so many amazing features like multi channel sharing, embedded surveys audience management and so much more. It allows you you share your surveys across other platform

There are much templates to use but aside from that SurveySparrow is one of the best survey platform

I use SurveySparrow to send out surveys to my customer and engage them in conversation on how to serve them better in the future

Evolving within a year to the best survey platform I've experienced yet

What do you like best about the product?
Every month the SurveySparrow team is evolving the platform significantly. Every month I receive a neat email with the biggest improvements of the platform. If I find a bug once in a while it's mostly fixed within a few hours. The team is highly responsive and adds value to the platform like crazy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really had to think hard about that. The only thing which comes to my mind is, that they have no visual flow builder like most of the chat bot tools provide. Everything else it top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving feedback and other information from my customers in a beautiful, easy and sophisticated manner. I love to fill out a SurveySparrow form myself. I guess they love it too. Win win. I receive the infos, they love to fill it out. ;)

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simplicity of the survey maker. There aren't many out there that have options to upload photos and have them display in the survey to a user so easily. This is on par with the best enterprise softwares out there. Plus it makes each survey a fun experience by having it look and feel like a chat to the user. The metrics are customizable and easy to work with. I've never had any issues and the team is ultra responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I haven't found any issues that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run surveys with non-profit arts groups and commonly work with a wide range of backgrounds and ages of survey takers. This brings me the best results!
