What do you like best about the product?
Surveysparrow is a very professional tool yet easy and convenient to setup and can be used without any complexity. The design is very attractive and simple.the customer care services are also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little bit high and more customisations are not offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data gathering and analyzing for our softwares. It is very helpful for a conversating survey.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is quite easy to use. They have amazing customer support moreover their NPS survey is quite powerful, it helped us in understanding what works best for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, yes definitely there is scope for improvement but their regular updates surely shows that they are listening to their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in creating customer satisfaction surveys

Every feature springs a surprise,especially the chat option keeps the user engaged

The questions in the templates available allows users to express their true feedback unlike other applications that mostly capture objective feedback. It has helped me make informed decisions

What do you like best about the product?
Live web chat support and a strong focus on customer feedback to improve their service, which is phenomenal! The admin interface is easy to use. Overall better value and features than Typeform and other alternatives. The built in email share with option to send out reminders is of immense value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things, some elements are not fully keyboard enabled yet, ie. the start button for a custom welcome page and multi choice questions, but I was told they will improve this shortly. Some elements for custom branding can be improved to make it easier and is missing on the unsubscribe page. Graphics for reports could be a bit more polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perform surveys in a more modern way via the conversational style and send out reminders only to those who haven't completed the survey yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend to try out different vendors with a test survey sample that is close to what you would like to use in reality and compare the full experience from creation to sharing and viewing responses/reports, including utilizing their customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
For our data collection purposes SurveySparrow hit the mark. But more importantly, the customer interaction and work to help us achieve our goals was stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some work needs to be done on reports. Having an automatic report send indefinitely is not great and added to that I found I wanted to put the graphs into our brand colours which required me to import data to excel. Would be great if graphs and data sheets were more user friendly or came with instructions for how to use the .csv files to create graphs

A PowerPoint template to turn data into a report in presentation format (choosing graphs and editing colours) as well as selecting quotes would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our direct contact with members. Benefits are we have real responses to work to rather than assumptions

Survey Sprarrow, great for surveys

What do you like best about the product?
The look of the surveys you can achieve with the available designs is great. The design of the reports is also easy to understand which makes it very easy to present the information to a vendor without having to load the data into another program to get a good looking report.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my first couple months I received 3 phone calls from an employee of Survey Sparrow to the number I used when signing up. I always use my phone number to sign up for things but this is the first time I have had someone call to try and make sales. An email would suffice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding what customers like and then informing vendors so they can change their business practices.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to start using SurveySparrow. Everything is well designed. Support seems good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat theme still needs work. It isn't a chatbot and perhaps isn't trying to be, but better handling of longer text inputs would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find SurveySparrow effective for a variety of purposes. Most recently I used it to organize content in a choose-your-own adventure format.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat bot and skip logic. The skip logic was key in using TypeForm but the chat bot was not as useful as SurveySparrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for offline access has increased significantly, from $49 to $149.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solar lead generation. The custom look is nice. Same as TypeForm.

I used Typeform for over a year but after comparing with SurveySparrow I made the switch and it's easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it easier for my applicants to upload pictures.

Solar leads mostly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Survey Sparrow to make surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The surveys are sometimes hard to see for people with vision impairments. In making it look 'trendy', it can be hard to read surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for market research since it is easily responded to on mobile platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out this product! It is very good.
