Moving our company based on user feedback

What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow is super simple to set up, we chose one of their predefined templates and customized it with our branding. It's easy to view the survey results and download as a pdf to share with the team. We also like the look and elegant feel of the survey. Great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the team needs to build out more templates and examples this would help us save more time in developing new unique looking surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our first survey focused on getting our affiliates and customers to let us know what products they liked best, how they felt about our business model and what products they wanted to see in the future. Our corporate team was excited and encouraged by the quick response to the survery and the surprising feedback we recieved from our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best way to see if this is a fit for you is to give it a trial run.

I like how I can set up my surveys for my clients.

It can have glitches when I run the application.

Easier to survey the employees in the company.

It's easy to generate surveys by using this program. Would highly recommend this to your company.

Nothing much .Great support +great product .Their recent release of new interface of forms seems more professional to front end user .

What do you like best about the product?
If you are a busy company and are lookinf for employees input on certain things you can always use . You log on and take little surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It doesnt give you alot of compensation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can earn a little bit of extra cash for little surveys. You can get others opinions and output.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for busy companies. Ask all of your employees to engage in the survey and see your results.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and the best feedback software even can show chatting style. Suit for every business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many special. But in Response section, it is better If the user can filter by date, customer name etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SureySparrow as our customer satisfaction evaluation form in chatting style after tour service. It is nice, easily, quick and confidence for customer to evaluate for the service.

Best Platform for Gathering User Feedback

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is well designed and eliminates redundancies users typically experience in a survey. We especially liked the format options that SurveySparrow offered. You can't beat a survey that modifies its questions based on the prior answer of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed a little pricey- but not unreasonable. I would encourage usage if there are multiple surveys to be made, or a large demographic to tackle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convincing a user to actually participate in a review can be quite difficult. SurveySparrow makes it look far more appealing, and cuts down the time it takes them to complete it.

You won't be disappointed if you've got the money to splurge!
