Great Way to Survey in Today's Digital Age!
What do you like best about the product?
A great survey tool. Comparable in price to other online survey tools but does much more. Love the texting feature, customer service, etc... I just love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the surveys available different platforms. Not just on a website, but maybe on the social platforms such as messenger? That would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the conversational framework to address our user's issues. People taking the survey will feel more comfortable giving answers. I also love the easy set-up for each question.

Was simple to use and the staff was always reaching out to see if I needed more help. No other platform reached out like that.

Lacks some more advanced features some of the bigger platforms have but I imagine it’ll come with time

SurveySparrow is an online survey tool which allows users to create and distribute customer surveys through multiple channels, as well as evaluate responses. based on the surveys we can take good decisions on products or service
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow is one-way flow. it ask the customers to fill the details and they didnt get back immediately so this is a drawback. some customers are not willing to provide their details because one-way flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i will suggest this toll because of its very useful. generally in my organisation business analysts they can conduct serveys about to new application building times. they get requirements from business heads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Survey Sparrow is the variety of useful data that I can analyze, thanks to the various graphs that the data analyzer shows, which makes it much easier for us to visually compare the various results obtained from the surveys and thus adjust the appropriate strategies to focus on the relevant points for our customers, is a feature that has helped us determine the receptivity of our audience. Another feature that I like is that the links for each person who is surveyed are totally personalized, which generates much more confidence in the person taking the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point against Surveysparrow is its price that is expensive compared to other tools that perform the same function. But this is something that does not influence the quality of the product, since in general it works very well and is well designed, I have not had any relevant problem with this tool, so there’s nothing I dislike, it’s a great tool.

Survey Sparrow is a tool that has allowed us to know in greater depth the interests and concerns of our clients in a pleasant way with the surveys in the form of chat.
One of the functions that has facilitated the work with this tool is the system of creating questions with a simple click, as well as the way of ordering them with the drag and drop system, it is a very useful tool but with a professional result. It has also done us more, the way in which we can share the surveys depending on whether it is for mobile devices, tablets or desktops.

Survey Sparrow is a very easy to use tool, and you can create surveys so fast that you can save a lot of time and money. The way in which the user surveys are presented in the form of a chat, allows them to be very happy to answer the questions dynamically, while the statistics we receive allow us to improve our strategies towards our clients.

Good Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service has been helpful, contacting me quickly even on a weekend. It has several different survey types, which is nice. I have only worked with the offline survey so far. The survey was easy to build. The interface was easy to use for the offline survey app. It is nice how easy it is to sync the survey to upload responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only downside was the confusing description of plans, but customer service has been helpful and working with me to get that all resolved. The product itself seems to be working well for my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to do an offline survey, which is a feature they were able to accommodate with a clean and simple interface. This is great when you are working with volunteers and need to show them how to administer the survey on the spot. It made it very simple for me.

Innovative and fresh design. Great customer service ++++ And about half the price of survey monkey.

It takes a minute to figure out each of the question modules. But once you learn them it's fine.

The UI is very simple and intuitive, Our employees and clients have both appreciated this on multiple occasions. Adoption to this new tool was also quick which helped us get better insights into our engagements now. The dashboards and reports are pretty detailed too.

Since the time that we have started using this, havent come across any issues which would fall under the dislike category

We use this for employees internally as well as for clients based on the engagement to achieve various other business needs primarily for process feedbacks and surveys etc.
