What do you like best about the product?
Really customer friendly interface for both designing the survey and for taking a survey
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a little more functionality to slice and dice the data for analytics
It exports to excel, but I had to do a lot of formatting and manual analytics in excel

Beautiful Surveys in Minutes!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and create beautiful, friendly surveys in minutes! The functionality available makes it easy to collect, interpret and analyse your data. They also have really good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Its a great product and I've found no issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Survey Sparrow for onboarding customers and have found it very easy to implement. We haven't had any issues from our customers - they've found it really easy to use as well!

Rather good survey tool

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a survey was fairly straightforward, intuitive and therefore simple. Within a few minutes I had the first draft of an 8 question survey done. I was able to click around to figure out how to change things and what I liked about that was I saw in near real time how that changed the form and function of the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to modify the answer options more. I would've liked the options to change the format and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are exploring how we handle corporate communicates and employee engagement. We're still early in the process but being able to get a baseline of perceptions and attitudes with SurveySparrow has been great.

Survey Sparrow 2018

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how interactive Survey Sparrow is. I feel it has the new, updated, technology feel that is relevant in our society today. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, create and change surveys instead of having to create new ones every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would say is that I have to update new hires as they come in in order to distribute thew "New Hire Orientation Survey." We are in the process of working with our IT team to see if we can set up an API so we do not have to add new hires individually every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is too soon to answer this question. We signed with Survey Sparrow at the end of quarter 4 in 2018. We are still in the process of trying to use Survey Sparrow to its fullest capacity and I feel I will be better to assess this in a year from now.

Very Easy To Use Survey Software To Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the conversational surveys as they can be previewed so survey questions pop up one after the other, similar to a messaging app. I like the data via analytic reports and insights so that I can understand the data collected and make informed decisions. It's many templates to use is a real draw too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is intuitive. Yet to learn it properly you are advised to do a few test pilot runs beforehand so as to get time to get used to using it. Especially if you've used other survey software in the past. I haven't found too much to dislike as it handles what I currently need. More example questions and case studies would help plus throw in an Udemy course from Dr Matthew Champagne who is a survey writing expert, would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time with it slicing and dicing data. It helps with engagement of people new to my coaching business. It helps with quality of coaching sessions I run as this is something I like to monitor for quality control purposes. Decision making based on data are in my opinion much more accurate than relying on who shouts the loudest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. You'll find that after just a few tests your confidence will grow and so will your trust in the software.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is pretty easy to use. You don't need any special skills or talents to set it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a tough time seeing the value of SurveySparrow over other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure. I use Google Forms or SurvyMonkey for getting simple feedback. Not sure what this does differently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Help your users understand specific applications. It's not clear what SurveySparrow does that other tools can not do.

Clearer documentation and more use. Cases on using global variables .
