What do you like best about the product?
its is the most faithful survey service in terms of opportunities. it has a daily production system that work automatically. its easy to learn and confortable interface format that helps familiarize with the activities and options available. in addtition is an indispensable tool for the collection of productos and opinions of costumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only disadvavantage i found was the limitations regarding the chat system. not being able to share sereral people with information block in addition to the need to log without a continous registration system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
surveysparrow allow me to corect different problems of writing questions and answers in addition to providing a selection mechanism for other parts of more complex surveys which is fabulous to provide better collection of information for the compañy

Simple and intuitive way of feedback handling

What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow is visually appealing. I adore how I can customize follow up questions, download results, easily upload contacts, etc. It looks beautiful - both the dashboard and the survey taker's experience. The fact that it provides a conversational flow is different and refreshing. On top of it, it is amazingly affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, the tool is meeting all of my survey needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the chat like the way of creating and answering the survey. It gives it a personal feeling. It was very easy to set up my first client satisfaction form without even checking the documentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead. this tool will not fail you :)

What do you like best about the product?
There are few services that provide automatic recurring daily surveys, that do not require custom integration. This feature is a major benefit to us, and was the primary reason for choosing SurveySparrow above other companies. Secondary reasons include: easy data export in csv formatting, intuitive design, easy to create and administer surveys, aesthetically pleasing format (particularly the "chat-style" format), reasonable cost, friendly and attentive customer service that is open to feedback and implementing new ideas, which is crucial for improving our data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, the organization and layout of the main interface was confusing at times - the current interface is more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were issues with the timing of the surveys (some being sent twice or at the wrong time) and Shree was able to intervene quickly and effectively to correct the issues. Given that timing and accuracy are crucial for our research, this was a significant benefit provided by the company.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user-friendly interface, It makes my work really easy and quick.
I do not need to scratch my head to create logic and set up a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could work with more question types that look pretty. Right now it of course meets your needs but fancy stuff could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Survey Sparrow for internal and external reviews. We are a SaaS product and being customer-centric, feedback plays a very imp role.
Customer satisfaction to an employee satisfaction, we track all of it with SS

What do you like best about the product?
Creating engaging surveys is dead simple, and the engagement level for takers is higher than any other tool I've used.

As with all great tools, it is expensive for small organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the chatbot like survey experience through SurveySparrow, a much creative approach to collect data via. interactive surveys from your client base. Well designed UI, easy to setup and use, overall an efficient tool. If you are done with boring survey tools like Google forms I would certainly recommend switching to SurveySparrow, a great tool that is also not heavy on your pocket - it is a definite win-win!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a deal breaker but could have more customisation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SurveySparrow to take CSAT, NPS and Post event feedback surveys from my clients. The benefits as mentioned are the ease of use and setting up surveys are as less consuming as it can be while helping maintain a repository of valuable data from our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the surveys in Survey Sparrow is super intuitive. I love the options available and how engaging the surveys are for the end-users. We have significant engagement with Survey Sparrow over other survey tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is good but it's a little challenging to parse the data sometimes. I was getting the pdf but it doesn't give me the information I really need so I download the .csv now and parse that instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher level of feedback which is necessary for our team to improve their courses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further - this is the best survey platform available.

Respondents may not feel encouraged to provide accurate honest answers.
Respondent may not feel comfortable providing answers that present themselves in unfavourable manner.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and navigate. Creating unique, mobile-friendly, and conversational surveys using the software is a breeze. This software has a format makes the survey self-explanatory for respondents and helps attract more responses from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat theme is not supporting multiple raws, if one writes a longer answer to a question, only the portion captured by the theme will be visible. But I still love other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has enabled us acquiring feedback and other information from our respondents in an easy way. It has saved us a lot of time as it's having minimal design options and our relationship with the users and client is increased as we are able to gain a full participation from them.

I give SurveySparrow a top rated review! It is my go to tool for sending out surveys to my clients. It's easy to use and it will always get your job done therefore I highly recommend it to any firm that would wish to conduct a survey.
