If you are a busy company and are lookinf for employees input on certain things you can always use . You log on and take little surveys.

Nothing much. It doesnt give you alot of compensation.

You can earn a little bit of extra cash for little surveys. You can get others opinions and output.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and the best feedback software even can show chatting style. Suit for every business.

Not many special. But in Response section, it is better If the user can filter by date, customer name etc.

We use SureySparrow as our customer satisfaction evaluation form in chatting style after tour service. It is nice, easily, quick and confidence for customer to evaluate for the service.

Best Platform for Gathering User Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is well designed and eliminates redundancies users typically experience in a survey. We especially liked the format options that SurveySparrow offered. You can't beat a survey that modifies its questions based on the prior answer of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed a little pricey- but not unreasonable. I would encourage usage if there are multiple surveys to be made, or a large demographic to tackle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convincing a user to actually participate in a review can be quite difficult. SurveySparrow makes it look far more appealing, and cuts down the time it takes them to complete it.

Nothing as such, however I felt the platform is lacking a concrete direction and hence need a strong analytics and domain.

Best for the people bored with Google Forms UI. It also has more functionality and enhance the efficiency of researches.

Prices are higher for beginners. People doesn't know it and may discard links.

There are options to opt-out or opt-in for filling out surveys. There is also the all so lucrative money you get for filling out your survey.

Not much. Probably the user interface can be improved further and be made a little bit more user-friendly.
