What do you like best about the product?
It's mimicks the chatting interface making filling out the survey so much more a relaxed experience! This makes for fantastic completion rates, while user has fun doing it. Can you ask for more?! :)

There is absolutely nothing I dislike! The tool is fantastic!

Getting feeback from my clients on services I provide them. It's a very user-friendly way to collect feedback.

Survey Sparrow is the Bomb!

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has so many great features! I was using another survey software, that shall remain un-named. It was supposed to be the best.
But I kept getting stuck. So I opened up Survey Sparrow and got it done in like 5 minutes! Its so simple and intuitive!

No need to have a degree in rocket science to figure it out. It's a really great tool, and my clients love it too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really there is nothing to dislike. The branding is cool, and it gives you so many options to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients love it, because we can quickly create feedback surveys and gather information we need to develop contests, promotions, product development, marketing messages, and more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! Its so worth it. You won't look at other survey products the same way!

What do you like best about the product?
The company react so fast on our requests. It was amazing.
The product is also very easy to use. The basic analysis dashboard and data export feature is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features missing in the survey platform. I heard they will be added soon and looking forward to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some problems regarding to the logic and languages in the platform. The support team helped us find some solutions and we are happy about their service.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is visually appealing, easy to create, and can be customized to sets of questions for data gathering. Analytics that are provided are quite helpful. I love the chat like the way of creating and answering the survey. It gives it a personal feeling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-written questions here need some work. I'd like to see additional templates and more guidance on how to properly structure survey questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect customer feedback is quite difficult if we use common and boring form. SurveySparrow comes with better approaching on providing the survey. You can increase the number of feedback customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Webhooks are only available for the enterprise plan for bugs a month. Other services like Typeform provide Webhooks even at the free plan.

Survey sparrow is so simple to set up, make changes and the flow for customers is incredibly intuitive. I always have clients ask me what platform we use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s everything I need and an easy choice over other options in the market.

Intuitive surveys that are always and fast to complete. Very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers struggle with normal surveys sometimes, conversational surveys are a great way to fix this. Survey sparrow does this nicely with a clean and pleasing UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be unhappy about. It's a nice tool!
