Easy, no-nonsense interface
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. The interface is easy to understand, so you'll have your survey put together in no time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small business pricing would be nice. The sales pitch was tailored to large amounts of send-outs with granular analysis, which isn't a match for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SurveySparrow to collect client feedback, which helps us improve the business.

It was really easy to generate insightful reports about surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data visualizations of the reports were clunky- for example, in asking to rank options, the labeling of the options in the charts would be cut off.

What do you like best about the product?
Good value for money. Simple to use and good reporting functions to suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a minor one, but the limit of devices you can login from. If you are using multiple devices to work, it can become annoying.

Helping us collect NPS and effectively report on different segments of our audience.
Great reporting and easy to use once figure it out.

The reports are great! Look great and highlight key information so they are easy to analyze and report on. I always put graphs in PowerPoint and love the word bubble.

Whenever I sign in, it says I have too many devices and I have to remove one (it's the same computer I use).

Many uses. Easy to duplicate surveys and re-use.

It is super easy to use, it has a lot of features to obtain the info I need of my clients in a friendly way.

I have had problems in the past and it is only supported in English

I've been having problems with SurveyMokey over the last few months, and their customer services haven't been helpful at all, so I decided to try SurveySparrow.
I find SurveySparrow to have great designs and a variety of customization options. The survey setup process is very straightforward and user-friendly.

It would be nice if survey sparrow could improve their prices for students—nothing else to dislike at the moment.

I wasn't getting enough responses from my customers with
SurveyMoney and with SurveySparrow I've been getting more responses from my followers and with more meaningful data.

Great forms, had some problems with Zapier integration.

The design means a lot to me, and it's easy to make great one.

Easy way to capture what the perception of the meeting was! Easy to use and send, easy to gather the info to better is!

Fairly good tool that provides all basic and many advanced features
What do you like best about the product?
1. Simple and very intuitive design helps definitely to get along with the tool quickly. Generally the design may be relevant for organizations that have certain survey fatigue of their regular respondents.
2. Easy cross-group analysis (aka. Filter & Compare Mode). It makes life easier if you have subgroups you would like to look into based on their reponse. Super easy to use and helped me out to avoid using SPSS or R for this matter.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some advanced feauters for very nitty-gritty conditional design are still missing. For 98 of 100 uses you won't need them but still sometimes you try to work around it.
2. Report page has a bit of litter that makes it less easy to just copy/paste in filter&compare mode. So you need clean it a bit. Ideally, you would be able to just copy by column.

We depend a lot on feedback in our work and collect about 3-4 major surveys each months. Survey fatigue is a huge issue for us and thus we try to use this tool to make the process of responding as easy as possible and use conditional questions a lot
