Excellent survey tool for startups

What do you like best about the product?
the chat-like interface is amazing and it is something that is missing in tools like survey monkey. I was using survey monkey before and their interface is too boring and cluttered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, in particular, need more integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm taking feedback from my customers for my sales team. I'm planning to integrate the survey solution to my hiring process to get to know the candidates better and know them well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a simple easy to use solution - go with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is one I've not seen in a long time. They were prompt in answering all my questions.
They also have great templates to use - beyond great! Saves you a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that their IFTTT features were a little bit under my expectations.

Pleasant to use tool for your better-than-average surveys

What do you like best about the product?
The root cause for finding SurveySparrow was getting bored with Google Forms. Once I stumbled upon SurveySparrow I was intrigued to see what can it do. Even a free plan offers you a good variety of tools allowing you to customise your surveys whether you're looking to create a market research, customer feedback or even academic research survey, or anything else. This tool is pleasant to use and the user interface is very easy to navigate. We use this tool to conduct market research and get customer feedback too and its always been very helpful. Chat-like surveys are something we're currently experimenting with and so far it seems like a great way to get in touch with your users and achieve better returns on the number of surveys sent. After the survey is done we go through rich analytics, either on the website itself or locally after downloading the data. There's definitely a lot you can do. I encourage you to try the free plan and see it for yourself, I believe you will love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike. At least I can not think of anything off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy-to-create surveys, powerful survey management, rich analytics, simple to optimise for your needs, ability to tweak the survey's design to your liking, see results live, embedding surveys to your website and so much more, really.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's definitely a lot you can do. I encourage you to try the free plan and see it for yourself, I believe you will love it.

Good entry level tool

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple to use
- Very helpful support staff
- Good to partner with if you need custom handling of your need.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not much.
- Some of the flows can be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Simple surveys.
- SMS survey is one of the cases that I liked but did not get to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
this is a really interesting way to collect feedback. i really like it because it keeps the user engaged in answering honestly and removes some of the survey fatigue. Its also fun and colorful to use which is great for a review site to get everyone on board to fill out the survey with a positive start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how much this has been tested. I'm also looking for specific question types that I don't see (to be fair I can't find them on most survey forms). I would love to see radio buttons and maybe even checkboxes replaced with the whole cell highlighted. It makes it so much clearer that way to see what the person has selected for the user and the reader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a survey to collect answers about the new services and classes we offer. The more users we get to answer the more accurate our assessment is. This format really helps engage the users throughout the process and fights against fatigue. That way you get more accurate answers that really reflect the views of the users. I am looking forward to exploring how to use SurveySparrow in other situations as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great for an audience used to this type of interaction. I have also used SurveyMonkey which feels old now but convenient. I have also used TypeForm which is a bit more interactive than SurveyMonkey and that helps keep users engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part is the surveys being shown as conversation and not like forms which will make the end user more interactive. Their way of handling the interface is awesome and it helps to understand the application much better and makes it simpler

Too many options to choose if i had to be very specific about something here, else they have one of the best looking app

Timely service support with prompt updates to fix bugs and issues

Can have a better UI to facilitate survey creation design. Would also be helpful if is supports automatically creating a list when copying bullet points from Office Word

Able to garner feedback from a large group of people while having the results organised and delivered in a Excel sheet for ease of sorting and filtering
