The ability to include extra fields in my surveys

It's a little bit buggy. I had several issues when trying to edit surveys.

Nice and better way of Conducting Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I like the conversational model of SurveySparrow to publish surveys. It brings a conversational feel to the survey engagement. Compared to traditional tools, I hope users will love to engage with such tools that offer better user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I didn't notice any shortcoming. However, I would love to see a better interface and ample options for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reformed our way of looking at surveys. With this, we can build a better and conversational survey that users will love to engage with.

What do you like best about the product?
CHAT UI is perfect and so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an "expanded" reporting capability to have a bit more analysis that can occur from within the app vs having to export the data to be manipulated elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't a problem with SurveySparrow.I won a lot of time and money because is Cloud based
Amazing support & highly competitive price
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is one of the best I've seen when it comes to a SAAS product. If you've any issues with the product, you can expect them to fix them immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their API is not feature rich, but feature requests are taken up seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SurveySparrow for getting feedback from our customers. We heavily use their API. We were using SurveyMonkey earlier, but found their API highly complicated and restricted.

The chat like interface with users. The reports are good too

There arent many template ( visually) for the survey.

I like how easy it is to make surveys. We use surveysparrow for our agency onboarding and it's a game changer.

The small learning curve but it is easy to get through after you understand it.

It's a great way to improve your workflow and the user experience for all of your customers. We really enjoy the switch and it's helped us maintain a professional appearance while improving our processes and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow have been absolutely amazing with helping me create my company's merchant satisfaction surveys. Whilst I've loved the software's capabilities, possibly the best thing is that their team listened to my feedback and made improvements based upon my suggestions. It's great to see that SS is always looking to get better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first some of the functionalities for SS were a bit basic, but as mentioned above, improvements were quite swiftly made which resulted in survey software that is essentially perfect to suit my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our in-house resources were hopelessly inadequate to create a survey the likes of which we could create with SS - I know this because we tried with the first draft! The functionalities were extremely limited and the look and feel were just not good enough. As noted above, SS has resolved these problems and more for us.
User friendly, employee feedback survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. A lot of thought has gone into the user experience that other platforms barely consider. This makes this the easiest, least clunky survey software we’ve used for employee feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly subscription plan is a bit pricey. It’s super affordable on the yearly plan.
