Good entry level tool

What do you like best about the product?
this is a really interesting way to collect feedback. i really like it because it keeps the user engaged in answering honestly and removes some of the survey fatigue. Its also fun and colorful to use which is great for a review site to get everyone on board to fill out the survey with a positive start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how much this has been tested. I'm also looking for specific question types that I don't see (to be fair I can't find them on most survey forms). I would love to see radio buttons and maybe even checkboxes replaced with the whole cell highlighted. It makes it so much clearer that way to see what the person has selected for the user and the reader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a survey to collect answers about the new services and classes we offer. The more users we get to answer the more accurate our assessment is. This format really helps engage the users throughout the process and fights against fatigue. That way you get more accurate answers that really reflect the views of the users. I am looking forward to exploring how to use SurveySparrow in other situations as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great for an audience used to this type of interaction. I have also used SurveyMonkey which feels old now but convenient. I have also used TypeForm which is a bit more interactive than SurveyMonkey and that helps keep users engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part is the surveys being shown as conversation and not like forms which will make the end user more interactive. Their way of handling the interface is awesome and it helps to understand the application much better and makes it simpler

Too many options to choose if i had to be very specific about something here, else they have one of the best looking app

Getting customer feedbacks & rolling out opinion polls to gather customer & end user data had become so easiy

Can have a better UI to facilitate survey creation design. Would also be helpful if is supports automatically creating a list when copying bullet points from Office Word

Able to garner feedback from a large group of people while having the results organised and delivered in a Excel sheet for ease of sorting and filtering

Humanized interaction design of surveys.

If I had to pick on 1 thing only, I realise the UX of navigating around could be slightly improved.

I can't find flaws, it's really interesting the way you can reach your audience across all possible devices and view insights and details of answers.

When you need to collect anonymous feedbacks from your peers, SurveySparrow can be a ideal solution because it keeps the creation of survey and the modification incredibly easy.

Absolutely reccomend to other similar to me to give it a try: from a simple survey to a throughput solution for HR performance management, the tool is well designed, implemented and supported.
Different and Refreshing type of Survey
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about SurveySparrow is that it is more interactive and you can make the survey funner, no one likes to take surveys so this is a refreshing way to present one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to configure at times, the set up is not always as easy or as direct as I would like it to be. Question types should be somewhat more customizable

Mostly a measure of our company culture and how happy people are at the company, how satisfied they are with their jobs, how challenged they feel with their project, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to understand the tool and how you will organize your questions before working on the survey from scratch, that way you are well organized and know how everything works.
