Conversational Surveys – The chat-like interface makes surveys feel more engaging and interactive, leading to higher response rates.

The platform may not be as scalable for enterprises that need to handle large volumes of responses seamlessly. No advanced analytics or reportsing

What do you like best about the product?
The most I like about SurveySparrow are its features like video surveys,conversational forms, share surveys and a lot more.
Its easy to ues, seamless implementation and integration, also the best customer support are the main keys to like this platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
As per our analysis and experience there are no other survey platforms are as much efficient than SurveySparrow so there is no scope of dislikes of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the best tool to convert customers voice into business growth.
One of the best platforms in terms of the survey format you can setup for ideal user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The reason I chose this platform over Google Forms, HubSpot, TypeForm, SurveyMonkey was the customization ability to setup an engaging survey - have multiple sections, have multiple Qs per section, have stack-ranking Qs

As I was using trial version, I ran into some limitations but Vignesh from their sales team was extremely helpful in getting me work around those

Giving survey conductors ability to customize the survey experience to create the right brand impression and increase survey engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the platform's flexibility in conducting surveys, as well as the AI feature that helps analyze and categorize survey comments. Overall, the platform is advanced and will enhance customer satisfaction while providing better control over our CSAT metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using Zendesk, and there were gaps in the integration that could have been smoother with a step-by-step mapped process and more educational videos. However, the team was helpful, and we managed to resolve the issues we encountered

Survey channels and valuable data insights enable us to dig deeper into customer pain points and better manage CSAT
Fantastic Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The SurveySparrow team has incredible customer service. From initial contact, to sale, to implementation, their team was helpful, informative, and extremely thorough. In addition to this, their tools and solutions are actually really great. The surveys are intuitive and easy to build, and the reporting options are more robust than you would think. On top of all this - you simply can't beat their price. Satisfied all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered something we don't like about SurveySparrow yet. So far, it's been fantastic.

SurveySparrow provides us the perfect survey and data analyticis tool to gather both internal employee feedback and external client and partner feedback. In addition to the surveys, the ticket workflow tool has been very helpful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The bespoke help their agents offer to users. The user interface is great and intuitive, resulting in nice surveys. Overall, it is a really smart and snappy tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a paid service, meaning that it might not be affordable or a viable option for everybody. As an independent researcher, I would like to see more plans for individual users rather than for businesses/organisations.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is good, and easy to use, the support team is quick in reverting and resolving any issues and their products is good with AI coming into the software it would be a good use tool, Overall a great tool to collect and analyse feedbacks and insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen resolution for every question is fixed they are working on it to have a custom CSS code as per questions length it shall fit on the screen, team was quick to acknowledge and ammend

End to end survey implementation and analysis we use only this tool to collect feedback and share analysis
