Fantastic Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The SurveySparrow team has incredible customer service. From initial contact, to sale, to implementation, their team was helpful, informative, and extremely thorough. In addition to this, their tools and solutions are actually really great. The surveys are intuitive and easy to build, and the reporting options are more robust than you would think. On top of all this - you simply can't beat their price. Satisfied all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered something we don't like about SurveySparrow yet. So far, it's been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow provides us the perfect survey and data analyticis tool to gather both internal employee feedback and external client and partner feedback. In addition to the surveys, the ticket workflow tool has been very helpful for us.

Exactly what you'd expect - an easy to use survey tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The bespoke help their agents offer to users. The user interface is great and intuitive, resulting in nice surveys. Overall, it is a really smart and snappy tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a paid service, meaning that it might not be affordable or a viable option for everybody. As an independent researcher, I would like to see more plans for individual users rather than for businesses/organisations.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is good, and easy to use, the support team is quick in reverting and resolving any issues and their products is good with AI coming into the software it would be a good use tool, Overall a great tool to collect and analyse feedbacks and insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen resolution for every question is fixed they are working on it to have a custom CSS code as per questions length it shall fit on the screen, team was quick to acknowledge and ammend

End to end survey implementation and analysis we use only this tool to collect feedback and share analysis

It's been seamless for everyone who has had to use it not only to use it effectively but also to find features that make their work simpler and more seamless. It's been a hit so far. Integrating it into the tools we already used frequently made sense and we've eliminated a program or two that it's made redundant.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of yet and I feel certain that customer support and what I've seen of the knowledge base would be a great help if and when anything comes up

Less time collecting and managing information since we've started using it.
Very good platform but pricey
What do you like best about the product?
It's everything you want in a survey platform. Most features are present, very customisable and easy to make a new advanced form. It's not worse than the main competitors out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be cheaper or at least the non-premium versions could have more features. It's all or nothing.

I need a formal way of surveying my clients and SurveySparrow makes it easy for me to do so.
Powerful tools, clean interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Value for money for a lot of the tools that are there. The conversational feel really helps with retaining people to answer the surveys. As long as we know that the people that takes the surveys have good connection, SurveySparrow is the way to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
For participants with weak internet connection, when they refresh the page, all the infomation that has been placed disappears. Because of this we use a different supplier just for people with bad internet connection. Hopefully SurveySparrow has an autosave or memory feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How it consolidates the data quickly and clearly with a lot of parameters.
Survery Sparrow is a affordable, helpful, and great for small businesses.

The automation, tech support, helpful staff memeber and user friend interface.

The model to use texting features could be better.
