Easy to setup and configure, easy to replicate when working multiple similar surveys

Membership plans do not suit what I need, I use the surveys every now and then, about twice or three times over a period of 3 months (sometimes once a month other times 3 times on a single month. I would benefit of a plan that can be charged per survey, range of items, and range of expected answers, ine shot deals instead of a monthly subscription I will not use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting opinions of my client's and my personal contacts to evaluate different new naming options for a new or current brand I am working on. Highly helpful to increase clients' certainty
No brainer choice to switch from SurveyMonkey
What do you like best about the product?
From an analytics perspective, the integration capabilities makes it easy to automate tasks, export data and power my other tools to analyze the collected data. This empowers us to have an almost real-time insight to trends and goings-on and be able react instantly to our data-driven insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with powerful integrations to our other tools. SurveySparrow lacks in key advanced analytics insight the platform, such as more advanced statistical analysis. Lastly, it's annoying that you have to enter your contact details to get the pricing, as once you do you real that it is quite steep for a small business or startup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow allows us to rapidly gather feedback in a structure and branded way from our users. With it's easy to set-up UI / UX we can rapidly onboard new team members to put together customer outreach surveys in minutes.
It delivers what it promises
What do you like best about the product?
I looked for an alternative to Typeform, which had a similar look, but with an attractive price. I found SurveySparrow and found it interesting, but the price still higher than Brazilian companies can pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is higher than Brazilian companies can pay, but its a consequence of Dollar-Real conversion. About the product, the forms cover can be more attractive and mobile-first designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow was part of my lead generation strategy. My primary objective was to share forms in my Instagram stories and convert them to customers for my audience.

Using their platform is a great experience and is quick and easy to navigate. Also, the designs are clean and pretty. Another significant part about SurveySparrow is the customer service that they offer
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing I dislike about it is the lack of options; there is a good variety of designs to choose from, and they're gorgeous, yet still, it feels a bit limited.

It's helping our business understand how the users of our app perceive the experience as a whole, giving us more data to make CS, CX and marketing and development decisions.
Great Experience with Survey Sparrow!
What do you like best about the product?
We've used survey sparrow to send surveys for almost two years. I've found the platform, the sales team and the support to be excellent. I appreciate the ability to customize every survey and even tweak existing surveys even after sending them out. What I find most helpful is the ability to integrate with Zapier. This integration helps reduce the time spent by automating key areas, such as adding a new contact whenever a new merchant is added to our CRM. I wear a lot of hats in my position, and I love anything that saves precious time.
What do you dislike about the product?
After months of use, the one caveat would be that we service thousands of merchants and would like to survey each of them, EVEN when they own multiple businesses. However, I can't survey a merchant more than once unless they have different emails. Not the greatest experience as we have numerous merchants with one login or one key person who deals with the accounts, so an improvement to this would be to allow multiple merchants to have the same email contact. This improvement would then allow me to survey them when needed instead of choosing the 'most important account' to survey instead.
Another issue I encountered was that there is no DO NOT Contact list automatically created. I had to make this manually and then delete the contact; this can be improved upon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining important feedback in a very easy-to-manage way. It has helped us realize that regular communication and feedback from our merchants can assist us in becoming the most respected in the payments industry.
Beautiful Layout, Lots of Options
What do you like best about the product?
The design process was easy. I enjoyed personalizing my survey to look exactly how I wanted it to. It was professional looking but fun. I have used other survey providers in the past, but did prefer the final product I was able to create with SurveySparrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the site seemed a little tricky to navigate, and I did need to utilize customer support to get answers. They were prompt and helpful though! Once I have closed a survey, it would be helpful if it was more straightforward to find the results again.
Price point is also quite high, and for an occasional user, a month to month package would be nice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They created a beautiful and unique experience for my clients. The survey flowed well and looked more like a true website. The results were easy to read and download.
Tried it out for lead generation instead of surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Very cool interface, allowing multiple options for user responses and especially the "chat" style format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most robust in terms of response viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a contact form that was more robust than just the "about" description, I liked that I was able to sequentialize user answers and make certain options required.
Great level of customization
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use their survey part and the builder is just great, with a high level of customization. Way better than Ty****rm :D

Some translations are not super accurate but it's totally acceptable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super easy to set up and to integrate on my clients' wesbites. I can't afford any other tool that offers less features for a higher price in the end.
Easy to use, leading survey software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up surveys. Send out to a lot of recipents and gain information in a structured way.

No so easy to segement the users at first glance.
