Great Customer Service and Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is clean, simple, and easy to use from both the admin and participant end. Customer service is fantastic and will support you every step of the way. If there is a feature missing, you can ask your sales partner and they will speak to developers about implementing it. They remember all the conversations you've had and will be available to answer any questions at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the appearance of the 360 survey itself was more customizable. The very first and last pages that provide information about the survey look kind of janky and don't offer much in the way of text/formatting customizability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to design a custom 360 survey we could use with our clients to assess their leaders on their impact. Other platforms were either ugly, not user friendly, too expensive, or simply unable to perform all the functions we required for our 360. SurveySparrow was the right blend of everything - affordable, easy to use, good looking, and customizable enough for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, with great templates to work from. Excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Misleading add, I thought I had purchased the executive level with dashboards, only to find out the analytics I thought I was getting with the subscription I chose requires an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The participant response rate after training has increased due to the ability to provide QR Code and survey link.
Very easy to use, beautiful. Full of positive support

It was very encouraging to use, easy to navigate and I felt inspired by the options.

There was a lot of marketing materials sent by staff.

It is more beautiful and customizable than Google forms

What do you like best about the product?
In SurveySparrow I mostly enjoy how user friendly on the side of the researcher the interface is, with other competitors it's always a problem. In addition, the amount question types is great and for the survey participant the interface is pleasant.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mush as I appreciated staying in contact with a personal manager of a service, the PMs of SurveySparrow have a too tight grip for my taste. Calls, linkedin messages, etc after of a couple days of not answering a message is a bit too much for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SurveySparrow for short and long questionanries, starting with simple NPS-CES-etc. and finishing with 20 questions long product-specific surveys. This is one of the main tasks of the UX dep. so SurveySparrow is quite helpful here

I would like more templates for companies (Employers to employees) Sharing feautures can be improved to be more seamless, ie when sending a lot of surveys and tracking responses.

Gathering lots of responses from employees, and then sharing these responses with the rest of the team.

It's easy to use and understand (User Friendly). When faced with technical issues or needing guidance, the support team is very supportive and does their best to resolve all queries and technical issues

When uploading the list of candidates, if the platform detects errors, it doesn't indicate which emails we need to review; being able to pinpoint what needs to be adjusted would be time-saving and very helpful

Conducting a 360 feedback survey and benchmarking results across three rounds, which will help us generate an overall report with recommendations and way-forward

User-friendly template and navigation for engaging users to complete the survey in desktop and mobile version

When we select a type of question, it needs to take the options entered for previous similar patterned questions, but it prompts us to enter the changes for every question.

It provides a versatile platform for conducting research surveys to increase the sample size as it has multiple options of sharing the survey across many platforms.
