Great and easy to use survey builder
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to add elements, and also distributing the survey is simple

Some limitations depending on plan but to be expected for a paid service

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow provides lot of templates for creating surveys. By using those templates we can make our survey more easily for collecting data. It also gives free trail period for accessing it platform for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow sends promotional mails more frequently to users inbox which makes users annoying. The subscription plans provided by SurveySparrow is very high for general users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow enables the users to create survey forms easily by providing some templates. By using the created survey forms we collected required feedback and opinions of the service user of our organisation.
Reliable and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience, simplicity and the bundles of features you are able to also export the data and very nice visualizations that are shareble and exportable easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to export a chart type visualization without contacting their customer service. However they were very quick to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to have our customers vote on a community winner,. It was for a contest that we posted for a physical transformation challenge. Our survey respondents had no issues whatsoever.
Perfect when you have to manage a large base of clients
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about SurveySparrow is that I can import my contacts and segment them based on they job position, etc. It permits to create personalized surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit costly, so if you are a pre-revenue startup you struggle to be able to use it. It would be helpful if they had some programs or incentives for small businesses or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to get feedback from my clients about the solution I sell, analyse the data collected and it's fast and easy to build survey forms. Very intuitive, really hepful, I'd say.
Simple to build with, good data tools
What do you like best about the product?
The survey builder tool is powerful. The logic flows allow for complex surveys to be easily put together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to survey sparrow is mostly around the customer facing UI. I find it a little clunky.

Saves us building these surveys and forms in code.
Simple to Use and Has Decent Logic Features
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use it to collect feedback when guests are leaving their hotel. We're pretty new to SurveySparrow but are already starting to expand its scope to make some of our other data collection processes easier. Aside from feedback surveys, we host our polls, event registrations, issue reporting, and a couple other things on SurveySparrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome if it had better sign features as we collect a lot of signs as well but have to resort to other software to get them when we could be doing it through the same platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting feedback from hundreds of hotel guests each month was a nightmare, especially during the summer season. But we've been able to automate the process through SurveySparrow which has literally saved us hundreds of hours. We utilize its reporting features as well which makes it very easy for us to have the survey data ready to be presented

I'm a new user for Survey Sparrow and it's a really great survey tool! The user experience is amazing - the platform is super easy to use and has a really intuitive interface.
One thing that really stood out to me was the conversational interface. It feels like you're having a chat with the respondents, which makes it more engaging and helps to get more thoughtful feedback.
The customization options are also really great - there are so many themes, templates and customization options to choose from, so you can easily create surveys that match your brand and audience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure may be prohibitive for some, and I would like to see greater support included for non-profits, especially discounts.

surveysparrow gives us a simple tool to see what the public feels about our services, what is needed to respond better to their needs and allows us to analyze the data by muli catagories which allow us to get a more specific analysis and focus our efforts more efficiently.

Currently we would like to have a larger discount for educational institutions.

We have a unics app to carry out surveys, quizzes, collect comments from our educational community.
Great for Adaptive Survey
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Survey capabilities are great on Survey Sparrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support is a little slow. I tried reaching out with few questions to the team and their response was very delayed. Like 4 weeks delayed.
