Tried it out for lead generation instead of surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Very cool interface, allowing multiple options for user responses and especially the "chat" style format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most robust in terms of response viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a contact form that was more robust than just the "about" description, I liked that I was able to sequentialize user answers and make certain options required.
Great level of customization

I mainly use their survey part and the builder is just great, with a high level of customization. Way better than Ty****rm :D
What do you dislike about the product?
Some translations are not super accurate but it's totally acceptable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super easy to set up and to integrate on my clients' wesbites. I can't afford any other tool that offers less features for a higher price in the end.

Easy to set up surveys. Send out to a lot of recipents and gain information in a structured way.

No so easy to segement the users at first glance.

In a very short period of time I can come up with a survey or something similar to meet all my need.

Sometimes I can't figure out exactly how to do what I want and I have to do a little research.

It provides me great convenience especially in preparing surveys or in the process of data collection in some of my academic researches. I can then easily access the collected answers in a short time.This makes my work much more organized and easier.

Algo based form creation and ease of edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the form is edited, the response sheet get's poorly affected by the offset responses. There should be some better way out for the same.

It is an outstanding tool, intuitive and straightforward for creating surveys that not only enable the collection of valuable insights from respondents but also support lead conversion campaigns.

I cannot pinpoint any significant drawbacks to highlight; overall, it meets and exceeds expectations concerning the essential features required for an effective survey system.
