Conversation flow
What do you like best about the product?
It is a playful and versatile tool for designing surveys and more. I use it to initiate conversations in my business, such as gathering feedback on my products, connecting with leads, and exploring collaboration opportunities.
Even with a free account, the platform offers a wide range of features that allow me to create engaging and interactive conversations. The animations and templates are visually appealing, and the customization options are extensive, allowing me to brand the experience as my own.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see anything for now. The features work well for me.

Easy and engaging responses for my audience. It gathers the information I need to make improvements.

The best thing is that it is fully customisable and the free version is already great if you want to create booking forms

I think that there could be more flows in the free version

Good Support, but Features Could be Further Enhanced
What do you like best about the product?
Build-in dashboards, automated reporting, variety of survey templates and designs. Personalized survey capability for NPS, performance tracking, etc. Also, great support / key account managers who are super helpful despite minor issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards' capability is quite limited; it can show raw numbers only; if we would like to show the numbers slightly differently with a simple calculation, it cannot be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
gathering NPS survey feedback. Our company has multiple verticals that we want to make sure that we capture the voice of customers from all of these verticals and surveysparrow's sophisticated capabilities helped us achieved this swiftly.
Best Survey Platform for the Money!
What do you like best about the product?
We have a sophisticated and complicated tech stack for our Digital Marketing. We always run into challenges with tracking and passing data from one system to another. The biggest challenge is when we use iframes. We tried all the top survey platforms and SurveySparrow is the absolute best for tracking and API connections. It also has great survey functionality and is very user friendly. Whenever we had problems or didn't know how to do something, their support always responded quickly and solved our problems. Grateful for this platform which is an important tool in our Digital Marketing arsenal. I highly recommend everyone takes a look at SurveySparrow and take it for a test drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that we have disliked about the platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram to a 'lead generation quiz' built using SurveySparrow. The user experience is great and the tracking and data insights are the best in the industry.
Great Platform, great support

They're willing to go above and beyond to assist you with product or budget requirements.

Pricing could be represented in monthly as well to help plan out the best deal or minimum requirement to get started.

Survey Sparrow helped us to create and release an NPS survey very quickly. Time is money.
Great Platform that has suited our Small Start-up with Great Potential for when we Scale
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really easy to navigate and allows for a great deal of customizability. It has a lot of different options for survey building, how the surveys are shared with users and has great stock analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are a small team there wasn't really an inexpensive plan that would offer us the features we needed without having to pay a lot. Their free tier is quite limited it would be nice if they had a starter plan with more capabilities for a reasonable price for smaller teams

SurveySparrow has allowed us to quickly build out surveys to determine which features are important to our users. it has also allowed us to collect industry-standard measures like NPS easily
great experience and pricing options

It was fairly intuitive to follow and figure it out

It needs a better slider option that shows percentages. I also was never able to figure out how to embed it in an email. I had to create a link in the email.

Helping us see what churches are doing now post-pandemic in various regions. To gain ministry insights and sense trends.
Easy to use, but not free
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, fairly intuitive, and nice looking especially for the respondents. Great customer service that offers a live session to answer questions and provide code snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fairly costly. No student rebates, even though it is said to be designed by researchers. A bit tricky to add pictures or logos.

Creates surveys for my research that I can easily send to respondents. Good looking to make a professional appearance, and easy for the respondents to handle and answer.
Best survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Chat form surveys are very helpful and interactive which I believe as a psychology student and a founder will make an interactive experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored a lot of colors yet. And I feel the trail period is so short, Atleast a month or 30 days can be very helpful and will provide the sufficient time to explore everything

The interactive forms is helping me get more responses and gives an awesome experience for the form filler. Its not monotonous like the google forms. Its very user friendly.
Very cost-effective solution for professional surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Has extensive features for professional surveys. Compared to its competitors like surveymonkey its much more cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my experience with customer service has been mixed. Though they have a chat function that is quickly responded on, sometimes it takes a long time before a satisfactory response is recieved. This might have to with the fact that the support team is based in India.

We use it extensivly to deploy surveys for clients. Both online and offline.
