Survey Sparrow is very good, but UI/UX could be better.

Great Survey Software, but expensive

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use to design a survey, full of survey features, and produces lovely UI for your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the main drawback (I lead a very small non-profit).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is full featured survey / form / data collection that I simply cannot do on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Survey Sparrow to have a great design and user interface that makes creating and distributing surveys easy and efficient. The software is intuitive to use, and I appreciate the variety of question types and customization options available. I also like the real-time analytics and reporting features, which provide valuable insights and help me make informed decisions based on the data collected. Another feature that stands out to me is the ability to integrate with other tools such as Zapier, which allows me to streamline my workflows and automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, one downside of Survey Sparrow is its pricing. While the basic plan is affordable, the pricing for 360 evaluations can be expensive, especially for small businesses or organizations with a limited budget. Additionally, the lack of a free plan or trial can make it difficult for potential users to evaluate the software before committing to a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a coach who uses Survey Sparrow for 360 reviews, I find the software to be an excellent tool for gathering feedback and assessing my clients' strengths and areas for improvement. The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, which allows me to quickly create and distribute surveys to participants. I appreciate the variety of question types available, including the option to include open-ended responses, which provides a more detailed and nuanced view of each participant's feedback.

Another feature that stands out to me is the ability to customize the survey's branding and design, which helps me maintain a professional and cohesive image for my coaching practice. The software's real-time analytics and reporting features are also invaluable, allowing me to quickly identify themes and trends across multiple feedback sources and tailor my coaching approach accordingly.

SurveySparrow tool makes it easy to build surveys using a range of templates that fit different needs. What I particularly like about SurveySparrow is the comprehensive reporting it provides

I didn't really find any serious issues yet. SurveySparrow currently fits my needs perfectly.

SurveySparrow Is Helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has been very helpful for my job. We use surveys frequently to reach out to our customers, and using SS has been easier than other options out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free options are limited, of course. However, this isn't a deal breaker as other competitors have much less with their free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job needed an easy way to gather client feedback. Using online review sites does not work well. We want to be able to track responses. Using surveys is the best course, and Survey Sparrow has been great

Great survey software

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! And I've made beautiful looking surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive for my needs. I don't send out survey too often, but for someone who is doing a ton of surveys I think it's a great option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to get feedback from my customers every year. I have been able to make functional and beautiful surveys with survey sparrow.l

That they help you build features for your company, thy are more open to create customized features.

They initially had many bugs on dashboards and data, which makes it difficult to relyo on

Good Product, Bad Service

What do you like best about the product?
The surveys are easy to make, and there is a high-level of functionality. I was able to make the survey I wanted very quickly, and was very happy with the results we received.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service and pricing model. There aren't any subscription services for one or two surveys, it's only for a minimum of six-months. Unsubscribing is also not possible without talking to customer support, and after submitting two tickets, my subscription was only canceled after I sent them an email that I was contesting the credit card charge.

Additionally, they required an onboarding meeting, even though I'd already made the survey I wanted and didn't really need help.

Overall, the business model comes across as predatory, but if you plan on making a lot of surveys for a long period of time, the service is the best I've encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow made making my survey very easy, and made viewing the results easy, and allowed for easy analytic sharing for shareholders. If you are making complicated surveys with a lot of conditional questions, it's the easiest product to use.

Easy to Use Platform For Surveys

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to learn. Right away users can begin crafting survey questions. It also helps that the platform displays the results in easy-to-digest forms, including using tables and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want more complicated questions that also contain sub-questions or follow-up questions, the platform is a bit clunky to navigate. It would be nice to further streamline the development of these questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for me to capture data and to share the survey with lots of people at different institutions. It is also web-based and easy for participates to use.

There is nothing to dislike about it. Exceeded our expectations.
