Love survery sparrow

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to submit a review, and they have great rewards that make it worth my time. I do love their logo. It's simple yet very fitting for the company at large.
What do you dislike about the product?
The surveys can sometimes feel repetitive compared to others that I have completed with SurveySparrow as well as others. The rewards for surveys are great, tough I'd like to see changes within the survey themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that SurveySparrow helps me out with is finding meaningful surveys that I can do in my spare time that provides a decent amount of valuable rewards.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very convenient to use and I got better responses in the data gathering. I loved it and will use it further for all my upcoming surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. There was everything i was looking to create a survey online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefitted me in collecting the required amount of data in minimum time, and the main reason for that is it is very easy to use, and also good looking for the users.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SurveySparrow for several months now and I am extremely impressed with its features and functionality. The user interface is sleek and easy to navigate, making it simple to create and distribute surveys.

One of the things I appreciate most about SurveySparrow is the wide range of question types that it offers. From multiple choice to open-ended questions, it allows me to gather detailed and specific feedback from my customers. Additionally, the ability to customize the look and feel of the survey with branding elements, images, and videos makes the survey more engaging and professional looking.

The analytics and reporting tools are also very useful, providing me with valuable insights into the survey responses. I can easily track the progress of the survey, view the results, and even export them in various formats.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a super easy-to-use platform where you can measure customer sentiments and workflow with a single question of NPS Survey. it is very efficient user management to optimise workflow. these are the best thing i like about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which disappoints me is when i ask a bot for a query; it says the team typically replies in a few mins, but it has actually taken a week and not reply. So i call it a major disappointemnt of me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very helpful for me. Most of the time i like its magical features, like classical surveys asking one survey at one time and offline survey that allows you to collect data from the remotest places. It has helped me to reach where people are not much aware.

What do you like best about the product?
The are so many themes and templates for different surveys! So easy to create, and you can adjust the design to your company's brand book. The reports were very useful to analyze the performance review results of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reports can be even more improved and allow you to present information in more different ways.
Otherwise, the platform and internal team are very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow makes any survey so interactive, beautiful and easy to create! I created the surveys for the performance reviews of my team and it was very helpful!

Powerful and flexible survey tool with great customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Many survey tools are available online, with very similar pricing structures and functionality. I chose SurveySparrow for one specific feature — the ability to create "Rank Order" questions, where users can drag and drop options to sort them in order of priority. But after working with the tool for a while, it also became evident that the built-in UI for respondents was excellent, and that the styling options were just enough to brand the survey, without affecting the overall UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most other survey tools, the pricing model is the main downside, and for SurveySparrow, the only one I would say. I understand that a sustainable business model requires long-term commitments. Still, as an infrequent survey sender, I find paying for a quarterly subscription financially burdensome, which seems to be the shortest available option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveying users in a professional and sleek design. The response rate has increased, and the overall feedback from users has been good.

Mediocre product at best, spend your money else where

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is responsive when you have an issue, they are very helpful and will go out of thier way to ensure that your product is solved. Unfortunately great customer support does not make up for a terrible software product
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found the software sometimes buggy with the survey not loading when a user clicked on the link. But this happened when I first started using the software, and I have not encountered the bug as of late. However, as I've continued to use the software over the last 15 months I've come across more and more bugs that really shouldn't exist in a product.

A number of users have reported the survey simplely crashing half way through. Many survey elements render beyond the end of the page and it's impossible to scroll down so users can't complete the survey. Resulting in many upset emails from my users.

The spam filtering is non existant and my latest survey has been flooded with hundreds of fake responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow provides cost-effective survey software with a comprehensive set of features. We are able to survey existing and potentials users of our eCommerce SAAS product to understand how their businesses are performing and build features that they are looking for

Great alternative to Survey Monkey

What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to customize and have a variety of ways to structure the answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had occasional issues logging in to the website and the support team sent me a different URL to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually use Google Forms but some of our clients do not allow the use of Google products so we needed an alternative solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and neat. The language option is also available to attend the survey in your Language. You can build your theme for the survey.

Cost seems to be a little high when compared to their services
