Personal and Engaging
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of question types to select from and the fact that it is very engaging are two best things that I like about SurveySparraow
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of currently. Happy with the current feature set.

Highly engaging conversational surveys is the problem solved by surveysparrow.

Quick and easy survey on any topic
What do you like best about the product?
The program has proven to help organize a survey system in which anyone can participate, regardless of their anonymity or demographic group. Its operation is simple. It is possible to conduct many surveys at once without having to wait for the results. It fulfills its data collection function admirably. Its user interface is full of features. The creation of surveys and analysis of their effects is excellent, so we have taken advantage of this to make changes and provide answers to problems both internally and for customers who want better interaction with our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
My setup is buggy, so SurveySparrow takes a while to parse and launch. While it may seem slow now, it speeds up during the execution phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been diligently collecting data on SurveySparrow. This has provided us with a wealth of insights that have allowed us to explore promising avenues for growth in areas such as development, marketing, communication, etc. Whatever you need to research, the public's perspective is crucial, and we can gather it using SurveySparrow. Using public opinion as a measuring stick, you can quickly solve any problem. With SurveySparrow's templates and tools, you can create a survey in the blink of an eye.
Great for increased leads engagement!
What do you like best about the product?
Start using Survey Sparrow was really easy. I loved the Free Plan, because it gave me the chance to try it and then decide if I wanted to keep using it and I am planning to keep making surveys!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really didn't dislike anything yet. It's easy and friendly to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to know better the leads on my email marketing list and social media following. The best way is to ask them exact questions so I can find out what kind of content and services they are expecting from me.
Product and customer support need a lot of work
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI for the survey taker. Nothing more, I did not like this product. Multiple far better solutions are available with much better customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Severely limited customization of 360 tools and question formatting, very expensive for what you get, misleading and unclear trial conditions, and poor customer support that provides solutions completely out of touch and irrelevant to the issue being presented. Eventually abandoned the product and created my own 360 reports from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. It was a very poor user and customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow's pricing and UI is amazing! Especially compared to TypeForm, the company I was using before I switched over. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a better option.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see the free plan have more monthly responses. Also, having only ten questions per survey isn't always enough to get all the information you need from your leads. This is the free plan, so it's expected to see some limitations.

SurveySparrow makes it easier for my potential leads to answer my questions. This allows me to know everything I need to before hopping on a phone call with the potential customer.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow makes it easy to collect customer feedback in a customer-friendly way. Modern-looking surveys give them an incentive and increase response-rate. Chatbot like surveys are a big plus.

It is a bit overpriced, although it depends on the customer.

One amazing thing about the S. Sparrow is the fact that I can create simple and natural surveys which get users to clearly understand my survey purpose and causes them to interact well with the forms.
One amazing feature of this tool is the conditional logic option which gives a human-like conversational clarity to my forms and that increases conversion rates. It's a nice tool and ultimately, the best in the industry now, for those looking for more advanced survey-building technologies for their businesses.

The cost of using survey sparrow is a bit high. High in the sense that, not every single business online is an enterprise- some are owned by private individuals with low budgets, and others by startups who are still struggling to find their way out.
It would be better if the Survey Sparrow team would make slight adjustments to the pricing tiers to attract more customers.

It helps us to better improve our services by knowing exactly how our clients feel about our services. It's my number recommendation for any business looking forward to improving its product quality or services.

It provides great survey resource for anyone needing information from a group of people.

There is really nothing I dislike about the program.

Access to data and it is helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Feature rich, plenty of ways to customize your survey, and the backend is easy to use. Pricing is reasonable, and customer service was strong. Not the sexiest product, but it's very functional! The offline mode is our main need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is a little clunky, both on the design/build side and on the end-user side - it's just not as slick as some competitors (e.g. TypeForm). But this is, IMHO, offset by the additional features (e.g. Offline mode)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an offline survey that could be sent into the field, collected on a tablet, and then downloaded back at the office. This product does that nicely! We didn't find many other otions.
