Affordable Option for Solopreneurs

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create a custom survey and have control over the presentation. I also love that I can export the data to Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit nitpicky, but I don't like the lack of customization for Likert scale-based questions. You can only label the low, middle, and high end but not any of the other choices. I also wish there was a way to select "reverse score" for questions. Lastly, there isn't a way to assign a score to a label choice (e.g., "strongly agree" = 5). Both would be helpful when exporting data results to view in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide an affordable option for creating surveys and assessments that look professional. I couldn't justify the cost of some other survey options out there and have been able to meet my business needs so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to config and customize, have a beautiful UI and fantastic support when needed. I try SurveySparrow for 5 of my business, and each generates me over 10k of respond every month
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have the most efficient way to export survey data to another format or API support to build customized tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A gateway to collect my customer responses/ collect customer information for future use like email marketing,....

Friendly interface and great professional results

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface (UX) is very clean and user-friendly and the auto-generated reports are very useful to pull and share.
Integrations with 3rd party tools such as Tableau, Google sheets, and Zapier are very appreciated to enrich and connect the data.
The pricing is very good compared to the main competitors.
Also, there are very nice questionary templates that will help to launch faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to compare two group results, such as "control group" and" exposed group" in a Brand Lift study.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction.
Also, we are creating forms to automate internal workflow.
Taking reports and exporting data to other tools to help our decision making process.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports are very easy to follow and the possibility of downloading a full report in PDF format was very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I could actually find at first use.

Collecting internal feedback and being able to show the results with just one click.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was simple to use without tones of useless functionality. We used NPS specifically. Step-by step setup and activation, all the instructions were clear. And also the price was flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. We evaluated most of the tools on the NPS market and all of them were not so easy to use like SurveySparrow. Maybe some improvements to the navigation could help to make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool for NPS for our SAAS product for internal usage. We needed to collect customers' feedback and NPS. We wanted to customize it according to our style guide and be simple for end users.

Somewhat Confusing Site, Difficult to Customize

What do you like best about the product?
I liked some of the templates and the formatting, that it was easy to find, and had some decent options for layout and pleasant presentation. It's still a little underdeveloped compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't let you customize answers or do more multiple choice options than what's given, and the site is somewhat difficult to understand. I don't see why I couldn't customize more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me begin to learn about creating surveys to gauge market interest in my services. That way, I could tell people more about my company and find out who's interested.

Great value alternative for my consulting business. easy to learn and has lots of question styles to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial needs to better clarify which features are included in which level of subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
While working we needed to take polls from our community and surveysparrow has been a great tool in helping us reach out to the community and understand the current needs and demands of them. It is simpler to use and gets the task done instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model I guess! Hope it could be better and more cheaper for start-up or other non-profit organization to thrive and use it to grow as well. Would really love to see some awesome features too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community Partnerships, Engagement and Understanding! Since me being a Community Manager have to daily engage with community members and cater to their needs. SurveySparrow has really helped me in this in reaching out to the audience in a much larger and better way!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy surveys make projects fun now we can find which time fits each team mate so instead of cluttering telegram of whatsapp chat we can just post link for great survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe Ui could be more clear so if you make UI user frindly there is a lot more potenttial I don't want to confuse project members. More free tools would be also nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chat surveys cause clutter so this tool makes this problem go away. Just a simple link and everybody can answer witjout filling the chat with endlessly long surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow enables the users to create surveys for different purposes like market research, customer experience etc. It has several types of survey formats already built in it. It is very easy to create and collect the participants opinions using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features in SurveySparrow platform has paid subscription to use. We have to subscribe to paid plans for advanced research tools. Except this everything is good in this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting the customer opinions is the most important aspect in improving the product quality. This will be easily facilitated by SurveySparrow. The surveys created using this platform is very interactive and conversational.
