An easy platform with lots of options
What do you like best about the product?
There's so many options available for how you want to style your surveys; you can make the questions whatever style you want and it's easy to navigate the site as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a trial period, it does eventually cost you money to use (I would've liked it better to have one free survey vs a limit on questions). And the marketing emails are nonstop (although I'm guessing that's an easy enough fix).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to build a survey for training purposes for our salesmen, so it gives an easy platform to share the survey as well as a simple platform to take the survey and learn from it.
Easy and intuitive tool to create and share attractive and effective surveys.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and attractive and functional in looks. Results are displayed neatly and concisely, for effective insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within a general survey, there seems to be no standard option for a question that generates an NPS score.

Getting much-needed feedback from our event attendees.
Really good at what it's intended for
What do you like best about the product?
I was in a bind and needed something with elevated styling and conditional logic. SurveySparrow had maybe a 10 minute learning curve and I was ready to get going with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of ability and product felt slightly limited. Like the things it did it did really well, but felt like there could be some additional features that should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped allow us to make significantly better online forms than Google Forms both with style and output/reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's ease of use makes creating and distributing a survey simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going individually into each of the different survey results for the data. It would be nice to have each question and who responded to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of registrations and sign-ups for free workshops.
Best on the market that I found!
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow simplified the process of Annual 360 Reviews; the final report is classy, contains valuable data and saved me HOURS of work compared to the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot remove a response from a 360 Review Report

Saved me HOURS of work compared to the competition, and the layout is incredibly helpful and easy to review
Awesome way to create the survey for targeted audience, easy user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Upside are the most easiest way to set up the surveys because as a project manager, getting the right fit with the questions and customisations that SurveySparrow offers allows me to expand on more detailed questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far SurveySparrow could be offering more tools for analytics when it comes to result in the overview. Although, there are no major dislikes on the whole platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing is to get users opinion about different topics of interest of our project. This is the most effective way to get the feedback. It would be nice if SurveySparrow can offer some incentives for surveys.
Best Survey Platform
What do you like best about the product?
To ease of use. Seamless questionnaire transitions, question format option

I would appreciate seeing a type of location function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use SurveySparrow for a Kiosk. It helps us to determine who is entering our building and the reason for their visit.
Great and simple tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user friendly, but at the same time the performances are top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like, what it can be done is improving the logical structures of the surveys.

Defininig a clear way what's the target audience of the business I'm working in.

SurveySparrow is a great platform that helps you create easily customizable surveys with uniquely great aesthetics.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is that they currently do not have a survey panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not sure if they are working on getting a survey panel.
Sufficient survey data gathering
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple, easy to set up module that provides detailed results. I liked that it was easy to work with and didn't have much of a learning curve to it, just set up and go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost was a bit of a barrier with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning more about what customers think about our product, how they use it, what their pain points are, and where we could improve our product. This has helped up greatly in later iterations of the product.
