What do you like best about the product?
I believe that of all the tools I researched on the market, survey sparrow offers cool features in relation to the amount charged, not to mention that the integration with the website is simple and the tool interface is very intuitive, bringing some ready-made reports on the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an NPS option for all plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The other tools I've used were not very intuitive and surveysparrow helps me with this cost-benefit aspect because it provides very well-made reports and interesting metrics regarding responses, this is essential for our product team

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly UI and the easyness for developing a Survey. Also the customer support is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The perfomance lows when there is too much questions. Also, having a collaboratory way of working with other authors of the survey would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We asked the industry about a certain computing paradigm.

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly Interface:
The interface is very intuitive which made it easy for use to create surveys. Moreover we got positive feedback from respondents.


Conversational Surveys:
Our respondent pointed out the conversational interface which made the NPS survey stand out.

Multi-Channel Distribution:
We were able to distribute our NPS surveys via mail and embedded links which was very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Free Plan:
The free plan is quite limited in terms of advanced features and response numbers.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features:
The advanced features that are available are quite complex and additional tutorials would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conversational nature of the surveys has helped us to collect a lot more responses via NPS surveys which was very important. Moreover, every member of our NGO is able to create surveys as the process is very easy and intuitive. Having several distribution channels further pushed the # of responses we collected.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration to 3rd party such as googlesheet etc. We can address the concern immediately upon receving an email prompt.

Interactive survey mechanism keeping the users engaged till the end.

More user friendly options to be made available.

It gives in depth analysis mainly slice and dice of the data of a particular survey.

What do you like best about the product?
Really good program for using tools like Zapier. Lots of different paths, good logic, and everything works well for creating automation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the cheapest, and the pricing seems to change fairly regularly. There also isn't the most customizability in how the survey actually looks (like changing how the status bar shows up, colours, font sizes, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that creating questions and answers is navigated intuitevely, not very complicated, it gives you space to develope it the way you imagine and want and it is all in all best experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I can remember, so all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for one specific topic only.
