Excellent platform for organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The different types of questions that you can add to the surveys is exceptional
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, just some improvements such as integrations with google meet to show after a meeting

Very simple and easy to use service that outputs professionally designed surveys that will result in good data collection. Very easy to integrate into existing workflows.

Pricing for low volume use is prohibitve

Market research obtaining views of specific audiences.
SurveySparrow provides us the best solution for surveys with customers and internal projects

It allows us to create many different surveys, allowing us to deliver nested solutions, linked solutions, etc. The best option we have found so far

We have not found many things we dislike. Just like any business people want tailored solutions but the SurveySparrow team have helped us overcome problems

What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow is so easy to use and has every feature you could ever need or want! Great reporting features, the ability to use multiple formats and logic flows in a single survey. You can also embed videos, photos, voice features and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did run into a number of unexpected paywalls as I sought to incorporate features that I thought were already included in my plan so it became more expensive than I originally had budgeted for.

Started using SurveySparrow and have been impressed so far

The flexibility of the different questions and formats is quite nice. The interface also looks nicer than other solutions I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The defaulted questions are not always the most relevant to what I am using the survey for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The other solutions I've used in the past did not provide as slick of an interface and visually SurveySparrow has been better
Clean and Simple UI, good analtyics
What do you like best about the product?
Didn't need any sort of instructions, just made sense. Easy to use, easy to edit. Clean and polished presentation to the end user & powerful analytics and reporting afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here, will use again when I need another survey.

A quick, clean and easy way to get feedback from users.
It’s a good product which acts quickly on user feedback

Simplicity and interface. Also it is easy to code (almost no code platform)

Sometime a bit choppy and unstable. So that needs to worked upon. Dashboard can be improved a lot

All the options to set up setting up a survey.

I haven't found anything I don't like about Survey Sparrow yet.

Survey Sparrow helps with my time management and organization through its surveys.
Relatively easy to use, cost effective, and fantastic responsive support team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get up and running quickly. Direct integration with Salesforce. Super helpful and responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Triggers are not written well (no batching) and can cause issues in the Salesforce Org. Have to reconnect to Sandbox to make changes and then redeploy the triggers which is a pain and you lose the Prod connection while doing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just needed simple CSAT and NPS data from customers. Works great for that.
Client service is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is a really useful tool, and very user friendly.
The best part of it is the client service that comes with it. You'll always find someone available to help you when you are in need. Thanks team!

Many features are in the higher pricing categories.

Ease of use, many surveys are available at the same time, you can agglomerate results from many surveys, ease of share, etc.
