SurveySparrow is the bomb
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow offers a simplistic way to send out and receive feedback in no time at all. I love how easy it is to create surveys and send them out to employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any dislikes for SurveySparrow. All in all, I love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey Sparrow has helped me gain emplpyee feedback from all levels. It has allowed me to create surveys. I love it.

Making surveys interactive is a meaningful improvement on typical platform feedback engagement.

The conversation opportunities following their responses can yield insights from employees that are unexpected.

The interface can be a little non-intuitive for those who are not tech-savvy.

We are seeking insights from employees that we don't necessarily know ahead of time, and this more open-ended survey tool allows us to gather those unexpected pieces.

Our process to submit a request. We want to know if anything is missing or if there's a way to make the process more efficient

I like the general interface design. Its easy to use, and very fast. And the design of the survey is also easy to use, for the people that answeres the questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For user which do surveys a few times a year, maybe there could be a payment method for each survey separately. This would be very useful for beginners , I believe.

I used the app for a fair event, to collect information one time. Also I tried it as a inner survey for my company during the yearly performance meetings. Both times I was a happy user.
Easy to use and effective for Market Research Management
What do you like best about the product?
The survey templates and default reports make it easy to use.

Nothing right now. I had issues in setup, but no more.

Market Research Management is something I need as a marketer and research manager and I use it for both my consultancy business and my day-to-day work

I am using SuveySparrow at work for customer and employee satisfaction surveys. It is very easy to use and I love the design of it. It doesn't take long at all to create new surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be limited free features. But there are enough free features to try it out first.

We have no other simple and cost effective options for these surveys, for SurveySparrow is really helping us to create surveys to send to customers and clients alike

14 days free is too short. But it was good to give an extra two days. But I think I'll use the competitor service, which is a free service.

In fact, the UI is less complicated than the commonly used SurveyMonkey, so it is easy to create a survey.
