What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to create interactive surveys, the experience has been good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to require someone that is a little more tech savy in order to use some options. Maybe had a few more templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has used SurveySparrow to collect employee feedback, which has allowed us to improve the customer experience. Creating surveys are easy even if you need a little more tech experince for some of the other options

What do you like best about the product?
The survey have a lot of good features and their plan offers at very reasonable price as compare to other similar kind of apps, survey sparrow is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few bugs which occurs too often in survey sparrow, however survey sparrow customer support resolves it as early as possible for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit that survey sparrow is solving for me is understanding the consumer - I don't need extra people to interact with consumers, if the surveys have created well, if can directly share it with respondent to get a rich insights

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the software is very versatile and fun to use. It offers great tools to customize the template for better user experience. It allows easy access to create and communicate the surveys. Also it is a very pocketfriendly software to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
An easy way to integrate it with another wbsite and other digital platforms would make it even more better and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team to easily collect the data through interactive surveys available. It has solved our issues of data compilation and instant analysis with its unique and amazing features.

Expensive for nonprofits. However, SurveySparrow does have a nonprofit discount to help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is allowing us to integrate seamlessly with PowerBI and upload files and pictures through multiple question types

Simple yet powerful

What do you like best about the product?
I love their simplicity yet sophisticated platform, I can creat something quick and effective with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features I like I would have to upgrade to get, especially simple things like website redirection. That seems important to offer on entry level especially for a small team with a small budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a more streamlined survey that (we hoped) would generate more responses.

Great Survey Tool for Newbies

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow was easy to use, inexpensive, and allowed logic to be used at the lowest level. I appreciated the number of people able to respond also for the entry level pricing. Surveysparrow worked seamlessly for us and we never had any functionality issues or hangups.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really didn't have anything we disliked other than options for more suitable backgrounds. That might be completely on us for lack of knowledge or not available at a lower price level. Backgrounds were great, but didn't fit 100% for what we are doing a survey about. I know that is petty, but so far that is our only dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the biggest benefit as we get to hear from many at one time what would take hours to mine for. We have used it for decision making, direction and volunteer engagement.

Superior features + reasonable pricing: Wow!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SurveySparrow is how easily and quickly you can make a customized survey that is attractive and makes your targets want to answer! Many of the features (bulk questions, how to layout the questions, move them around, add logic) are common to other survey applications. However, the facilities for making it look "fun," the facilities for adding your own background / logo to make it look "yours" - they are superior to what I have used before. AND their sales team? Individual attention, a quick zoom meeting to ferret out what you need, and a solution customized to you. As I said: Wow!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about SurveySparrow, I dislike about all Survey apps. Will the survey give us the information we seek? I guess on this one for me, this time, the jury is still out. But again, that's not a problem with SurveySparrow, it's a problem with the modality.
