What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and interface. Also it is easy to code (almost no code platform)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime a bit choppy and unstable. So that needs to worked upon. Dashboard can be improved a lot

I haven't found anything I don't like about Survey Sparrow yet.

Survey Sparrow helps with my time management and organization through its surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get up and running quickly. Direct integration with Salesforce. Super helpful and responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Triggers are not written well (no batching) and can cause issues in the Salesforce Org. Have to reconnect to Sandbox to make changes and then redeploy the triggers which is a pain and you lose the Prod connection while doing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just needed simple CSAT and NPS data from customers. Works great for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is a really useful tool, and very user friendly.
The best part of it is the client service that comes with it. You'll always find someone available to help you when you are in need. Thanks team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are in the higher pricing categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, many surveys are available at the same time, you can agglomerate results from many surveys, ease of share, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to create interactive surveys, the experience has been good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to require someone that is a little more tech savy in order to use some options. Maybe had a few more templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has used SurveySparrow to collect employee feedback, which has allowed us to improve the customer experience. Creating surveys are easy even if you need a little more tech experince for some of the other options

What do you like best about the product?
The survey have a lot of good features and their plan offers at very reasonable price as compare to other similar kind of apps, survey sparrow is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few bugs which occurs too often in survey sparrow, however survey sparrow customer support resolves it as early as possible for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit that survey sparrow is solving for me is understanding the consumer - I don't need extra people to interact with consumers, if the surveys have created well, if can directly share it with respondent to get a rich insights

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the software is very versatile and fun to use. It offers great tools to customize the template for better user experience. It allows easy access to create and communicate the surveys. Also it is a very pocketfriendly software to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
An easy way to integrate it with another wbsite and other digital platforms would make it even more better and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team to easily collect the data through interactive surveys available. It has solved our issues of data compilation and instant analysis with its unique and amazing features.

Expensive for nonprofits. However, SurveySparrow does have a nonprofit discount to help

SurveySparrow is allowing us to integrate seamlessly with PowerBI and upload files and pictures through multiple question types
