A lucky find
What do you like best about the product?
I couldn't believe how hands-on the experience was from start to finish. The customer team were very knowledgable and helpful, and most importantly not pushy. They made sure that the tool met the requirements for our business which it did. The platform was quite intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover more and more features as I went along. It had just the right amount of cusomisation to fit our needs. We ran into a bit of a road block after the launch but the impact was minimal, and we were provided with a solution quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customisable 360 survey tool and reporting. Saved us time from building our own survey and reports. Eliminated a lot of manual effort.

Aesthetic, lightweight and compliant solution
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses SurveySparrow on a weekly basis to gather user feedback. I appreciate the ease of use and the design of the surveys. The forms are resposive, they look good on many devices. So many solutions on the market have very outdated graphic design, so that's something really unique - and it increases the response rate. Furthermore, there is a wide range of helpful integrations. I also appreciate the GDPR compliance, the option to gather user's consent and attach additional research consent documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate some more advanced analytical features, for example the tool could calculate and indicate which differences are statistically significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow enables us to survey our clients and gather user feedback. It's used by the UX Research team regularly. It's one of the tools that we use to be more customer centric.
Effortless Survey Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I used SurveySparrow for an exploratory survey to understand more about the consumer habits of my target group. I found it to be incredibly easy to use and very intuitive, even for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of experience with survey tools. The design and UI/UX were particularly impressive, making it simple for anyone to navigate and customize surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SurveySparrow has been generally user-friendly, one thing I've found slightly inconvenient is the limited customization options for certain survey elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow allows me to access my customers' underlying needs efficiently.
Seamless surveys
What do you like best about the product?
The user-feedback building experience is so amazing by the usage of conditional logic feature and extremely engaging which turns into conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plugin is expensive as they need to make adjustments for certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Default templates helps in saving time and the analytic and reporting parts of the tool works well and provide in-depth data on how users interact.
Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is easy to use and implement. Customer support was excellent and fast when needed. We used it for 3 rounds duirng a year, and its features helped us meet our requirements and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm personally not IT oriented, hence the few email bouncing and blocked issue was thankfully resolved by the support team, but it would have been a better experience if that technical issue never happened in te first place.

We completed our project, hence there is nothing pending to be solved
Full feature set for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that can help us gain insight in different ways with useful workstreams/workflows to help make use of the information gathered. User management is also fairly simple as the administrator and they were good to work with us around gaining the right cybersecurity credentials to get past our compliance and IT teams. Very responsive to any issues experienced along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle a little bit with raising tickets when i do encounter any issues and have to reach out to our account manager, its not a major downside but i'd like this to be a bit smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above and beyond the regular things you'd expect from a survey provider, the survey building interface is very quick to grasp and means that team members can quickly start to set up their own surveys which reduces training pressures, the ability to quickly visualise and share dashboards with non-users has also been a great help.

I love the whole system that they offer.

It helps us carry out modern surveys, with an updated design that is easy for the client to complete.
Flexible and super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, simple and very easy to use to build effective surveys. Build-in reporting features are good and easy to use - you don't have to use much of your time to create and view the reports and results of the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't name any dislikes at this point. We have done couple surveys so far, but we are confident that we will continue using SurveySparrow for our future needs.
