Overall a positive experience thus far
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization but also the insights the samples provide.

I wish we could know the number or email of those who submitted the survey.

Easy to automate
What do you like best about the product?
Really good program for using tools like Zapier. Lots of different paths, good logic, and everything works well for creating automation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the cheapest, and the pricing seems to change fairly regularly. There also isn't the most customizability in how the survey actually looks (like changing how the status bar shows up, colours, font sizes, etc.)

SurveySparrow is useful platform for surveys and is doing great job!

I like the fact that creating questions and answers is navigated intuitevely, not very complicated, it gives you space to develope it the way you imagine and want and it is all in all best experience.

There was nothing I can remember, so all good.

Need BD Support. Am not too aggressive with marketing. So, if I can get leads, I can position the product very well.
