Full feature set for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that can help us gain insight in different ways with useful workstreams/workflows to help make use of the information gathered. User management is also fairly simple as the administrator and they were good to work with us around gaining the right cybersecurity credentials to get past our compliance and IT teams. Very responsive to any issues experienced along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle a little bit with raising tickets when i do encounter any issues and have to reach out to our account manager, its not a major downside but i'd like this to be a bit smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above and beyond the regular things you'd expect from a survey provider, the survey building interface is very quick to grasp and means that team members can quickly start to set up their own surveys which reduces training pressures, the ability to quickly visualise and share dashboards with non-users has also been a great help.

The survey system works really well and you get what's expected.

I love the whole system that they offer.

We use this software to help get analytics about how our staff enjoyed their time here

It helps us carry out modern surveys, with an updated design that is easy for the client to complete.
Flexible and super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, simple and very easy to use to build effective surveys. Build-in reporting features are good and easy to use - you don't have to use much of your time to create and view the reports and results of the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't name any dislikes at this point. We have done couple surveys so far, but we are confident that we will continue using SurveySparrow for our future needs.

SurveySparrow enables us to create surveys for our customers the obtain feedback about our services.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity. Right after logging in for the first time, I was able to intuitively figure out how to use the tool

To use the full extent of the tool, you need to upgrade to higher tiers which are a bit expense

I love how easy it is to use and how professional their surveys look. I love their different question types, they've made taking a survey much easier and fun!

I don't like their built-in GDPR service, and to be honest, I don't understand it either, and couldn't found information on it.

It helps to have more responses on my survey, by being easy to use.

The templates made it very easy to create a survey that measured exactly what we needed both internally and externally!

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy UI and number of feature to create and implement beautiful survey. The support and easy to integrate with different tool make it useful and my go to tool

When you love it so much how can you dislike anything in it only thing is I have delegate this task to junior not so not keeping up to date with the latest feature

I believe that of all the tools I researched on the market, survey sparrow offers cool features in relation to the amount charged, not to mention that the integration with the website is simple and the tool interface is very intuitive, bringing some ready-made reports on the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an NPS option for all plans

The other tools I've used were not very intuitive and surveysparrow helps me with this cost-benefit aspect because it provides very well-made reports and interesting metrics regarding responses, this is essential for our product team
