Survey Sparrow
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has improved the ability for companies to gather feedback from employees as well as partner companies. Our company uses Survey Sparrow on a daily basis to review gathered feedback and provide a better service to our clients. It is very easy to integrate with analytical tools such as dashboards and other reporting tools. Since the first day we decided to go with Survey Sparrow their support team has made it very easy for us to enhance our productivity and implement with other systems used within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I do not have any negative feedback for their support team or the company overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our productivity kinks, allow us to gather feedback and correct any issues that we may find.

Great survey tool for presentation
What do you like best about the product?
-Easy drag and drop format for creating the surveys, including customizing design aspect
-Convenient options to copy over surveys
-Chat features to speak with developers if there are issues

-There is a lack of email marketing tools and you are not able to segment audience

Surveysparrow is getting feedback from clients, and engaging them with our organization's content

Easy to use and lots of options, helpful customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only need it for 1 month out of the year, so dont like that I can just purchase a month ot so.

We used it for collecting customer information for a draw at our trade show.

It centralized all the answers collected in our appointments and improved the meeting time with our salespeople and customers

I like how easy it is to navigate the system and love the emojis included with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the tiers but understand the reason behind it. Also, I dislike all the phone calls received from their company. I dont like being rushed into things.

Through the surveys, we understand and listen to employees' concerns so that we can take actionable steps as a company.

They communicated to much (emailed constantly)

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and the implementation/integration in our websites it's pretty simple. It gave me a clear vision of our customer feedback and it's User Experience allowed me to have a great % of responses
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be helpful to allow delete Share results' links created previously. Sometimes you just create a link and it's possible to disable it but keeping them it's a mess and distracting

We needed to understand the NPS evaluation about our customer experience in our orders' process
Very Helpful for Open Houses
What do you like best about the product?
incredibly easy to navigate!! so great for open houses and it's super easy to export the info.

I wish some of the text boxes didn't have such a limited character count.

easy for clients to use when they're going through an open house. quick and easy.
