SurveySparrow as a platform for Customer Initial Evaluation tool
What do you like best about the product?
1. The product has a very humanlike vibe, making it much more enjoyable than standard survey solutions (like Google or Microsoft forms) as per UX.
2. There are many ways to customize the UI.
3. Even with the lowest pricing tier you can involve some logic and use variables (in a limited way though).
4. The support is excellent - every time I had a problem it was solved almost right away.
5. Multiple integration options (facebook, slack, teams, ...)
6. Works great both on mobile and web platforms.
7. Easy implementation, it's fully no-code solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The functionalities of the cheapest pricing tier are limited comparing to free, time limited tier (which makes it a little troubling when you upgrade to paid tier). Still, in my opinion it's sufficient.
2. There's no option to get scoring from individual answers (only a sum of all).
3. I wish there was an option to display a web dashboard with analysis and recommendations after filling up the survey.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer evaluation
The experience on the platform was okay but not very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
the survey can be sent to multiple group of people with live update about the survey response + how many people have open the mail, started filling it, or left it midway. The customer support was there as and when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
downside would be a little difficult to navigate and slightly issues with customization

SurveySparrow helped us build varies Surveys that needed to be sent to different group of people around the world, inturn helping us with a consolidated view

The best thing is that you can customize almost everything to fit your requirements, the UI is very clear and friendly, so anyone can use it.

Nothing to complain, it's very hard to find something to dislike

Easy to use, and good selection of questionnaire options. We were easily able to change data centers.

It helps me to send a large number of surveys out and receive answers quickly to a centralised hub.
Super easy to use and edit as administrator and users that used it also said it was user friendly!

I liked the easy use of it all. I've used Survey Monkey in the past and I think Survey Sparrow had a lot more options as far as to select when creating a survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't able to use the phone app since it wasn't available to my account. I think you should make it avaialble to all accounts.

It's creating the ease on my end for users to fill in the survey without any issues and not having to email me seprately to fix things.
