Easy to use & just what we needed

What do you like best about the product?
Creating our survey was super easy and the prompts wihtin the platform made sure we covered all bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few too many marketing emails during set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to learn more about our customer base - using survey sparrow suited our needs and budget over competitor products. We plan to use it again later this year to see how customer opinion has changed.

How easy it is to use because I hand it off to clients after my work is done!

Some of the basic features are paid (like notifications to emails)

The best part of using teh surveys is that you get to find feedback.

everyhting is great. I have not had any issues

What do you like best about the product?
The investiagive process to determine which survey platform to go with was painless with SurveySparrow because they LISTENED and came to meetings well prepared with answers to our questions. The quality of the interaction with Evita and Malavikaa far surpassed our experience with survey Monkey. It's worth it to pay a little more for Sparrow because their people make the difference!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered any downside at this point. But based on what I have experienced with SurveySparrow, they would do all they can to make things right if an issue should arise in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
detailed data collection from program participants and collecting data from students through their educators

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to complete a 360 degrees surveys approach, for self, peers and leads evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Itis a bit complicated to reset the password.

Performance reviews at all levels, from employees to engagement and also company satisfaction performance.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow provides different templates and amazing features making good overall experience. Good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates can be added. Some options need more technical expertise to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow has helped us in understanding the experience of the employees. This helps in making next strategies and workflow according to the feedback of the employees.

What do you like best about the product?
>>Love the variety of options offered (like the ability to build it from scratch with specific items or to make use of the preexisting templates for your Customer feedback,Employee engagement,offline surveys,etc..)

>>Apart from the customizations,very impressed with the reporting and the extraction of the insights gained from the survey set up

>>Additional thing is the versatility of getting integrated with the other tools especially we use Freshdesk as our ticketing software and we can have it integrated with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
>>Pricing can be improvised

>>Advanced customization options can be introduced as to having the Client's own branding like image/video uploaded,etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
>>Helped us shift from the basic survey with limited options to the one format where you can customize the options and have the enduser submit responses with ease.Bonus is reaching out to the target audience has become so easy with SurveySparrow

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about surveysparrow is the ease of use. We use it to send customers email satisfaction feedback and it has great tools to see how customers respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is we use it once every few months and I wish they had a better plan/rate for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer feedback and engagement. We did not have a tool for this until we started using surveysparrow.

This is a good management platform for analyzing feedbacks and surveys from customers. The best feature of this platform is its user-friendly interface and customization of the survey forms.

The survey templates available on the platform are limited and the pricing of advanced features is higher than expectation.
