Simple, Smooth Data Management

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is what I like most about Airtable. It is intuitive and easy to grasp the concepts presented. The program is most easy to implement. Customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite frankly, Airtable does not fall short in any capacity that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable facilitates our client databases and helps us keep everything up-to-date with easy to use forms. We can minimize phone time in support of clients

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect data across sheets without a vlookup or struggling to come up with the right excel formula. Airtable makes it easy to create views to share with colleagues that only includes the necessary information, and isn't overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I specifically dislike, I find it easy to get started with and onboard new people to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easy to keep track of ad campaigns and their performance, and share the current creative with my team in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the fastest cloud based solutions I have found for maintaining the data in our company. We have tried several other options and have always fought against the software between inconsistent updates to the cloud and errors when working collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint of Airtable is the inability to highlight specific columns or fields, generally I am making comparisons of data in one column so to "train" my eyes to look at that one column would be much easier with a highlighting function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we are pushing to eliminate paper usage and redundant data entry, the form solution Airtable alone has saved dozens of labor hours by having an easy option for any person in oru company to have access to an entry form which then allows me as our general data administrator to review and reflect on data anytime and anywhere.

That I can customize the tables as much or as little as I want

Nothing, Airtable is such a great resource, and the free version works perfectly but if you run out of space their prices are very affordable

Keeping track of all my information and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and collaborate across teams. The AI feature is unique and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes pricy to include large numbers of people if they are only using Airtable once in a while. It is also difficult to integrate with separate CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for tracking a number of different verticals and tasks, such as meetings and finance, in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of my favorite software to use. It's easy to navigate and understand. I especially love how connected the form function is to the spreadsheet function. I use Airtable forms for pretty much everything that needs a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I don't like about Airtable. My primary issue is setting up automations; they tend to be confusing to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a seamless integration of forms and data.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has streamlined so many tasks for our department. Adding in AI made it even more efficient. Searches are much more in-depth. Can't recommend it enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links to update in other tables don't always work but that is a rare instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for my supervisor to dedicate more time to all of us to accomplish tasks. Now Airtable's AI has increased our efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how it integrates seamlessly with our other data stacks. All our orders end up in AirTable where we process payments, plan workflow/production and study our business.

Best Project Management Tool Ever

What do you like best about the product?
I will admit , I had to tel ChatGPT what I wanted to build and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have CRMs dashboard for every function of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help section of bot never answers the questions I have. I’m having problems with an automation that I’m trying to create, but only half of the automation works. I worked on it for 5 hours yesterday before I just gave up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized CRM dashboard that gives me a complete overview of how my business is performing.

Up to speed in a short time

What do you like best about the product?
I joined my current company in May of 2024. This is a small business that runs large scale events and uses Airtable to keep track of all event details. By July of 2024 (merely a month and a half after starting), I was fully functioning as an Administrator and User of Airtable. I use Airtable every day to track progress on our events, build and monitor budgets, take in guest, volunteer and staff data, and so much more. In addition, the Airtable resources and training tools have helped me to get up to speed, and when I need to learn something new, or want to know if I can do something outside of the box, it is really easy to find answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have enjoyed the periodic webinars that share new features, but sometimes the features are not fully helpful. Most recently I attended a webinar on the AI Assistant. The hype was so exciting, but when I started to use it, I found it to be quite daunting and not fully functioning as the webinar showcased. I hope these features will improve soon because the concepts/ideas are great! I have a very specific use case that I am hoping it will help me build in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here are the main areas that I use Airtable for. Without these functions I would have to use excel or google sheets, which both have far less functionality and does not update in real time for the rest of my team, like Airtable does. Event Management (We run a three day festival that hosts approximately 20,000 people). Using Airtable I can track year over year ticket types and prices; build my vendor and volunteer applications and accept them, monitor them, etc.; I can plan/monitor my Marketing Campaigns for the full year; I can track all operations and suppliers in one base; I can evaluate potential partners and dollars coming in to run the event; I can track sales and build tables and charts using extensions; I can keep track of staff; I can monitor my budget; and so much more. I can then replicate these bases for additional events we host throughout the year. It simplifies the project management/event planning processes!
