What do you like best about the product?
It allows you a wide range of functionality in a very quick timeframe. a no-code, visually appealing, database / project management / front-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a point where it does not scale, given it becomes slow to run with enough rows / data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides would be some of the tutorials online aren't easy to access. There is always a website issue when trying to access help tools

Airtable is removing the need for weekly email blasts as all information is updated in real time. The slack integration is very helpful.

Simple, visual, and flexible

  • April 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Airtable is how it gives you the structure of a spreadsheet without feeling like a spreadsheet. You can customize everything, view your info in a way that actually makes sense (calendar, kanban, gallery—whatever works), and link related data so you’re not juggling five different tools. It’s basically the love child of a database and a planner.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Airtable is that the learning curve can be a little annoying at first—especially if you’re not super techy. It looks simple, but some of the features (like linked records or formulas) can get a bit confusing until you play around with it. Also, some of the best features are locked behind the paid plan, which is kind of frustrating if you’re trying to keep costs low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the chaos of trying to run a business out of a million Google Docs, sticky notes, and scattered spreadsheets. It’s helping me centralize everything—client info, content planning, launch timelines, even podcast tracking—into one streamlined hub. The biggest benefit? I actually feel organized. I can see everything at a glance, track progress, and stop wasting time hunting down random notes or re-creating the same systems over and over.

Airtable- the best visual database!

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to incorporate images has been very useful for our research projects using databases in Airtable. Linking records is intuitive and the interface is very easy to use! I've also enjoyed integrations from Google worksheets as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I would like to see is a better export format for the gallery version of the database. It would really be nice to customize that so we could easily create printed versions of our database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data organization and integration. Allowing us to combine data from multiple projects into nice overviews.

Communication with people using visuals when we don;t speak the same langiuage. organization and availbility of product via Airtable and we use 3D imaging and video to communicate product.

Airtable has been very beneficial for streamlining our processes at work

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get started with simple tasks. You can do a lot of things without needing formulas or script.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but I would love more customization options in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps our agency create, refine, and simplify referral processes for different programs that we have for our community. From forms, to automations, Airtable helps us from beginning to end, and it just makes our work so much easier.

The best tool to manage projects

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Airtable is how often they roll out updates based on what the community wants. It feels like they’re really listening and constantly improving. I also really appreciate the level of quality control you can have over your data. There are so many different ways to organize and use the information—plus, automations and syncs have saved me so much time on repetitive, manual tasks. It's a great way to empower associates and managers to find efficiencies in the mundane tasks of their jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a downside, it’s that the platform can be overwhelming to teach to others. There’s definitely a learning curve, and it’s not something most people can fully grasp in just an hour. It really takes hands-on learning to “get it.” A lot of the resistance I’ve seen is more about people’s hesitation to dive into something new, but once they do, it’s absolutely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has really helped streamline communication across our team and keeps everyone organized. Instead of juggling multiple tools or endless email threads, we can manage everything in one place—which has made our workflows way more efficient.

Airtable Understands Project Managers

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about Airtable are that you only need to add data in one place, you can adjust the data in multiple places, and you can create multiple views depending on who needs to see the data! Makes my life so much easier. Plus, I've started to really use interfaces, and that's been a game-changer. I use it for every project!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations could be easier/more intuitive. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data duplication -- We no longer are creating multiple spreadsheets with old data, but rather creating one base and collating all information there. It significantly reduces the headache of "is this still up to date? is it still relevant?".

Exceptional Product!

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the best database software I have ever used. The functionality is fantastic, from the intuitive design, to the swift loading of tables, to the effortless saving and backing up, to importing and exporting, to filtering and sorting data, it offers extensive utility for novice users all the way to advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had very positive experiences with Airtable. If there was one thing to improve, I would like to be able to export all of the tables at once, rather than each table individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable as a single platform for collecting, tracking, and reporting on a wide number of variables, such as dates of activities, numeric values, and deliverables. Its ease of use makes it seamless to both enter and extract what is needed.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Airtable is a game changer

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Spreadsheet feel, database power – It looks like Excel but functions like a relational database, so non-technical users can build powerful tools without writing code. Drag-and-drop, color-coding, and easy filtering/sorting make it super approachable. Airtable adapts to many use cases: project management, content calendars, CRMs, event planning, inventory tracking—you name it. You can build custom workflows without needing a dev team. Grid, Kanban, Calendar, Gallery, and Gantt views let you see your data the way you want. Different team members can have their own views without affecting the underlying data. Real-time updates, comments, and @mentions make teamwork seamless. Permissions and roles help control who can view or edit what. Connects with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, Notion, etc. Built-in automation helps trigger actions like sending emails, updating records, or posting to Slack. You can extend functionality with mini-apps (e.g., charts, maps, page designers). You can link tables like you would in a real database, which is powerful for connecting complex data (e.g., linking projects to clients or products to suppliers). Tons of pre-made templates to get started fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience isn’t nearly as strong as the desktop version. No native reporting/dashboard features out of the box. You can build charts with apps or export to another tool, but it's not as seamless as users want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizes data in one place with clean, structured views that everyone can access. Better team coordination, less back-and-forth, and clearer communication. Saves time from repetitive tasks and automates busywork, so you can focus on the important stuff. Airtable has clean interfaces with dropdowns, checkboxes, attachments, and linked records—feels more like an app. More intuitive data entry, fewer mistakes, and easier onboarding for new users.
