What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable in every work area of our organization and it has taken us very little time to become familiar with the interface and features of this product, we use it mostly to manage tasks on a daily basis, store important documents, collaborate among teammates and track progress on projects. I love being able to have everything I need to accomplish my tasks and work as a team in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have with this product is that it does not have communication tools, I would like to be able to have internal communication through Airtable without having to resort to third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is incredible how efficient Airtable has been in sending, sharing and managing information collaboratively, our work teams have been able to move forward together productively in the fulfillment of each task to the planned objectives without loss of time. We have experienced collaborative efficiency, constant tracking of our progress and increased productivity by working in an organized manner with Airtable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a product that does not put up resistance to use, on the contrary it grants many facilities and is fantastic for task and project management, as well as for fostering collaboration among teammates and monitoring the progress of projects to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility that the platform offers, you can easily customize the experience to better support you and your team's goals, KPIs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calculations are limited and/or not intuitive. Coming from Google Sheets/Excel I had a certain level of expectations for the calculations/formulas I could run within the table. I find myself still turning to Google Sheets for any heavy lifting in that department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to deliver databases to clients, we've embedded Airtables in webpages, used it to deliver attachments/files, etc.
Airtable is user friendly and has an excellent interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The program is easier to use than excel for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I plan my finances and scheduling on airtable. Everything is updated when you edit it and I don't have to worry about forgetting to save it.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the features airtime has to offer, also it offers Gantt chart functionality, which isn’t necessarily groundbreaking, but its execution of this feature is fantastic. Just like the rest of the platform, the Gantt charts are clear and colorful, making them a great addition. Other things I like about airtable are:

What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are many features, it will most likely take a long time to learn how to use everything on the platform, Therefore, there are probably techniques that would be useful that aren't being used because you don't know how to use them yet, I do not like task date functions , Users have limited permission to what there can do on the platform, also the program can be a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases productivity. Its many features give me tons of options and templates to give you a head start, allows users to be creative as they would like to be, lastly the program output a high quality of work, also I like the Database modelling, collaboration with other users on the platform.

The filter ability in this tool is excellent. We use it to track our blog calendar editing schedule.

Drag-and-drop features sometimes are glitchy.

A major advantage is that data is managed through key value relationships, either one-to-one or one-to-many. Used for project management, all team members can follow the progress of the project and work within the specified time frame. Airtable is an excellent CRM tool. It assists data management in the form of spreadsheets and task management. All details and deadlines of all tasks are managed correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has versions of applications for Android and IOS; the IOS application needs a lot of repairs because it has many blockages. Data synchronization sometimes leads to integrity violations. An important missing feature is the lack of a communication mode for internal communication using Airtable.

Our organization uses Airtable to manage the spreadsheets in the database, which is the best way to manage data and tasks. Our organization uses it in all departments. It solves the main business problems of data management and CRM for customer and project management. All uses can track progress and deadlines can be set accordingly.

When several members are implementing a project, the aircraft is the most suitable. In this case, all members are working and the versions sent are different. Airtable reigns supreme!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a blessing in allowing us to create endless private views to share with our clients. The ability to filter down to private information and have that updated live for them saves us so much time. It has reduced the amount of emails we have to send back and forth and increased our productivity to no end. Our clients also love the ability to review their information at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have found to Airtable are very specific requirements to our business that our out of the norm. There really is nothing to dislike and the support team are amazing at working with you to help implement your information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a Music Entertainment Agency and use Airtable to store all of our artists information, record and display their availability, build out contracts and all related information and automate the entire process through the built in Airtable automations or 3rd party software such as Zapier.
