Airtable is essential to our business.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is so easy to use. It's clear they have really put a lot of effort into user experience. Even someone with little to no technical ability can use this software. The layout is extremely intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the software itself. I do feel like some of the features available to Pro subscribers should also be available under the Plus plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Airtable for all of our database needs. It's so easy to share access with other employees for collaboration. Anything we used to use in Excel we are now putting on Airtable. We are even using a base to power a Chrome Extension.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable has become an integral part of our business. It is very reasonably priced and the company seems to be very forward thinking and constantly adding new, useful features. We are able to provide access to employees and contractors and they are able to start using it right away without any training.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
By using Airtable, we have cut many steps out of our editing and publishing process. Great ease of access, excellent functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't used Airtable that long, and everything seems to work appropriately thusfar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier editing and publishing process for us. What used to take many steps now only takes one. Upload the document and accompanying photos to Airtable, edit and publish from there.

Software is very easy to use and navigate. Very adaptable to your needs.

Airtable is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of Airtable and what it can do for our team, along with it's intuitive AI. From research to project management to organizing information for different teams - there is more we can do in Airtable than any other solution. It also easily connects with other systems we have in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! The amount of what you can do with Airtable can be a little overwhelming at first, but they have great resources to help you better understand all the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many! Project organization, customer information, research and data collection, forms and much more. We have realized that spreadsheets cannot support dynamic information and looks just as good as it does in Airtable.

It allows multiple users to collaborate as a team when consolidating information.

I have no dislikes at the moment, except that a few future add-ins could be great.

It allows users to access relevant information in a short period of time. It is very user friendly and easy for a novice to understand.
More than a spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an amazing product that combines the easy and reliable capabilities of a software with functional and professional tools to create a balance between users and projects. I really like how capable it is to stream and document our data in a more efficient and intuitive way than simple spreadsheets, which also get the work done but it’s not enough for our team to get to our highest potential. Airtable has different methods in which each one of us can create and assign tasks and in the process it records and stores our data which can be shared among our team, clients, and organization. I like the idea behind the “tables”, and I find them useful to have in the main page of the app, where I can see all my tasks organized by different type of projects, making it easier to get my work done. Airtable has a nice, minimalistic touch to their UI too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but rather I feel like there needs to be some improvements in some of the tools such as the formula functions and how they work in a multiplex context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this with our pretty medium-sized team to organize and track projects, document tasks and workflow and overall create a space in which everyone can contribute to the creation of a new project. During my time working as a Manager, I have a lot of business projects that I have to keep track of, as well as track the employees’ tasks and make sure they’re being completed, so Airtable’s amazing flexibility to adjust to the loads of workflow is amazing and highly appreciated. I started using it as a simple management that could organize easy tasks, but I ultimately moved most of my projects there because of the simplicity and flexibility of the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a software that I would definitely recommend to people that carry too much tasks and want to be more organized. As in my recommendation when using the software, use the tables features as much as possible to ensure a beneficial result.
Used as a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
My employer was using Excel and Google Sheets but it did not allow for much creativity and innovation and I knew there was something more out there. When I found Airtable at my previous employer about 5 years ago, I had to introduce it here and it has been wonderful to be able to easily group, sort and filter my candidates to see exactly what I want to see in several views independent of each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about Airtable. For a free service, they definitely allow for many useful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, it would take me several hours to find candidates that were active in the pipeline or who could be recycled for other roles. Now with Airtable, I can have this same data in a matter of minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
My preferred thing about this item is the capacity to spare loads of documents inside the sheet. the ability to send the fields as a structure for someone to round out has made it easy to accumulate data, and being able to take a gander at the information in numerous designs makes the information considerably progressively valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is very simple to intrude on. It requires extremely itemized documentation with respect to the chairman to help groups comprehend why the may even observe channels vanish or things apparently get erased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is incredibly adjustable and its layout library is top-notch. I've utilized it completely to mastermind ventures for whole groups and I have utilized for everything from content schedules to demand structures. it's such a solid apparatus for advertisers. Airtable has permitted me to bring together and compose complex information. I even have attempted huge amounts of programming to deal with my undertakings and cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love Airtable! it's huge amounts of brilliant highlights, so it's difficult to choose the most straightforward one. It's adaptable for arranging, connecting, arranging, adjusting, and overseeing information over a wide range of business territories. it's all the control capacities of a database and is more straightforward to find out than customary databases or spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can quickly see my data from different points of view. I can change the visual layout/style as well as filter and sort to see only what I want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use a few blocks in the free versions ;)

I use Airtable for EVERYTHING: keeping track of contacts made/companies/Next Steps, Material Index - where to find what PDF/PPT/Video, contract work notes and invoices...It can do it all!

Forget the limitations of Excel. You need to think differently about how the data relates to each other.
Versatile System
What do you like best about the product?
I needed to use Airtable for a very customized project, and it was versatile enough to handle it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small learning curve for customizing it, but it was not a significant problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Airtable to create a timeline that could be displayed in multiple ways to accent multiple different parts of the timeline.
