Best Collaboration Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different formats your spreadsheets can be displayed. We all take in visual information differently so I appreciate that it can be customized to the individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they had a more streamlined invitation process that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
color coding has helped a lot with prioritization.

Great Multi-Use Project Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is extremely flexible and customizable. It meets a wide variety of needs for me, both professionally and personally. I currently use Airtable at work to track memberships, plan our organization's full year calendar across departments, and manage a highly complex event with over 1,000 attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I personally find Airtable extremely intuitive, I think the variety of options are overwhelming to some less technologically adept colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event planning and management - we track event sponsors and monetary commitments, the expense budget, marketing collateral, vendors and contact information
Non-profit development - use Airtable to plan our full year calendar; the ability to include (and thus sort by) date, type, priority, etc. is extremely useful and allows me to easily see if we have set too many tasks for one date range and if we are doing enough of each type of task

Make sure you understand all the tool can do and watch some tutorials as this greatly improves your ability to manipulate bases.
Great for Planning and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to create custom views for the data. Each team member can present the data in the way that works best for them, while keeping everyone on the same page and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few field types that can be hard to comprehend, but the help on their website walks through everything very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Future planning and team collaboration.
Amazing organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and exceptionally helpful when coordinating with multiple deadlines and contributors at once, my company would be lost without Airtable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app itself is a bit slow to update, such as when deadlines are changed or items are crossed off someone's to-do list, but the online version is a quick remedy to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in publishing, we are able to use Airtable to plan out future and current titles, organize author contact information, as well as targeted media lists for marketing, and the ease of using the different views for different projects can streamline production calendars and more.

Very customizable, easy to use, and useful for a variety of projects and management styles.
Airtable for complex scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very capable tool that I would not hesitate recommending to any company. I have tried a variety of the products that are meant to compete in the same space and I don't think any other program exists in the same space as Airtable. It is a pleasure to use and easy to teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas that Airtable has fallen short. You are unable to add to the limit and currently there is no way to link one "base" to another "base".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running a complex schedule with hundreds of employees. I have been able to accomplish all goals I have set out to with Airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, powerful, simple. We gradually moved all our workflows and data to Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more options for two way sync with other apps and webflow CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fundraising, expense tracking, recruiting, managing team, managing projects, contact & email mangement, event registration and more. We have become 10x more effective with Airtable. It's like having an in-house software team.

Love Airtable!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is allowing us to consolidate multiple programs into one place. All of our records will be connected and we will be able to lower our costs by only having the one program. We have found a lot of use for the different view options and like that the different views can be shared outside of airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could link bases. We would like to separate some information biased on who is working on which part of a project so it would be nice if we could have one main base and smaller sub-bases that connected when we needed. The main view is also a spread sheet so I keep thinking it operated just like Excel and it has some of the functions but not as much as I would prefer being a spreadsheet junky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money and our records will be more complete, easy to access and to keep updated!
Easy to manage our legacy data tables
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Our users are not the most technical and we can ensure data security and consistency. We're able to automate to save time and remove entire steps of our workflow with Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all, we still need to dive more into the automation but the API documents look awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to move our important data into a centralized location where we know it is secure and backed up - and now we can also collaborate removing multiple layers of single points of failure.
Flexible, powerful and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
The power of a database, a form and a CMS with a great UI and API
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I have experience is the limitations regarding primary keys.

Connecting many applications, gathering data, exposing it. Best tool for prototypes and beyond.
A great first step to bringing a graphical user interface to your data sources!

We are impressed with how easy this software is to use. Notifications. CSV Import. Blocks!!!

We are hoping for more advanced features in the future. Integrate with more cloud services.
