Staying Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very user-friendly and a great tool to use to stay organized.

The capabilities with the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has really helped our team stay organized! We travel to a lot of conferences and it's a great tool to use to see what needs to be done and who owns what.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has proven to be a critical tool inmy team’s daily flow. I love the way everything looks and everything is very nice and functional. I like it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love it. As far as my use is concerned, it’s really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, assiging tasks, project management. It has really helped us with the flow.
If you need data organization this is for you. Works like a spreatsheet and has neat calendar views.

I like the way I can organize and collaborate the data in a way that make for ease of use. I also like the calendar view aspect. It really makes life easy especially with all the available templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting use to but once past the learning curve you are all set. The cost may be a small negative factor but overall it's probably worth it

Our data organization was a hot mess until we found this and now it's all good !!! The benefits are better organization and ease of use when searching for needed information.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable for my small business to keep track of inventory and sales. It is very simple and well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to download an app to use on phones or tablets, no direct access to the website through mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me organize my products for sale by category and keeps track of inventory and sales records.

The ability to see others tasks and what I’m responsible for in different views and in real time is really great

There are so many options/labels/sections it can be overwhelming

Making sure nothing it falling through the cracks, and that everyone knows what’s going on and who is doing what.
Airtable in Higher Education
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a powerful web-based tool which allows me to more easily visually enhanced spreadsheets and organize multiple data sets. This allows my team to pull together powerful analytics and data visualizations, and then choose select "dashboards" to send to key stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little - there have been some rare occasions where I wanted to do have the program run some basic statistical analysis like I could do in Excel, and it didn't have the option - that said, this is pretty minimal, and for Airtable to add such pieces may actually reduce some of the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to store and visualize metrics on the quality of online degree programs by course, and pull together a catalog of engaging activities which I often share with my faculty - i'm able to curate the "front end" which they can see, and also a much more robust back end for my own organization. I've only received rave reviews from those who are used to seeing similar pieces in Excel or other programs.

used a a law firm to keep track on client file statuses as well as tracking billing and new client intake

i really can’t say anything back about sortable for us as a law firm we need a program that also includes actual billing etc

The ease of use and simplicity. I like how you can see the attachments when people sign up for forms.

The text is a little bit too small and makes it slightly harder to see things clearly. But overall its a very good system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have been able to create an easy way to sign up for our scholarship program. On our end, it made it super simple to sift through our applicants.
