Endless Possibilities

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable can present my data in multiple ways, allowing me to customize for each audience's preference without having to completely remake or duplicate tables for each different view. I use it every day in multiple different ways - depending on the needs of the project and team - asset tracking, contract management, tasks and timelines, status updates, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibilities are almost too numerous! The learning curve is large, which can make it difficult to get new team members up to speed quickly. Would love a simulation-type learning tutorial -- teach and let me do, teach and let me do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in multiple ways, but one of the most useful to us is contract/program management - new project requests come in via a form and once they are set up, important metrics are captured and stored. We also rely on it heavily for asset management during course creation.

If a Spreadsheet and a Database had a baby ====AIRTABLE!

What do you like best about the product?
I’m a huge fan of Airtable. I started with the free version, but once I saw what it could do, I upgraded to a paid plan. I’ve built countless databases—for accounting with invoice forms, managing leads, tracking ads, and more. I use it daily for automation, forms, interfaces, and app integrations. The templates make it easy to get started, and now with AI, you can build faster or create custom setups from scratch. Airtable is flexible, powerful, and worth every penny.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say there is nothing I don't like about Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable lets me keep all my leads, bookkeeping, forms, and databases in one place. Its ability to integrate with other no-code tools to build front-end apps is what makes it a total game changer.

Airtable has changed the game for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all of our data in one place, we use it for everything on my team. Whenever we have issues customer support is super quick at responding and resolving the issue. They have a ton of classes that you can take to master it but it is super easy to use and categorize the data you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, no complaints I can think of off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all our events in one place and track everything that we are doing. We can easily find an event with airtables unique features and everything about it is stored in there.

Great CRM and Project Management

  • April 18, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
We went from maintaining a google sheet for projects to using AT for all our clients and forms we have to maintain. and it has been incredible. We love the functionality and the ability to link information across forms and clients. It is something we rely on completely, and is the roadmap for our whole department. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has multiple projects to manage. Also, being able to change the views (Kanban is life!) for everything we need to accomplish is life changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to learn how to use properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to view project information across different data points; anything from person assigned, form type, and even states.

Balanced review of Airtable

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful Integrations & Automations

Built‑in integrations with Slack, Gmail, GitHub, and many others, plus an easy “if this, then that” automation builder. Saves hours of manual work and keeps everyone in sync.

Collaboration & Permissions

Real‑time collaboration with comment threads, record-level permissions, and revision history. You can lock down sensitive tables or allow read‑only access where needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost Can Escalate Quickly

The free tier is generous for small projects, but automations, sync features, and higher record limits require paid plans that can get expensive as your team grows.

Automation Run Limits

On paid plans you get a fixed number of automation runs per month; if you exceed that, you either pay extra or risk workflows stalling unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is bridging the gap between simple spreadsheets and heavyweight project software. It’s solving our pain points around scattered task lists, siloed product information, and the overhead of managing multiple tools. By consolidating everything—tasks, feature specs, timelines, assets, and even automations—into one intuitive platform, we’ve achieved:

Faster decision‑making through unified, real‑time data.

Higher team alignment because everyone sees the same “single source of truth.”

Reduced administrative overhead, thanks to drag‑and‑drop customization and automated reminders.

An amazing app to manage data!

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to manage data. It's a spreadsheet and a database rolled into one. I love the customization and all the functionality gained through scripting and automations. We use it daily for our marketing agency to track client work, manage our bonus structure and payouts, and track billable time on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I run into limitations in functionality in fully customizing fields they way I'd like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for an almost fully custom experience in how we set up our task management. The formulas and automations allow us to manipulate data in very useful ways.

I hope you discover Airtable earlier than Excel

What do you like best about the product?
With airtable there is very little you cannot do. You can create multiple tables for multiple purposes, and even create your own mini products.

I try to use Airtable as my CRM and my Jira Development tool. It's very easy to implement and use even if you are not a techie person.

I've never had a big doubt with Airtable so I didn't get in touch with Customer support, but I'm sure they will solve correctly.

Every day I learn something about the features and something that I can do with Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that it's quite difficult to get updated about new capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I don't need jira to project manage my development work
- I don't need multiple crm tools to start gathering and storing all my sales data
- and I use airtable as a backend for small no-code / low-code platforms

Helped us get a handle on our complicated team-based scheduling and management.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about airtable is it's customiizable nature. We worked with a tech specialist to configure Airtable to meet our unique needs and it has so far been adaptable to everything we needed it to do. It has a huge capacity in terms of features and we were able to get it up and running in a fairly short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides except the intial learning curve. I believe we could have built Airtable out as we needed but it would have been a bigger intial time investment. Working with a tech specialist who knew Airtable well really helped us get up and running fast. It was worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a staff of three that do 150 week long classes for over 1500 youth each year. We need to schedule those sessions with a variety of community partners across a region in southeast Virginia. In addition, we need to record data about all 1500 youth we serve at the end of each class. Airtable has streamlined the data entry for our staff and created one central repository of data and scheduling information.

Best new software since Excel

  • February 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Unbelievably versitle and flexible. Very intuitive. Consistantly releasing new features and applications. Codeless, but codable. Easy to impliment, easy to contact customer support, very functional on an every day basis, simple to integrate with other software. Referal Credit system is extremely benficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature I want the most is always one more tier higher than i'm paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping multiple trackers in one place related to each other in a way that allows for broad data to be utilized as required for KPIs, history, workflow etc...
