Power User features that your regular users can handle.
What do you like best about the product?
Make's powerful automations and data structures available in a way that workers without a CS degree can wrap their minds around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing doesn't scale great for a mid sized small business. If you have 3 users it's an amazing value but if you need 15 the per person costs can really start to add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data automations, workflows, information gathering, no code tool building. Data entry, forms, email automations, QR code management, IP cateloging.
The most powerful app in existence
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the definition of limitless. If you can dream it, chances are you can build it with Airtable. At minimum, it'll help you prototype, clean and organize data, and give you better insights into building your product. At maximum, it'll be the one stop shop for any custom application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to put bases into folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated AI. Automations. Project management. Organizational management. I can go on for days

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most versatile software I use. I've been able to track incredibly complicated art collections for clients and share only the details buyers need to see. Airtable always wows people! It looks complicated, but when I show clients how they can move around Airtable and access important details, they are blown away. For art collectors, this is a powerful tool becaue it's so easy to implement and integrate their colelction into the format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find their system of charging for use very confusing. I want to share my art collection template but worry that I'll be charged when people request permission to use it. I wish this were better explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number one problem is keeping track of art collections--images, purchase records, details about provenance, framing, condition, and current appraised prices are vital for imortant collections. When a client wants to see art, it is so easy to create a table with a subset of images and details and send that to the buyer. Airtable is a gamechanger in my business dealings.

I love how flexible Airtable is. I'm able to plan my business and manage my information the way I want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can become pricy fast as collaborators are needed. It would be nice to have more pricing options that accommodate more users at a good price. If you don't need advanced features or multiple users ... it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to quickly ramp up operations of cataloging inventory, manage research projects and data collection, and develop and operational service and sales platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a non tech person, it might be a bit complex and they won't be able to use airtable at its fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using aritable to add a suggestion to our process, however, I have used Airtable in my previous organisation, and Airtable helped me managing my projects in systematic manner.
This software is so agile and adaptable while also being very user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Very adaptable and user-friendly. Lots of great videos, articles, and discussion boards to refer to when you need help or want to try something new.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to organize fields into a specific order or grouping in the dropdown menu, can only do this through creating and always using specific views, which can be limiting if your needs change regularly and you have many fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to track information about over 1,000 different businesses and organizations, including communications with these sites, updates on progress, etc. It also allows me to share this information out with others in very specific ways that they can either contribute to or just view, and to collect reporting from the businesses and organizations themselves. To have all of this in one platform that updates in realtime is very efficient and a huge time-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of functionality in a super user friendly environment, and an easy "Ctrl-Z" function to undo any mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to search engine answers for coding as it is not one of my skills, built in coding/tips would be super helpful for challenging date ranges, or when using data from multiple columns to get an automatic fill in another box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A collaborative space with various insights into data at a much easier entry point than competitors such as Excel.

I like that I can visualize data in any way that I'd like.

AirTable Automation limits and limits on integrating into other services.

It is allowing supervisors to keep track of the work of members of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automate a lot of our team processes using Airtable. I love the form builder and interface feature so we can show data and reports to our stakeholders in an easily-digestable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find most challenging about Airtable is some of the conditional automations or vlookup type functions that would work in Excel but aren't as simple in Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us store customer data, track customer engagement and budget, create request forms for our stakeholders and show high-level performance data to leadership teams. We use it heavily for automating our workflows and alerting us of new form submissions via Slack.
The best database tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I have used airtable at my institution for over 6 years. It has done even more than I could have imagined. And with quick updates, it consistently outperforms the competitors. I am so thankful for Airtable for the amount of work it has saved me and my team. Additionally, the ease of integration and the ease of implementation are some of my favorite aspects. And the fact that I use Airtable everyday is a huge part of my desire to write a review. And anytime I have an issue, their support team is quick to respopnd and answer my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Airtable is the inability to have a simple table like excel that could exist within airtable. That being said, it is a minimal issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of lack of organization and this allows our entire office to complete work more effectively.
