Best tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
I used to handle different data sets for investment research and operations on MS Access and loved having the data but it was cumbersome to use and collaborate. When I found Airtable through a VC we worked with switched immediately, easily done. We keep data in one place, create 'windows' into the data as needed, and integrate with other tools. Use it every single day for work and even for some personal projects. Customer service is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is so good, I haven't found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing duplicated data sources, linking existing sources in new ways for tools, insights, etc. Sky is the limit.

A Database Powerhouse with Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond a spreadsheet, Airtable is a powerful database that lets me manage everything from content calendars to project sprints and custom-built mobile apps. What I like best about Airtable is that it is very user-friendly and intuitive, especially for non-engineering folks like me. I also appreciate how extensible it is with integrations such as HootSuite and Google, and would love to see more integrations in the future as there are so many possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough integrations with project management and business tools that I use alongside Airtable such as Trello, ClickUp, and HubSpot. The Slack integration could be better, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable lets me manage everyday projects and tasks to more complicated initiatives such as building mobile apps with little/no need for code.
Airtable Review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Airtable is Without any database related programming knowledge I can create, organize, manage and visualize the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it's free plan has limitations such as we can not store large data and restricted access to automation and other premium features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am working employee the day to day task and pending task which I have to follow up pere increasing day by day so I tried many other tools also but this was handy to use so I have tried this and my problem almost got solved.
Unlocking full potential of cross functional collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizations that Airtable interfaces allow so end users have a unique experience tailored to them. The conditional formatting has been a game changer in how we design our solutions to be simple and help in the adoption to transition into Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside right now is not being able to take advantage of the extensions in the interfaces. I use a lot of the extensions in the base level especially org chart extension and wish I could get some of this to my end users without them needing to come into the base level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is allowing a single source of truth that allows us to break traditional barriers we previously had with our marketing data.
Mind-opening product
What do you like best about the product?
I reccomend AirTable to most if not all of my coworkers and try not to bring it up among my friends and family. As someone who works with databases as part of my job but no the main focus, AirTable makes SO many aspects of database manipulation and management so friendly. I have tried several other products that are not nearly as intuitive. If this sounds like I'm exaggerating, I promise I am not - AirTable makes a quality, mind-expanding product that helps you make sense of a variety of projects and data. Highly recommend trying it for either what AirTable IS made for, or what it is not, works well in both. I have created bases that have ended up servicing our clients directly, they now use the base as well. There's a ton of helpful features and it's easy to get up to speed. Even with the simplicity of getting started, it's a great program to use daily, I use several bases every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing can be confusing for external users! Other than that, not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management, session tracking, project tracking, process ownership
We couldn't do our job well without AirTable!
What do you like best about the product?
If organizes workflow for maximal efficiency!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to getting it set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable serves as a CRM for our contacts but also helps us organize events and projects. We use it for team meeting note taking (no more sending agendas ahead of time!) . We also use it to streamline event requests from employer partners and we use automations to send confirmation emails which saves us a ton of time.
Airtable simplifies sooo much in my business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Airtable allows me to store and search so much of the data in my company. We begin using it as a way of capturing client data, however, now we use it for project management, data storage, data capture and so much more. I also LOVE the mutiple views it allows us to offer our team:kanban, list, table, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication among tables--the syncing among tables process is a bit limited so we have to update in multiple places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manging project work flow and capturing and storing data.
A life-changing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since adopting Airtable, our workflows and processes have been revolutionized. I love how easy it is to get up and running with basic features. There are many transferable skills one can bring over from spreadsheets and other project management systems that makes implementation fairly seamless. Much of the program is intuitive, and for some of the more advanced features there are excellent resources, from the impeccable customer service, to myriad online videos, and the incredibly supportive and enthusiastic Airtable community.
Moving our workflows over to Airtable has made it so easy to keep our projects organized. What had previously been a mess of a Google Drive with folders, drives, sheets, etc. is now able to live in a handful of bases, keeping all project materials and data in one place. Being able to sync bases has also allowed us to utilize a central source of truth across our organization. Everyone is pulling from the same verified datasets, and if we update the data set, it updates everywhere.
Automating is its own cause for celebration as we've save hundreds of hours on repetetive tasks. Our organization uses automations to send reminder emails, update records when they match certain conditions, automatically link records, run simple scripts, and essentially keep track of all of the administrative details for a variety of processes. We use it for applications that require letters of recommendation, reviews from inside and outside constituents, and tracking assignments. We use it for our marketing and event planning. We use it track and administer service tickets. We even use it for staff meetings to track notes and tag employees to follow-up tasks.
We also love interfaces. Initially, some staff we wary of learning a new program, and the data layer of Airtable felt overwhelming. Interfaces allowed us to share specific data points in a much more digestible format. It's high level dashboards with the ability to drill down into specific data points is extremely helpful for supervisors and managers on our team. Likewise, all the different ways to visualize data allow us to create extremely efficient and customized workflows for staff and outside users alike.
Most of my day is spent working in Airtable, and it's always a joy to listen to colleagues ask, "Can Airtable do X?" and then watch them light up when I show them not only can it do X, but it can do Y and Z too! And, for the rare times a native Airtable feature can't quite do the trick, it's easy to integrate 3rd party apps into your Workspace. Likewise, for those who want to keep their Google Suite, Airtable can create and update Google docs, create and edit calendar events, and even append rows to Sheets or create records from a Google Form.
It's made life so much easier in our office that I even have a personal base to track home projects, and I've brought Airtable to our school's PTO!
I haven't even touched on AI or formulas or forms - or lots of other features! - but I can't overstate how life-changing this program was to our office.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're fortunate to have an enterprise license in our organization, but for others outside, I've seen that limited access to certain features if you're on a lower level plan can be a pain. For me personally, there are some design elements of the dashboards that I'd like more control over. There are also minor things like their forms allow you to implement a character limit, but not a word limit.
Likewise, there are times when to get Airtable to do the thing you want, you sometimes have to think up slightly elaborate workarounds. Even then, though, there is a feeling of accomplishment (at least for me) for having solved the puzzle, and once you've set it up, it just runs in the background. Very often there are updates that roll out that address some of these issues, in which case it's a little annoying to undo the more complex solution to utilize the streamlined update.
But that's about it. I'm sure there are other little things like with any software where it's loading slowly one day, but honestly, there's so much more to love about Airtable.

It's making our workflows more systematized and transparent. We have more data integrity, and are freeing up a ton of administrative time. It's allowed our team to be more responsive, data-informed, and spend more time on our values and core mission rather than getting bogged down in nitty gritty admin. It's making our funding programs much easier to apply to and review in a fair and unbiased way. As a result, we were able to award hundreds more students funding than before as we're able to be more flexible, nimble, and intentional.
Great product - small learning curve but then you have infinite power for customization
What do you like best about the product?
The relational database is so helpful when creating a single source of truth. The interface builder is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The row limit means that the application is not suitable for some use case that we initially explored airtable for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allow us to seamlessly manage our content production process, from brainstorming and briefing to content creation and reviewing. We also use the workflow + interface capabilities to loop in the right teammates at the right time.
