Airtable Makes Structured Workflows and Lightweight Tools Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Airtable is how easily it lets me design structured data workflows and automate processes without complex development. The combination of relational tables, views, and integrations makes it very effective for building lightweight internal tools such as recruiting pipelines, dashboards, and data tracking systems. It’s fast to prototype and powerful enough to scale with team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me structure data and build AI-driven automation workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency in recruiting and operational processes.
Intuitive Yet Advanced with Configurability Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I find Airtable makes things much easier for us. I really appreciate how easy it is to use and configure, which makes sharing information with people outside of our organization simple, as well as printing and accessing data more smoothly than dealing with giant spreadsheets. The interfaces it provides are fantastic for making our data presentable and accessible. The artificial intelligence capabilities are valuable too, allowing us to build profiles and interact with our information quickly. The software simplifies handling tasks and passing on information to those not familiar with our organization's details. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, similar to other project management software, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it's a great tool for doing advanced configuration and creating systems that require minimal manual input. I think it's a great product with a simple interface that anyone can easily understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be easier to have a bit of an orientation in terms of understanding it. We had to kind of play around with it to understand, oh, it can do this, this, and this. I don't know if there are resources available to give you kind of more information on how to utilize it, how to build it out. And maybe perhaps some improvements to the artificial intelligence that kind of builds out the system for you as you give a prompt. It could be an issue of us not understanding how to give it the correct prompts, but I think it was a lot of trial and error until the artificial intelligence eventually got it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to streamline athlete registration, making things much easier. It's user-friendly, easy to configure, and aids in sharing with external people better than large spreadsheets. It simplifies access and presentation of information, thanks to its AI capabilities.

Airtable is an easy-to-understand, easy-to-use tool that helps us implement and roll out things to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can become costly as teams scale, often slows down with large data sets and complex automations, and lacks the depth of a true relational database for advanced reporting and data integrity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it in conjunction with GitHub and Vercel to create interactive platforms for our team to track staffing availability.
Powerful Database with Customizable Views
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Airtable as a huge database where I can keep almost everything about the clients and add new fields accordingly. I really like the type of views available, as I can personalize the view and reorganize it based on what I need. The ease of setting up new views is also great, especially for leads view. Additionally, the initial setup of Airtable was pretty easy, and I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature for creating automations or rules. It’s very intuitive and easy to use, and it makes the setup process quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to incorporate the bases and layers can feel cumbersome, and it really requires you to teach yourself. There’s a lot of trial and error involved before it starts to make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to create individual dashboards for our notaries so they can track their stats and see where they can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Airtable syncs and saves all the data for account holders. I also love building custom apps without needing any coding, which allows me to tailor them to our workflow. It's great that Airtable combines everything, solving the need to use many other programs or apps to track various account information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app can be improved with saving data and it lags. Sometimes it doesn't save in real time. It did take time to adjust to, but not too much trouble.

I like using Airtable because it's the fastest way we've found to build reliable business applications. I appreciate its flexible database structure and the built-in integrations that are really helpful. The App Libraries make it easy for us to distribute applications across our organization, and its strong security capabilities are crucial for us. I also love that it allows our business teams to create their own applications, which helps reduce our IT overhead costs and lets the teams move faster. Setting it up was very easy with a quick learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The per user pricing model is my only complaint. I would prefer to pay for usage of data and AI.
