What do you like best about the product?
I find Airtable amazing for project management work. I like the fact that we can integrate it with other systems, which helps, especially by using systems like ChatGPT to enhance our project management. The initial setup of Airtable is super simple, and it works really great on our systems.

I use Airtable for sharing information with colleagues. It's amazing for project management, and I love that we can integrate it with other systems like AI models, which helps enhance our project management.

Airtable makes project management easy like ABCD. Supports both project management, task management, workflow management and automation of repetitive tasks. Its reliable and enhance collaboration.

We use the Airtable for all our project management. Team are able to collaborate and work on a single project without any challenge. With that we are able to track and update the progress of the projects with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
For us airtable is a Advance Database that helps in storing our customers information and works like a spreadsheet or you can say that it's an advance version of MS Excel that manages different type of data in a format of rows and column along with informative analytics when they are compiled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Applying formulas is one of the most difficult part according to my experience on this software because there are different type of formulas and you won't be able to understand where to use which formula and their user interface is also quite complex for beginners. You will need a proper training to understand it's usability professionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software help us in organising all of our day to day data and also manages information related to our bookings and services after we have installed airtable in our business, we have been able to manage all the finances and operational details better and even access old data just in few clicks in our system.

It is highly configurable and easy to customize, so you can easily create workflows, views and automations without requiring a huge amount of technical knowledge. The different views (grid, kanban, calendar, gallery), great integrations and automation provide a robust tool for structuring information, working with a team and turning data into work.

It starts getting pricey as you use more of it, especially if you require pro features or multiple collaborators.

Unlike Excel, where data is just text in a cell, Airtable lets you link records. You can link a "Task" to a "Project" and a "Client," ensuring that if you update the client's name once, it updates everywhere across your entire system.

Every Airtable plan has a hard limit on the number of rows (records) per base. On the Free plan, it's 1,000; even the paid "Team" plan ($20/mo) caps at 50,000. If you are tracking massive amounts of data, you will hit these limits quickly and the price will jump significantly.

Files are buried in email threads or scattered across Google Drive folders, making it hard to know which version of a document is final.
How Airtable Solves It: "Attachment" fields allow you to drop files (images, PDFs, CSVs) directly into a record.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the one place we collect all out leads, and students with the ability to filter, sort and create automation so we can provide better customer experience, very easy to use and integrates well with our forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not as great as the desktop application, a little hard to update leads

Airtable is used as our CRM, we collect the leads there as well as keeping our students records to give us visibility on their progress
