Life Changing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use AirTable for most everything I do. I have expanded my use of AirTable over the past 5 years and have watched it grow and used each new feature when they are rolled out. I recommend AirTable to most businesses that I work with because it is easy to use and implement for most all use cases. I use it heavily every day. I have contacted customer support numerous times over the past 5 years and have always had a positive experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Every time I have found a shortcoming, AirTable online groups have provided great workarounds and AirTable has rolled out features that are most helpful to me in a very timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation visibility, accounting, user and group management, project timeline tracking, calendar integration, reporting and KPIs
Helpful for dissertation research but not geared towards student use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the helpful articles, ease of searching with the search extension, and gb space
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive for students, and I am paying a lot for a small number of extra features I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my dissertation research
Relevant for a variety of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to get started with and easy to use. The feature set fits my needs for a range of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not seem particularly responsive to community feature requests. Also, there is no VPAT or product accessiblity information available publicly, which is disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service incident request tracking without needing a full-blown service request system (like Intercom or zendesk) which saves money.
Provides database like functionality without excess need for formulas which saves time and allows for faster data analysis.
Easy data visualization without the need for additional tools or skills like Tableau which allows more data visualization by more users.

Amazing Project Management Tool and Business/Information Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to build whatever you need without coding is what makes Airtable my favorite tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little technical even without needing to code but it's just a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use airtable to manage all of my taks, projects and information.
Airtable is user-friendly, lightweight project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the form capability - it's fairly user-friendly and looks nice on the front-end. I also really like the ability to create relational datasets and easily implement XLOOKUP functionality through the lookup column feature. I find that a lot of project management tools require very complex workarounds to replicate XLOOKUP so I appreciate the ease of implementation there.
I frequently use the backend features of Airtable, including code-based automations and integrations with no-code tools like Zapier. I appreciate the customizations that are possible through these tools - there is a workaround for pretty much everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dependency functionality was more helpful. The package that my company gets (I think the middle business package) does not include strict dependencies, so it is difficult to have dynamic project plans that update automatically as different items change. At our package level, we also don't have lags or different types of dependencies that can be implemented.
Airtable does not have subtasks - you can replicate them via a workaround, but it is a little complex. This is definitely a limitation of Airtable.
I personally find Airtable very simple and fun to use - but many of my coworkers do not. I frequently get questions about how to do fairly simple things from my colleagues. I get excited about going deep on softwares like this so I found it easy to learn Airtable, but for people who are not familar with the concept of relational databases, etc. I think getting familiar with Airtable can be more challenging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning/Gantt charts in Airtable have been quite helpful for me. We are trying to transition more of our task management to Airtable, but the fact that Airtable doesn't have subtasks has been hindering that transition somewhat.
Does what it needs to do
What do you like best about the product?
search function by keyword to find what I'm looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
hidden articles that are difficult to find

compliance
The one Saas subscription I couldn't see myself cancelling
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows me the ability to quickly set up basic systems for myself or clients that function the way I want them to – without having to go out and add another subscription to my budget.
I've built simple yet robust apps ranging from task management, CRMs, content management, and more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable's pricing model is unreasonable for many potential customers. I find it works really well for soloists with one or two teammates, and it works well for enterprise companies – but not for those in between.
And unfortunately, it's also unreasonable for agencies and consultants like myself. I have an Airtable Business account, yet if a client adds me to their workspace, they are required to pay for an additional seat.
Tools like Webflow allow "freelancers" or "agencies" to be added to client workspaces if they have an existing paid account –– Airtable would be wise to adopt this.
I would recommend Airtable to *nearly* everyone if it wasn't for their pricing model that intentionally leaves out customers who could greatly benefit from the tool.

Airtable Makes My Workday Seamless

I'm still new to the platform, so I don't have any quips about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to post open shifts and track availability for doctors and support staff.
Airtable helps to create work efficiencies.

It is easy to use and support is easy to find.

There are probably features that I am unaware of that may be helpful and I am not utlizing.
