A useful database tool

  • August 13, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the power of Airtable to allow our team to collaborate and manage data on the many ways we interact with our audience. I especially appreciate being able to connect contacts across bases. In our organization, we use forms a lot as a way to register for events (both in person and virtual) and I appreciate how seamlessly Airtable helps us create outreach lists from our database of contacts, track which of these contacts register for the meeting, and allows us to collect and save information on these contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the updates to forms that allows us to embed links and increase the formatting potential of these forms - this was lacking in the old forms. The features I would most like to see added are:
- A way to attach calendar invitations to automations (so that when people register for something, it can be added to their calendar, whether Outlook, gmail, etc)
- Better options for adding logos and graphics to forms, both the size of the file allowed and ability to edit its appearance on the page. We often have a background image that's good for this, but the file size is very limited and then we are unable to adjust it's positioning on the page, so the text is often cut off at weird places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us collect, save, and use data on our customer base. We're also working on how to better use it to manage our time as a team. I would like to explore more project management tool options.

Easy, Reliable and Effective!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable is its ease of use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes data management feel approachable even for those without technical backgrounds.

Another standout feature is its speed and accuracy — creating, updating, and filtering records happens in real time without lag, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient.

Finally, Airtable is an excellent low-code solution. Its built-in automations, integrations, and customizable fields allow you to create powerful workflows without needing deep programming knowledge. You can quickly prototype, test, and deploy solutions that would take much longer in traditional database or spreadsheet tools.

Overall, Airtable delivers a great balance between simplicity and power, making it an ideal platform for teams that need flexibility, speed, and minimal learning curves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. The tool is awesome, maybe adding live sync to grab data from an online excel workbook or a excel workbook on premise?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analytics and mass reporting.

Keeping Projects and Programs on Track with Airtable

  • August 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been an incredibly useful tool for our team. What I like best is how streamlined it makes our workflow so everyone can stay updated on projects, track large student numbers, manage events, and even oversee entire programs all in one place. It keeps our information organized and accessible, which saves time and reduces confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I find challenging is utilizing Airtable’s integrations. While I know these features can make the platform even more powerful, I just need to dedicate more time to learning how to set them up effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With staff working in different buildings, Airtable keeps us connected and aligned. We’re able to share real-time updates, avoid duplication of work, and make quicker decisions, which benefits both our team and the people we serve.

What do you like best about the product?
Having my data available to monitor the health of my business
What do you dislike about the product?
Some formulas have to be manually updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have job costing information at my fingertips. I created a dashboard to display the information as current month, last month, and year to date. I can monitor trends to determine the health of the company.

Fantastic scaleable software that is as easy as a piece of cake, and as flexible as a rubber band.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to use Airtable for almost every aspect of getting my business off the ground. We can have many people working on the same records without confusion. It was super easy to implement, and the customer support has quickly helped us the few times we've needed them. The automations and integrations are phenomenal and have totally changed the way we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Airtable is that it (at least our plan) isn't HIPAA compliant. Our industry is increasing the amount of compliance we need, and Airtable isn't keeping pace with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that was super flexible since we were a new business and this was the first time we've ever done anything at this scale. This gave us a way to try out different ways to optimize our processes and change things on the fly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Airtable lets me design workflows exactly the way I want — no cookie-cutter limitations. It’s powerful enough to run my entire business but still simple to adapt on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about airtable. I've been using it for a few months now and I am self taught in creating my database from google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable eliminates the chaos of scattered spreadsheets, CRMs, and disconnected tools by giving me one centralized, customizable hub for my entire business. It streamlines data management, automates repetitive tasks, and connects my workflows — saving hours every week while giving me total visibility and control.

I really enjoy how there's so many ways you can approach Airtable and its functionality. Where there's a will there's a way, and it gives you a lot of control with how you'd like to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve to using Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation function is great because it lets you update and interact with project management in real-time. Also, being able to organize and establish your information and projects with a lot of functionality.

Great for Staying Organized

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Airtable makes it easy to organize and track anything while still feeling simple to use.
The ability to set reminders, get email notifications, and create clear, consistent document names keeps projects on track and information easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it’s not always easy to see previous versions of data or track exactly who deleted information, which can make troubleshooting changes more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me centralize information, keep projects on track, and ensure everyone works from the same up-to-date data.

Powerful, Accessible, & Fun

  • August 12, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed working with Airtable. It’s SO powerful but without the steep learning curve you get with some other database tools (like SharePoint). It strikes a great balance between being approachable for beginners and still having advanced features for when you want to get fancy and into the weeds. I’ve used it for all kinds of projects, from tracking grants to managing expenses. It’s honestly fun to set up and play around with. The interface makes you feel like you’re building something useful without drowning in technical jargon. It's been really easy to both implement and integrate in to our other systems. We use it every month for expense reconciliation and are working on building out a grant management system that would be used weekly.

Airtable has been a huge help for organizing information in a way that’s both functional and enjoyable to use. If you need something that’s more than a spreadsheet but less intimidating than a traditional database, it’s a fantastic option.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our nonprofit, the basic subscription has been enough to get a lot done, which I appreciate. That said, I do wish the higher-tier subscriptions were more affordable. The pricing makes it tough to give contractors or employees without a paid account the ability to engage with even the surface level of our data. It would open up a lot of possibilities for collaboration if that barrier were lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has been great at helping us keep track of complex information in a way that’s organized and accessible to folks who are NOT the technically inclined. Rather than having the data across multiple spreadsheets and across multiple locations, we can now have the data live in a very specific place that also provides a variety of views and filters that make it easy to work with the data. The automations have also been great at getting consistent workflows that don't create gaps due to human error. By having automatic emails and follow ups, it just creates less space where things can fall through the cracks.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Great software with a ton of capabilities

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Airtable are the multiple integration options and the ability for remote entry of all data. Website forms, POS system, and manual staff entry can be compiled into one place, easing accounting burdens. The forms and automatic steps make Airtable a form of Google Sheets on Steroids! It is a full-system database that is easy to use no matter what your level of expertise is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to understand all the robust features Airtable can offer. It's helpful to browse through their many templates to get yourself started. Check out how records and sheets can link to one another, check out the automations that can be created, and more when you explore test data in the templates. Also, support is very responsive via email when you have questions or concerns!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows us to keep all of our information in one central database. We previously used a proprietary CRM software, but it didn't allow us to integrate all of our various transaction sources into the same place without manual staff entry. Our new system with Airtable not only allows us to keep all information in one central database, it also offers much better automation opportunities than our previous software.
