Versatile & Thorough!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create just about any kind of process that I want to with Airtable. It's a flexible, versatile, and robust system! It also has very robust features and is extremely customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can be a little complicated to learn, but once you know what you're doing you can create just about anything you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Airtable to streamline our hiring process. They complete the application (Airtable form), then the automations help sort them into whatever category they fall into, adds them to the team list if we do choose to hire, sends emails notifying them of the progress along the way, and allows us to schedule meetings with the candidates. It has made the entire process streamlined and seamless, removing all the manual labor previously involved. It's HUGE time-saver!
The app that brings the most value to my work and life.
What do you like best about the product?
As someone with ADHD who is math-averse, Airtable is like a user-friendly Excel/Sheets. It has so many capabilities, options, and automations, yet somehow isn't overwhelming. I use it to organize and seamlessly mange my household, personal life, finances, work, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was a more affordable tier or sales on annual pricings

Airtable helps me stay on top of projects, keep my books balanced, and allows me to keep living, shared databases
Great Project Management Tool and More
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has practical uses while also having a friendly UI/UX. It is important to me that I have customization options when operating in systems so Airtable does a great job of this. In addition to that, one of my favorite features is the Automations + Integrations. Nowadays, I use so many different applications in my line of work and it's super helpful to be able to integrate them together in one space. One of my favorite things has been the ability to have Slack messages sent to me when someone fills out a form I created. I do use this on a daily basis so it's been easy to implement this into my routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new forms feature has been disrupting one of my automations and I really can't tell why? I have been meaning to get with customer support to see how they help me figure this out. Otherwise, I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, it's been helping me learn how to manage my projects efficiently and organize my assignments into one space. It has made me feel more productive and in control of my day to day.
Airtable | 7 years strong, and going....
What do you like best about the product?
There are many areas of AT that are worth praise. I love that it is versatile and adaptable. It has been a wonderful adventure creating customizations, automations, and creating several databases that organize information and assets.
I also appreciate that there is both an internal and external use for this system: our clients contact us easily and are looped into our workflow with reminders, updates, and forms.
The company is also very good at quarterly trainings, where users are able to learn about new release updates, improved features, and areas of the software that has changed or been eliminated.

What do you dislike about the product?
AT is a great system-- hands down. I have taken it with me across two job transitions as well as implementing it into my own personal life as well. That said, I am biased-- meaning that I have spent a lot of time learning it and its framework. While AT is very user friendly, there can he a higher learning curve for people wanting to master more of its advanced settings , features, and capabilities.

AirTable solved many problems with a single software
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable allowed us to find a single solution. Rather than having to purchase separate CRM, property management, finance, grant management, and payroll software, then spend many hours to customize each one, we save thousands of dollars by just purchasing AirTable. We did invest a lot of hours up front to build exactly what we needed, but we would have had to spend a lot of those hours customizing other software anyway. When things were too complicated for us to figure out for ourselves, we could get help through AirTable's referral program and got our own specialist to get us through the really difficult parts. In the end, we are saving thousands, and can get exactly what we need. We've been able to leave confusing and less functional spreadsheets and tables behind!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using AT for almost 18 months, and all the functionality wasn't there originally. But more is added all the time, which we are grateful for, so I'm not sure that's even a drawback!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled to be able to find data in our numerous spreadsheets for our year-end reports. Now it's all in one place and displayed in beautiful graphs for the board of directors. We have become much more efficient. Saving time and money.
I rely on Airtable to keep my nonprofit clients happy!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to keep both myself and my non-profit clients organized, especially when managing media and print marketing for multiple organizations. Airtable's custom interfaces make it simple for clients to share content and easily view and approve upcoming posts. It’s an essential tool that I rely on daily to streamline collaboration and ensure smooth communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it were easier to share entire interfaces with clients for free. Additionally, I’d love to see improvements in the mobile app’s functionality, along with the ability to create interfaces as standalone mobile apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped me to create easy-to-use interfaces for communicating marketing projects and details with my clients.
Airtable has given us the opportunity to work smarter, not harder and improve efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows our team to improve processes we implement across the company so there is less manual tasks.
I love that we are able to connect to slack for automations and especially like the button feature to upade fields within Airtable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features I wish we could improve upon in Airtable that I've expressed to our Account Managers in the past.
I wish there was an easier way to allow external users to update a form response within the same record. The process it takes to create this is extremely time consuming and complicated.
I wish there was a cleaner way of organizing Org Charts within Airtable. We use the Org Chart extension but don't like that it is a PDF. I would like to see more examples of how other companies use Airtable for their Org Charts.

Great database tool for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's always juggling multiple projects, Airtable has been a game-changer for me, especially with its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Even if you don’t have any database experience, it feels familiar—kind of like a spreadsheet but with way more capabilities. I love how customizable it is; I can create fields, organize data in a way that makes sense to me (whether that's in a grid, calendar, or Kanban format), and even set up relational tables without needing to be tech-savvy. Plus, Airtable’s Interface feature allows everyone on my team to view data the way they prefer, which is a huge win for collaboration.
Speaking of collaboration, Airtable makes it super easy to work with others in real-time. You can leave comments, tag people, assign tasks, and track progress, which keeps everyone on the same page. The different views—whether you’re using the Kanban board for visualizing tasks, the calendar for deadlines, or the gallery for something like a photo catalog—give you so much flexibility depending on the project. And let’s not forget the automations! I’ve saved so much time by setting up automated workflows, and it integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Workspace and Slack, which I already use.
For beginners, the selection of pre-built templates is a lifesaver. It’s perfect for getting started quickly without feeling overwhelmed, which I really appreciated when I first began using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I enjoy using Airtable, there are definitely a few limitations that stand out. While it's fantastic for beginners, it can feel a bit basic for more advanced needs. If you're looking for complex querying or need to manage larger-scale operations, Airtable might not have all the features you’d expect from a more powerful database tool.
One specific frustration I’ve had is with its Interfaces. For example, you can't create a calendar that pulls data from two different tables, which feels really limiting when you're trying to get a full picture of overlapping projects or timelines. It forces you to work within some pretty tight constraints.
Another downside is the lack of offline access. Airtable requires an internet connection to function, which can be a real drawback if you need to work on the go or in places where Wi-Fi is spotty. I’ve definitely run into a few situations where I wished I could make updates or check something without being online.

Airtable is solving the problem of organizing our programs and projects in a way that’s both structured and flexible. It allows us to design our workflows exactly how we need them, whether it’s tracking tasks, deadlines, or resources. The ability to customize tables, views, and fields means we can tailor it to fit our specific processes, which keeps everything streamlined and easy to manage. This flexibility helps our team stay on top of multiple projects at once, ensures collaboration across teams, and gives us the transparency we need to stay aligned and productive.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I don’t have many complaints, I would love to see an Airtable and Notion integration in the future. That would take the platform to the next level for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us address the need for a highly flexible project management and database solution that fits our unique business requirements. Before using Airtable, we struggled to find a ready-made product that could manage our workflows without forcing us to adapt to rigid structures or use multiple tools to do so. Airtable’s customizable features have allowed us to create a solution tailored to our exact needs.
