Great low code, no code platform to build any apps with automation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate different data sources, create various apps using interfaces, and build automation to get work done effectively and efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is high, Interfaces design is still not that flexible to create the apps exactly the way you want to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a process workflow application with minimal effort
A continuously improving, endlessly customizable tool to improve visibility and efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very easy-to-learn tool that has allowed our corporate communications team to create a fully customized project management interface for task and project tracking, editorial calendars, a repository of team resources, a host for content analytics and so much more. While training our team on this new way to track projects was time-intensive, employees picked up on how to use the tool quickly and were excited to finally have integration across workflows that previously took place in disparate tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While sign-up sessions to speak with Airtable engineers to solve problems (Ask an Expert sessions) has been extremely useful, the overall customer support function is a bit slow. Most queries are handled via email, as there is no customer support phone number, which can be a little frustrating for issues where a call would solve the issue more quickly. Nonetheless, the email support is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has primarily driven efficiencies and increased visibility on the work being done across our team. From an efficiency perspective, by simply tracking their day-to-day work in Airtable, our team now has automatically up-to-date editorial calendars, dashboards that convey workload and insight into things like what topics and individuals our communications are covering (and, by proxy, missing) in real time. From a visibility perspective, managers and senior leaders can seamlessly see the work being done down their hierarchy with easy-to-use dashboards and filters. These efficiencies and increased visibility allows our team to spend more time making strategic choices.
Great tool for staff to get stuff done
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy to use, flexible, and extremely powerful. Non-technical staff around my institution picked it up by watching online tutorials, and have been using it regularly to solve problems for themselves. Getting Airtable set up was pretty easy. There's a bit of a learning curve to the tool, but because staff can see how they can use it, they are eager to learn it and put it to good use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Single Sign On has been a challenge, but definitely not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff here are able to build out tiny 'applications' without needing any support from our developers. This has meant that a lot of challenges that were not high-enough priority to warrant developer time to fix them are suddenly getting fixed at the point of need.
Favorite automation platform I have tried.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the user experience of Airtable. It makes data and automation super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the biggest downside to Airtable is the limited formatting capabilities. I also wish there were more automation triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has automated so many of our processes and has improved communication in and outside of our team.
Became the source of truth, and reduced duplicated work.
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the rollout of promised new features is a little slow, or ill timed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the product across several departments, so it's helping us with ticketing, project management, inventory, calendar and scheduling and more. Airtable makes it beneficial because it's all connected!
Most of our company's decisions depend on Airtable, in some way or another

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would load faster, we have large tables, which might slow it down.
I wish there was a better way to do "VLOOKUP"s, we have a workaround which works beautifully.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to control supplier pricing, sales reporting, e-commerce price control.
Fast, Powerful and multidimensional
What do you like best about the product?
We work with structured, cellular style data that also has a qualitative component to it. Airtable has enabled us as a global team that is familiar with excel but wanting addon features to adapt quickly to using it as pipeline management tool and crm. We particularly like, linked bases and sheets, tags, 3rd party integtrations and accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some embedding features and rules around guest access make it difficult to use en mass within a large company when a small core team will be using it 99% of the time but desire input from masses a fraction of the time.
We are still waiting for the AI integration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maintaining a pipeline of deal flow for investment opportunites and and acting as a CRM for engagment with third parties
A game changer at work!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use automations to automate repetitive tasks to help save time and drive efficiences with employees. It is 'nicer' to use than Excel (and looks better), although it can't do all the same things as Excel to be fair.
It is MUCH easier to have multiple people looking at the same data and just create different Views, with different filters/sorting/grouping set up. Information is knowledge, knowledge is power... You can get a lot of info in one place on Airtable and easily link it, which means you only need to put it in one place, then link elsewhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations with the Interfaces, but these are getting better slowly. Some discrepancies with the Admin Panel (it is confusing as to who is an Editor of which Org Unit etc).
Need an expensive Editor license, even if you're someone that just needs to tick one Checkbox on one table! THey need to introduce another license that has restricted Editor rights (but I believe something might be coming).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with Workflows which involve multiple departments e.g. managing a Contract, as it is uploaded, then goes for Approval, then onto the next stage and so on.
Very useful tool for content, task & project management
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful and customizable tool for many use cases, facilitate collaboration between teams, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users could be overwhelmed by the possibilities & interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot to enhance collaboration and sharing between teams during projects or content creation

What do you dislike about the product?
