Airtable Makes Organizing Feel Effortless and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I like best about Airtable is how easy it makes organizing stuff without feeling like you’re stuck in a boring spreadsheet. You can start simple—just rows and columns—but then turn it into something way more powerful with linked records, different views, and even automations. It’s flexible enough that you can use it for anything: tracking projects, managing clients, or even planning personal things like trips or hobbies. The best part is that it feels lightweight and approachable, but still has the depth to grow with whatever you’re working on. It’s kind of like having a spreadsheet that decided to level up into a full-on productivity tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Airtable is that once you start building more complex setups, it can get a bit overwhelming and sometimes feels limited compared to a full database system. Features like advanced reporting or deeper automation often require third‑party integrations or paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re trying to keep things simple and cost‑effective. It’s great for flexibility, but scaling up can expose those gaps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the problem of scattered information and rigid tools that don’t adapt well to different workflows. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, project trackers, and separate databases, Airtable brings everything together in one flexible platform. For me, that means I can organize projects, track progress, and connect related data without needing multiple apps or complicated setups. It benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and giving me a clear view of what’s happening across different tasks. The ability to customize views—like switching between a grid, calendar, or kanban board—makes it easier to manage work the way I prefer, while still keeping everything centralized and easy to update.

It is a great way to organize all of the information you have into a usable management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far other than some automations break for unimportant reasons.

Allowing us to have one place to access donor information.

Simple Interface, Intuitive Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Airtable's simple interface and ease of use. Everything is instantaneous. Additionally, getting started was very easy thanks to the many tutorials available, and the software is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs sometimes because we store a lot of data, but overall it's excellent.

Dynamic and Flexible, But With a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how dynamic Airtable is. You can pretty much build anything you can dream of since it's super flexible. I also find it very smart, and the AI functionality is particularly helpful for those not super familiar with building components or architecting workflows. It really helps in getting ideas out of people's heads into functional workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve for people who are new to using Airtable. Navigation feels less intuitive. But once you start using it on a day-to-day basis, it really kind of becomes ingrained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable connects teams, keeps our data centralized as a source of truth, and is efficient for workflows. It's easy to connect to automations and APIs, automating workflows beyond what legacy solutions could do.
User-Friendly Interface with Excellent Custom Field Types in Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface and customised field types which is best service of airtable

Rapid customisation and seamless connectivity it integrate with apps like zapier, letting to trigger apps like google drive and slack
Versatile Views and Automation in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Airtable's multiple views because I can look at a grid, Kanban, and calendar gallery. It's super helpful since it lets different stakeholders see the same data in different ways they appreciate, like grids, Kanban boards, or calendar galleries, which helps them compare this to their work effort. Also, the automations are pretty good for handling those repetitive tasks in workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, pricing escalates quickly as my teams grow. The automations are strong, but sometimes it seems as though it's limited for complexities. And had to be careful on how you set up the permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps by providing multiple views like grid, Kanban, and calendar, allowing stakeholders to see data in their preferred format. It automates repetitive tasks, streamlines workflows, links records, and offers templates, which enhance efficiency.
Intuitive and Efficient Knowledge Hub Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use with Airtable. It's very easy to set up, add, and maintain whatever work needs to be done. The integration capabilities are also very useful, allowing me to fetch content from multiple sources and push alerts into others. The initial setup was extremely easy—I just had to sign up, and I got immediate access to the product. Once you're there, it's very easy and intuitive to work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes when it comes to having more customization to specific workflows or how data needs to be kept, it may be a little bit limiting. But overall, I think that is to be expected and this is just on a few edge cases which can have workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable as a knowledge hub, reducing the complexity of keeping a database and making it simple to maintain.
Airtable: A Michelin-Star Data Experience Beyond Excel
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Airtable the moment I realized I had exhausted everything Excel could offer. After countless attempts to force a database structure into spreadsheets, I finally found Airtable, and nearly ten years later, I’ve never looked back.
Airtable is incredibly easy to navigate at the start. If you’re stuck in Google Sheets or Excel, it feels like someone finally built the data layer for you, but with all the power and flexibility you always wished spreadsheets had.
I think of Airtable like a dinner at a three star Michelin restaurant. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience. You begin with something simple, almost understated, and then each course builds on the last. By the time you reach the main course, you’re fully immersed, and when you leave, you’re slightly stunned by what just happened.
That’s how Airtable works. You start with the data layer. Then come relationships, automations, interfaces, and forms, each adding depth and complexity, all thoughtfully constructed. It builds so naturally that your brain can’t help but want more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are only a few things I wish would get addressed, and I know they’re working on them, mostly Interface/UI improvements. One is the List view: I’d love the ability to lock the primary field. The other is bulk image downloading. That’s really it. I love pretty much everything about the platform, and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking to get more advanced and level up their internal data operations. 10/10 Stars!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves connectivity and cross-functional collaboration around product data across the entire company. It lets us operate with confidence and trust, and that’s the key for me: trusting the data and the process. The simplest way I can put it is that Airtable is the heartbeat of our company; it’s the engine. Now, with AI, specifically the agents, it’s helping us review and react faster. It’s added horsepower to our product operations, and it’s only getting faster, smarter, and more advanced.
Airtable: Lego-Like Flexibility to Build MVPs Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is like a collection of legos. You can buy a new set and have an MVP in hours, or you can tinker and make something truely unique and to your specifications. I love that we don't need to invest thousands in a handful of specialized tools that won't easily fit together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve can be challenging for less technical users. That's why it's very encouraging to see airtable investing so much time in their learning resources and product features like Interfaces that are more universally friendly. There are still some improvements to be made for accessibility, but they have published their plan to address them and are making improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The list is extensive! I database for applications and applicant funnel workflows. It's a database and tool for our asset management and reservation system. We use it for our internal project management system, marketing workflows, and co working space facilities management. We use it as a public facing portal for event registration and more.
