Certified Airtable Developer
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality. Interface. Capabilities. In particular, automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
LIMITS!!! Limits are EVERYWHERE with Airtable; limits that handicap the platform's amazing potential. For instance, limits on automation runs are simply ABSURD!
Limits on AI use is also an issue.
Besides, speed when you have to run automations on larger blocks of data is unacceptably slow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I build solutions for other companies.
We love Airtable!!
What do you like best about the product?
We have talked for years about developing an internal database, most likely in FileMaker Pro but never found a solution we were excited about. In under 4 weeks, we have 7 Bases, we use make.com to automate uploads directly to our Google Drive, we use the built in Agents to search for web articles and generate LinkedIn posts, and more!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to more robust integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created an internal database so every employee has access to information, rather than it living in department silos. It will be the main access point for our Google Drive, and run an automation to rename file names and upload documents directly into Google Drive (using make.com)
Advanced Yet Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is as advanced or as simple as you need it to be. It keeps our team organized across a multitude of projects, marketing initiatives, content, and more. I use it to keep vendor contracts in order, a schedule for emails, blog posts, and more. Comment back and forth to colleagues. It's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found many. Cross-linking things can sometimes be confusing, but that could be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content organization, team organization.

Great for managing recipes, ingredients, and costs in a small food business
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super intuitive and easy to use—even without any tech background. I’ve been able to build a clean, flexible system to manage everything from ingredients to recipes, all in one place. It’s like a smarter spreadsheet that actually makes sense for real operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little expensive if you’re a small business needing more records or advanced features. Would be great if there were more pricing options for solo founders or small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to manage all the data for my food manufacturing business. It helps me keep track of every ingredient, recipe, cost per batch, and even supplier details. I can monitor quality and stay on top of production costs, which is essential for staying profitable and consistent. It’s made running the backend of my bakery so much smoother and more professional—without needing a developer or custom software.
Excel on steroids with amazing developer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use a database easily by both technical and non technical people. It has helped tremendously to communicate ideas clearly between me and my non technical colleagues to understand data and visualize it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an amazing tool for MVPs, quick iteration over products or easy communication between tech and non-tech people but for me as we go for advanced use cases i would prefer other advanced solutions instead of Airtable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Airtable's ease of use, integration and being able to be edited both visually and programmatically allowing both technical and non-technical people to use it has been the major advantage in using it.
2. As startup people, it helped us in focusing more on our idea rather than implementation. Because of it's excel like structure, it's extremely easy for us to iterate and test ideas quickly.
3. For vibe coding Airtable is the best database one can use, not only the docs are easy to understand but almost every LLM out there has great knowledge about it resulting in very smooth experience while building apps using vibe coding.

Database & Collaboration. Market leader
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable views are a strong point. Being able to switch between grid, calendar, gallery, Kanban, and form views makes it easy to visualize and interact with data in different contexts. The real-time collaboration features work consistently, supporting simultaneous editing and commenting, which is essential for distributed teams
Airtable’s template library covers a broad range of use cases, project management, content calendars, CRM, inventory tracking, event planning, and more. This accelerates onboarding and reduces the time required to build workflows from scratch. The automation capabilities are robust, supporting custom trigger-action workflows and integrations with third-party tools like Zapier, which helps streamline repetitive tasks and connect Airtable to other business systems.
The relational database model is implemented in a user-friendly way. Linking records between tables is straightforward, enabling users to create complex data relationships without needing SQL knowledge. The permission system is granular, with user roles and access levels that can be tailored to different collaborators.
Airtable’s cloud-based architecture ensures accessibility from any device, and the mobile apps are well-designed for quick data entry and review on the go. The platform’s API and integration ecosystem make it extensible for more technical users or those who want to connect it with other SaaS tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced users might find the automation and integration features less flexible compared to dedicated workflow automation platforms, especially for highly complex or conditional logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has provided a centralized, flexible workspace for managing projects, tracking assets, and organizing information that previously lived in scattered spreadsheets, emails, or siloed tools. The ability to link related data across tables has replaced the need for manual cross-referencing and reduced errors from duplicated information.

Airtable solves the problem of rigid, hard-to-maintain spreadsheets and the complexity of traditional databases by offering a no-code platform that’s both powerful and easy to use.
It allows teams to build custom workflows, track structured data, and collaborate in real time without needing engineering support. The ability to link records, filter views, and automate tasks simplifies project tracking, reporting, and coordination across departments.

At the forefront of data management innovation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of all of our content, production timelines, and using automations to automatically push content through cross-platform teams in real-time has been transformative. I cannot speak highly enough about this tool and how it’s saved our company time, money, and given us the opportunity to scale up content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is being able to de-duplicate records in an easy and fast way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating one source of truth, keeping track of budgets and spending, tracking content production from concept to fruition, and integrating with other teams.
