Essential for Organized, Visual Documentation and Onboarding

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has become an essential tool for almost all of our documentation and a key part of our new client and new employee onboarding process. It's a great tool to keep documentation and processes organized as well as making it visual and easy to locate information whenever it is needed. We use Google Drive and other document sharing tools but everything is centralized in Airtable making it easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about it. Maybe they can improve on their guides and how to as it can be overwhelming for brand new users who haven't used Airtable since the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During new client onboarding and new employee onboarding training and inductions would normally take up a lot of time depending on the type of service being provided or the job title of the new incumbents. Airtable has helped us centralize all of our training resources including interactive guides and videos in a simple easy to follow self-training resource which has freed up the time for our CSM and our HR departments to do other vital things. It's easy to update it with new content and it helps us visually explain our different processes and departments.

Flexible No-Code Tool for Tracking Projects, Budgets, and Requests

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very flexible, low code, no code tool. In my department we use it to track all of our projects, to track budget, and may other things. We have created forms that feed our project dashboard so requests that come in are tracked, assigned, and managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many things that I dislike about Airtable. While it is no code, low code, it does take a bit of learning to build out certain aspects and sometimes, we are not able to do what we think we should be able to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a very flexible, low code, no code tool. In my department we use it to track all of our projects, to track budget, and may other things. We have created forms that feed our project dashboard so requests that come in are tracked, assigned, and managed.

Empowering and Easy-to-Use, but some AI features feel empty

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the cornerstone our project management workflows. I use Airtable professionally and personally for video project management at work, personal finance, and side project organization. It is a wonderful way to organize data that makes my professional and personal lives streamlined. I find Airtable very user-friendly, empowering me to create automatic workflows without needing coding knowledge. Having a 'source of truth' in data management gives me a sense of security. Creating workflows provides a feeling of satisfying creative self-expression, similar to my video editing work. The active Airtable community is helpful, often providing walkthroughs when I Google workflow questions. Airtable empowers me to live my most organized life. The initial setup was very easy, and I found it fun from the get-go, being satisfying and quick to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Record limits and automation limits can be frustrating. The new features with omni and field agents feel promising, but often I find more value in building a base manually. The airtable AI credits process is a bit confusing to follow, even though it's gotten better. Also, when omni builds a base, I often want to start from scratch, since many of the auto-generated fields seem irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for both work and personal projects, making data organization seamless. It's user-friendly, letting me create automatic workflows without coding knowledge. It empowers my personal and professional organization, providing security and creative satisfaction in managing workflows.

Airtable Makes Project Management Simple, Fast, and Frictionless

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is how easy it is to use. The user experience feels genuinely simple, intuitive, fast, and automated, so I can get things done without friction. Everything I need is in one place, without any hassle. Unlike other project management tools that can quickly feel overwhelming, Airtable keeps things straightforward and simplifies the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any issues or problems with it so far. It helps teams stay coordinated without turning project management into a full-time job. It also allows new team members to adapt quickly, which is a huge boost to productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an excellent project management tool that makes it easy to create projects and add team members to each one. It helps cut down on confusion, strengthens accountability, and makes sure important updates—such as health and safety notices—reach the right people quickly.

Best practices for data management

  • January 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable is that it displays data in a very accurate way and arranges it automatically. Many things are automated in it, so I don't have to do a lot of tasks. It also manages things very well and many things are then available automatically. Besides, I really like its offline availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a need for improvement in something, it is in its usage. New users might face some difficulty in using Airtable. It should be explained in detail to new users what happens when they do certain things. There was also some difficulty during the initial setup, such as taking time to understand some things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to keep data in one place and keep it secure, where it can be easily modified. It becomes easy to distribute data from Airtable to various departments and create groups, which also simplifies mathematical tasks.

Airtable: Powerful, Customizable, and Effortlessly Easy to Use

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a platform that brings the power of a database and the ease-of-use of a spreadsheet into one. It is highly configurable and easy to customize, so you can easily create workflows, views and automations without requiring a huge amount of technical knowledge. The different views (grid, kanban, calendar, gallery), great integrations and automation provide a robust tool for structuring information, working with a team and turning data into work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It starts getting pricey as you use more of it, especially if you require pro features or multiple collaborators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of scattered and manual data management by centralizing information into flexible, easy-to-use workflows. It helps me stay organised, improve visibility across projects, reduce manual effort through automation, and move faster without needing complex tools or engineering support.

Effortless Data Linking and Automation—Airtable Transforms Workflow

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike Excel, where data is just text in a cell, Airtable lets you link records. You can link a "Task" to a "Project" and a "Client," ensuring that if you update the client's name once, it updates everywhere across your entire system.

Powerful Automations: You can set up "if-this-then-that" rules without coding. For example: "When a checkbox is marked 'Done,' send a Slack message and email the client a PDF."
What do you dislike about the product?
Every Airtable plan has a hard limit on the number of rows (records) per base. On the Free plan, it's 1,000; even the paid "Team" plan ($20/mo) caps at 50,000. If you are tracking massive amounts of data, you will hit these limits quickly and the price will jump significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files are buried in email threads or scattered across Google Drive folders, making it hard to know which version of a document is final.

How Airtable Solves It: "Attachment" fields allow you to drop files (images, PDFs, CSVs) directly into a record.

The Benefit: Your data and your assets live together. If you're looking at a "Social Media Post" record, the actual image and the caption are right there in the same row.

Phenomenal Performance and Flawless Experience

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for what it is and it gets the job done in a phenomal way
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all at the moment - seems to have no bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Replaces spreadsheets that don’t scale
Spreadsheets break once you need automation, permissions, relationships, or real collaboration. Airtable keeps the simplicity of a spreadsheet but adds structure, logic, and reliability.
