What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a platform that brings the power of a database and the ease-of-use of a spreadsheet into one. It is highly configurable and easy to customize, so you can easily create workflows, views and automations without requiring a huge amount of technical knowledge. The different views (grid, kanban, calendar, gallery), great integrations and automation provide a robust tool for structuring information, working with a team and turning data into work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It starts getting pricey as you use more of it, especially if you require pro features or multiple collaborators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of scattered and manual data management by centralizing information into flexible, easy-to-use workflows. It helps me stay organised, improve visibility across projects, reduce manual effort through automation, and move faster without needing complex tools or engineering support.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike Excel, where data is just text in a cell, Airtable lets you link records. You can link a "Task" to a "Project" and a "Client," ensuring that if you update the client's name once, it updates everywhere across your entire system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Every Airtable plan has a hard limit on the number of rows (records) per base. On the Free plan, it's 1,000; even the paid "Team" plan ($20/mo) caps at 50,000. If you are tracking massive amounts of data, you will hit these limits quickly and the price will jump significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files are buried in email threads or scattered across Google Drive folders, making it hard to know which version of a document is final.
How Airtable Solves It: "Attachment" fields allow you to drop files (images, PDFs, CSVs) directly into a record.
The Benefit: Your data and your assets live together. If you're looking at a "Social Media Post" record, the actual image and the caption are right there in the same row.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the one place we collect all out leads, and students with the ability to filter, sort and create automation so we can provide better customer experience, very easy to use and integrates well with our forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not as great as the desktop application, a little hard to update leads

Airtable is used as our CRM, we collect the leads there as well as keeping our students records to give us visibility on their progress

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most advanced and smartest data management tool that I have ever used. As we have been using airtable from last 3 years and the AI based features that it has to organise and hold data on its cloud storage is on next level it is quite simple and easy to add different type of data which is done through table and sheets and get detailed Analytics when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As earlier we used to do all the data storage and sheets maintenance on MS Excel but after we have started airtable the overall monthly cost of maintaining the software has also increased and the complex user interface is challenging for us to teach about it's usability to our new interns. This is a modern and feature packed platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling our business data is one of the biggest operational challenge that we face on a daily basis and airtable makes sure that each and every data of our company is being maintained properly and stored without any manual maintenance. This platform make sure that each and every document is safe and stored properly and can be acessesd when needed.

I enjoy using AirTable as my project management system of choice. It stands out as my preferred platform because it is user-friendly, intuitive, and adapts well to my needs. The automations are not just impressive but also genuinely useful, allowing me to adjust to real-time changes in my organization's workflow with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software offers a wide range of integrations with email and instant messaging platforms, which is very useful. However, since our team relies on several different project management systems, I find myself wishing it could also connect with those. I know this might be a bit optimistic, but such integrations would make it even more valuable for our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable simplifies the process of launching and managing both short-term and long-term projects. It supports every stage, from client onboarding and regular check-ins to debriefs and finally offboarding once campaigns conclude for the quarter. I appreciate how it keeps all aspects organized, allowing me to easily see when a teammate is facing challenges or needs assistance. This helps make sure everyone remains aligned throughout the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the smartest spreadsheet that I have ever used in my life. It looks like an MS Excel or Google sheet but has much more advanced features. You can not only just organise the data on this platform but also automate repetitive task with the help of Airtable
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two main disadvantages that I faced while using airtable in my business and the first one is that it is not compatible in mobile view and if you try to access it in mobile device then you can go for the desktop version and it will open but then the other problem is that there are lots of features that woynt show in the desktop version when accessed from a mobile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software help us in assigning all of our staff regular work each and everyday and we are also able to track the percentage of work that they have completed every day so as a final result we are able to know what is the track record and monthly or weekly growth of our staffs through the digital board.

I like that Airtable replies within seconds, which is really helpful. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, it was ultra easy. I use the AI feature in it for solving math questions and other study-related tasks.

I don't like that it doesn't reply when it's needed. Just make every reply fast, not just a few replies.
