Love, Love, Love Airtable!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add all the pdf's, documents, links, literally everything to a cloud accessible in one place. I can then access on any device is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a reason or thing I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in education, Airtable allows me and my colleagues a spot to share and save our lessons plans in one centralized location. This has led to better collaborations.
One of the greatest experience
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! It's so smart, efficient, and functional, it always surprises me with its amazing features. The interface is very intuitive. The sharing options are wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view is not very "UI elaborated." I guess the premium calendar might be better, but the free version doesn't make me feel like using it.
Also, it could have a wizard to help setup the formulas in a table.

Organization. Team development. Goals achievement. Surveys. Task management. Documents library. Handy information at all times.

A spreadsheet on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is extremely useful when you have to gather and segment data in one place. The views and interfaces create a powerful experience. Our Product and Support Team love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a slight learning curve. You may need help from someone with an analytical mindset to create your first base - but once you wrap your head around it, it's getting easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us solve the problem of gathering and segmenting user feedback collected by our agents in hundreds of support conversations every day. Without it, we'd be lost in the noise. Airtable enables our Product Team to choose the most "popular" issues reported by users from specific segments, sizes, etc. We've adjusted our Product Roadmap based on the data gathered in Airtable.
We used it as a CRM, ATS, Scrum, Marketing Automation Tool . Simple and Beautiful.
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of automation can be built on top of itairtable. Can practically be customised for any function. It's got a very intuitive UI and a simple interface (like excel).
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're using it as a CRM, integrating the emails with contacts and giving a nice convenient view to read the entire email chain is difficult. You will most likely never enccounter this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying sales, making automations better, helping with reporting. Helping with agile and faster product development. It's multiple tools for us in one. Love using airtable.
Best database I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
It was very intuitive how to set up my database. I love that I could share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've loved to have been able to make a master database that others couldn't pull information into their own databases from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Her table was a great way for me to manage teaching ESL. I have also used it personally for tracking media.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize resulting in the most versatile software I own. I use it as a lead tracker and for inventory among other things.

There are so many choices. I can spend a lot of time to make a table perfect. Thanks

Besides pricing that is more than reasonable, I just really love the capabilities and ability to customize and automate. I recommend it to people all the time :)

Very little, would love to have the ability to resize column headers

As a creative and a solopreneur, Airtable has helped me to organize my brain and tasks. It also has removed a lot from my plate by using automations.

I love how we were able to build with Airtable. Starting with the free plan our business grew over the years & now we have the premium. Airtable helped us do that!

Most of the things I disliked have been changed or are in the process of being changed.

Easy to store, retrieve, & read information in many different formats.
A great and ease to use database

Airtable is easy to use, when you need all the power from a Google Sheets + Database. You can use it to financial analysis, project management, planner, journal or database
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe at fist, you will encounter a steep learning curve. And all the options can be distracting. To avid the impact of the blank screen you can search the Template Center
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a basic Google Sheets with a lot of data that needed to be connected. All kinds of data: status of items, cost and benefits, stocking and inventory. Very prone to fail and be unconnected. Airtable solves that and goes beyond.

I love that it's highly customizable, so it can be adapted to the specific needs of any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really! I use it for absolutely everything. I have converted DOZENS of colleagues and friends who become obsessed immediately.

Project management: I'm able to keep track of the projects that my employees are working on.
Contact management: It helps me maintain an organized database of contacts with detailed notes on each individual, plus tracking individual correspondence with each.
