is a powerful organizational tool that helps your own projects team projects across the company.
What do you like best about the product?
I love we can use kanban, calendar view, etc and also the way we can filter the views depending of the person needs when is a shared base, this is very helpful and the automations is another think I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way it seems when a lot of projects are listed because it is very noisy. However I know we can hide them or filter them to don't see that too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable help us to organize and collaborate on different projects across the entire company, which is great to have the capability, also the way we can do forms and receive the answers to the bases
Accomplishing more in less time and evolving my proficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
Simple data entry method with email automation to cut back on my time doing senseless emails. The level of customizable organization sections I can create provides me great insight for my next steps as a account rep, not to mention in my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. I am still learning how much this program can do and need to do more on these Webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep who also runs his own marketing, the data that's being collected is allowing me the insight to discover where I can and need to place more emphasis on either new or existing clients.
Makes my life so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to manage the production of a quarterly magazine. It makes it so incredibly easy for me to assign articles and deadlines, keep track of progress, and maintain a database of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Airtable is that you can't archive bases or put them into folders. I typically create a new base for every new issue of the magazine, and it would be ideal to be able to archive them once an issue is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable's ability to filter and tag team members makes it so much better than Google Sheets or similar for keeping track of projects and maintaining databases.
Customizable for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to maintain my customer list, inventory, sales records, shipping, and expenses for my small business. I love that I can tailor it specifically to my needs - for example, tracking vendor events and linking sales and inventory for a specific event, or tracking customer order history, patterns, and likes/dislikes. I also love that I can create grid views for a variety of conditions so I can view the current state of my business from different perspectives, from sales to inventory to cash flow to frequency of purchases from individual customers. Lastly, I love that I can access Airtable on my computer where I do most of my work, but also on mobile devices when I'm on the go and need access to information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to customizing it to suit your needs. That's just the nature of something that is so infinitely customizable, but it's good to recognize that it will take a little bit of time to learn how to get it set up specifically to your needs. It's not difficult, but does take some time and practice. However, if you know someone that is in a similar situation using Airtable, you can share bases with others and get a head start that way. There are also starter examples that are very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to run my business from anywhere. I particularly like that even when I am on the go, if I get a message from a customer asking if they'd ordered a specific item in the past, or if I can remind them of their tracking number, and I'm away from the office, I can look it up easily on the mobile app and get back to that customer right away. It helps me to be more efficient and gives me more flexibility in how and where I work my business.
Most Versatile App
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility! Whether sorting or analyzing data, organizing a project, creating a workflow, and more - you can do it all in AirTable. It is user friendly and they keep adding great and beneficial features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the text in long text fields don't wrap or that you don't have the option to wrap, and of course the pricing plans. I wish it wasn't per base - it gets expensive quickly when you have multiple clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable allows us to gather, sort and organize large quantities of data, across multiple teams and project steps all in one place. One table with many views - one for each specfic need. So easy! So flexible!
Simple yet technological advanced platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's free version and secondly the affordable pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't support traditional SQL language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am offering giftcards for m'y POS clients, mostly small businesses. I am glad I found a platform that has generously free version
Airtable keeps my business organized
What do you like best about the product?
We are a virtual art gallery, and we are able to use Airtable to keep all of the artwork that comes into our gallery in one place. We use forms to allow artists to upload their artwork straight to the database, and I can give guest jurors access to choose the art for shows. I can then use the databases when I'm uploading the artwork to our website and our 3-D gallery, clicking check boxes for each step. It really keeps things seamless and organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with forms that give artists error messages when they hit "submit," even though the information has made it into the database. I would love for the form process to be a bit less buggy, and if people could somehow save their responses to come back to later, that would be fantastic, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The art world is full of disorganized people, and Airtable keeps us organized! We are able to allow artists to upload their artwork straight to the database without having to input it ourselves, and we have been pleased with how easy it is for our jurors to come in and organize the art using the KanBan view into "Yes" "No" and "Maybe", especially since most of our jurors have never even heard of Airtable before we bring them in!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great all round CRM tool that makes managing projects and a team a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
For social media management, I find it difficult that there isn't a way to create an editable social image grid (currently using gallery view).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps solve the organisation, team collaboration and workflow aspects of project management. The automations are especially helpful to streamline processes.
Best user interface ever. Every growing functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is one of the best things about Airtable. It is just so incredibly easy to use, even with functionality that is quite powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat difficult to see visibility into who all we are paying for each month.

Airtable helps to bring data organization to "the masses".

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to organize & update my data! I have my small business social media plan, all my business assets, my quarterly & annual planning & my personal budget in Airtab'e. I add or change fields easily as I go & it's rasy to upload data from CSV or excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to figure out rollup & lookup fields. They have tutorials, but they're focused on examples that didn't relate to what I need to use them for and the way they explained it wasn't universal enough. But with patience it's possible to get there.
They also have a poor mobile interface. Not all features are available on phone & tablet, which is extremely annoying as this is where I do most of my work.

No more searching through piles of disorganized Google Sheets or document files! All my info is at my fingertips. Easy to connect different kind of data however I need it.
