What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to create forms for my research studies and for employees to rate their experience in the company. I love the great onboarding and find the platform very easy to use. The interface is interactive, allowing dynamic questions that users really enjoy and trust. Airtable's customer service is amazing, and I appreciate how easy it is to create forms and design dynamic questions. The UX/UI design is much better than Google Forms, and I like that field controls depend on user choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Airtable to learn from my previous answers to some fields or other fields that may be relevant when applying for grants or accelerator applications and try to fill it using AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to create dynamic, interactive forms for research and employee feedback. It solves the issue of static forms and offers AI-enabled insights, changing form dynamics effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I like best about Airtable is how easy it makes organizing stuff without feeling like you’re stuck in a boring spreadsheet. You can start simple—just rows and columns—but then turn it into something way more powerful with linked records, different views, and even automations. It’s flexible enough that you can use it for anything: tracking projects, managing clients, or even planning personal things like trips or hobbies. The best part is that it feels lightweight and approachable, but still has the depth to grow with whatever you’re working on. It’s kind of like having a spreadsheet that decided to level up into a full-on productivity tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Airtable is that once you start building more complex setups, it can get a bit overwhelming and sometimes feels limited compared to a full database system. Features like advanced reporting or deeper automation often require third‑party integrations or paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re trying to keep things simple and cost‑effective. It’s great for flexibility, but scaling up can expose those gaps

Airtable is solving the problem of scattered information and rigid tools that don’t adapt well to different workflows. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, project trackers, and separate databases, Airtable brings everything together in one flexible platform. For me, that means I can organize projects, track progress, and connect related data without needing multiple apps or complicated setups. It benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and giving me a clear view of what’s happening across different tasks. The ability to customize views—like switching between a grid, calendar, or kanban board—makes it easier to manage work the way I prefer, while still keeping everything centralized and easy to update.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Airtable's simple interface and ease of use. Everything is instantaneous. Additionally, getting started was very easy thanks to the many tutorials available, and the software is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs sometimes because we store a lot of data, but overall it's excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easier for me to manage my stock and track the progress of my orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Airtable for keeping client information neat and making it easy to access for multiple departments. I like the customizable layouts, and being able to make personal and shared views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the formulas and syncs could be improved as they don't always work like they should. When making new pages in my Airtable spaces some of the pages do not sync correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Airtable for its data management and automation which has cut down the manual work of maintaining spreadsheets. The ability to switch between different grids to view data in various forms is the best feature. The initial setup was quite simple, and it took about seven days to be fully functional for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us the pricing of this tool was really on higher side and it was difficult to manage the expenses in the long run.

I use Airtable for managing leads and customer information, simplifying data automation, and reducing manual spreadsheet work. It aids in team collaboration and allows switching between grids to view data in different forms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you have one side with all the data, and the other one where you can make graphs and analyze this data. You can truly extract reliable information from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any point that I dislike especially. The app is really well designed and user friendly so I have nothing to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Airtable, it was almost impossible to maintain a trustworthy database, so adopting it became one of the biggest improvements for the company. On top of that, it connects with multiple other platforms and is easy to integrate, which is a real plus when you run an online store.
