Airtable’s constant evolution in development has helped our workflow evolve to increase efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
Automations changing how I do things on a daily basis. It's has really mimimize the $10 tasks I have to do each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Single downside of airtable is the comments feature. I wish the comments that only pertained to me showed up, I.e. if someone mentions me. Would reduce clutter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving leaving any jobs behind. Once a job is in our workflow it can't be lost whereas before we had it and everything on paper, jobs were lost constantly.
An incredible customizable tool for a million different business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Customization and templates - since almost anything is built with a simple grid spreadsheet, the power of airtable is endless to create the tool you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Or, I suppose that I can't enter text freely the way I can in Excel - you can't enter a random note inside an integer-only field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use airtable as a CRM that helps with grant reporting on the dozens of events and activities we manage. The personal views and ability to group and sort based on the data I'm looking for at any given moment is one of the highlights.
Flexible, cost-efficient and expandable
What do you like best about the product?
Expandability and adaptability - Airtable can be adapted to whatever database needs you can think of to throw at it — it's so flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not a lot. I can't think of a single thing I dislike about Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for many things - as a CRM, as a record of my invoices, as a way of keeping tabs on projects and podcasts. So many things.
Great Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of multi uses. It's great to be able to manage multiple aspects of my business in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike this but I had to see how multiple people/organizations use the tool so I can use it best.

Organization, collaboration, and project management.
One of the best CRM services out there.

I work with Academic Programs and many students, so Airtable allows me to track everything.
Fantastic software that makes my life so much easier!

I love the ability to upload files as attachments into a cell. I also love the ability to share different views with different people as needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only downside to airtable is the cost/structure of the paid options. It's pretty pricey for a small team, but the free version is very powerful as well and provides a lot of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we do a lot of content marketing, so having big databases of all the content viewable and accessible at a filterable glance that multiple collaborators van view and interact with is a life saver.
Airtable is a Robust Tool and a Total Game Changer for My Team
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is flexible and has integrations with just about any tool/API you can think of. I'm not being facetious when I say my team has been able to build every workflow we've envisioned and then some.
What do you dislike about the product?
Barrier to entry is pretty high. My entire team uses Airtable daily now but when we started adoption there was a lot of hesitation/confusion/anxiety over how much there was to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving many manual touchpoints for my team that works exclusively with creating and delivering content at high volumes. We've saved a ton of time and found ways to implement automated QA and pass/fail checks that have also increased the happiness of our clients.

The user friendliness of the base interface overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation functions require more than basic knowledge of office or gsuite tools.

Adding additional functionality to the page designer app.
Everything is organized in one place and data can be used for multiple applications.

The changes in real-time when other team members are working on records.

We can't bulk download. Can't group and download multiple attachments at once.

Flexible database right in your hands
What do you like best about the product?
What I can do is NOT limited to only what I can imagine - Airtable has great templates & suggestions for getting started and for making whatever I want to track more insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many choices. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it really is an open field of possibilities! I would like a few more diverse templates to help get started with a new database.

I use Airtable to track my coaching clients, track progress against my sports milestones & goals, and record performance in different areas of my life. It's helping me track revenue across all my clients.
