What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity, many apps have one-to-one video features, but none of them have so many useful pointers that allow you to guide as well as troubleshoot others
What do you dislike about the product?
Having such a useful piece of software as a standalone rather than integrated into the main TeamViewer app is a bit of a bummer since not many are willing to keep apps on their phone that they won't be using very often. However, when it is necessary it definitely comes in handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This particular app has helped me in so many ways, with the way it handles depth perception, it has allowed me to accurately relay instructions for tasks assigned to others out in the fields, as well as in my personal life, assisting elderly people that have difficulties understanding some technologies, or visually impaired due to age.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of things I like about about Teamviewer but the if I talk about any particular thing so i will definetly talk about the frequency of the application as in there are very less glitches in netwroking as compare to other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think,it can come with more side helping tools and features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a company where i have to work with the IT support team and the branches of my office are scattered in a lot of cities in different states so whenever anyone in my co worker or anyone faces any issues related to IT kind of stuff and if the are in other place and I am not able to go to their place, in these kind of situations I always use TeaamViewerwhich is very useful in this situation as it becomes very easy to understand their problems and tell them the right solution according to the solution which I can see and understand clearly

Its super easy to use & very helpful in this remote working enviromnet to provide support to each other.

Sometimes it just bails into working but otherwise no complaints

in this new era of remote working, TeamViewer Assist AR has been really helpful in providing the support, either its from IT, other departments, even with colleagues.

The biggest feature of teamviewer-assist-ar is that we save time and personnel because it provides remote guidance. In addition, it quickly solves the problems of the personnel in the field thanks to remote 3D video support. It provides faster communication between the end user and the technician.

When ever my associates would have issuesm using team viewer IT will connect real time and fix the issue right away. it helps alot in saving productivity of our floor and specially for agents working from home.

Sometimes the team viewer code needs to be refreshed and it can give some technical issues there.

It is solving my agents VPN issues, browsers issues, and other techinical difficulties with the softwares we use on our day to day work
