The best part about Xoxoday is the span of products it has and the offerings each one of them provide.

There is nothing that I dislike per-say, but if I had to be very very critical then I suppose they can improve a bit on their CSM bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday's product Compass is giving me and my teammates much better insights in our company's sales performance. Its rewards and recognition programs are also very well received at my organisation.

For some options the rewards are specified to denominations instead of free hand.

The most helpful thing about Xoxoday is there are to many vouchers of too many countries and its easy to operate. I use it frequently. The implementation of voucher is easy.

the least helpful thing about Xoxoday is it crashes too much and we have to wait until 24 hours to solve that problem.

The problem im facing is, finding different types of vouchers we can get it on single platform that is too much benificial to me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Xoxoday makes the rewards experience so easy and fun. There are a lot of different choices on the platform, from gift cards to experiences, which makes it feel like it was made just for you. I also like how easy it is to use and how quickly I can get my rewards. It's a great way to feel like you matter and are important. From an admin's point of view, Xoxoday is great because it can be changed and grown. It makes it easier to run employee recognition and reward programs by giving you powerful analytics and customization options. The ability to automate workflows and work with our current HR systems saves time and makes sure that everything is done the same way every time. Also, the support team is quick to respond and takes the initiative, which makes implementation and ongoing management easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Xoxoday is a great place, there are some things that could be better. The overall experience is bad for the user when the redemption process is slow (Some vouchers take longer time to be get generated) or limited by regional restrictions. I think the platform needs more customizable reporting and better ways to connect with internal systems as an admin. Also, when things are busy, it can take longer for support to respond, which can make problems take longer to fix.

Xoxoday is helping with the problem of keeping employees engaged and managing rewards more easily. As a user, it makes recognition feel personal and timely (Via Personalized messaged options), which boosts morale and motivation. As an admin, it makes it easier to run rewards programs, automates tasks, and gives you information through analytics (Like Reward Utilization, status etc).
