What do you like best about the product?
The quick resolution and caring about the issues to resolve without delay and undividend attention towards the problem. We are so much glad to get the support whenever we face issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be available in non business days well. There is no much about dislikes as we get instant support. That is only thing bothering us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we face issues about submitting order or if that doesn't redeem correctly, once we create a ticket support team will provide the necessary guidelines to resolve the issue and excellent support. So we have confidence that the bravo wont go into drain and no stress ever if we face any issue.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a wonderful rewards and recognition platform. Very easy to use and interactive at the same time. We recently used the platform to share Diwali gift cards and the ease with which we could send the gifts was incredible.

To top it up, the product is backed by a great support team who are super responsive. In a nutshell, it is a wonderful experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails which are sent from the system are not impressive. The team needs to work on that aspect.

This tool helps in rewards and recognition program of the organisation

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is quite simple & ease to use. This includes several awards, personal awards, Milestone, Thank you cards etc.

Reminders sent through the system to use the points. Any unused points are not wasted and available in the wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but reporting part can be bit improved

All the R&R is on common platform, just load the wallet when required which helps to manage budgets

Xoxoday Empuls gives the best brand offers online. The website is easy to use.
In case of any issue with the purchase, customer support is at its best. provides support around the clock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can include specific offers even drilled through. Example: Amazon Prime voucher is available only for annual plan. May try to add a 3-month plan for the purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides the best brand offers like no other place provides these offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is designed to be very intuitive for the user and there are hardly any bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The point that I need to open a post to write a comment doesn't make sense. Most posts can be fully understood from the preview so allow users to type their comments from their explore wall instead of opening the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can read about colleague achievements and appreciations all at one place and also reward colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Empuls tool allows me to actively interact with my colleagues using polls, discussions, posts, comments and helps me to keep myself updated with the important things going on in my company. It also offers a wide range of rewards which to be honest is the best part which i like about empuls. The user interface is so good that it makes it easy to use. Anyone can easily post on the app and take part in various feedbacks and polls. As a user I'm using empuls daily to keep myself updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of emplus is that while purchasing gift cards it doesn't gives the option to pay via debit or credit card. Apart from this every thing works like a charm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem empuls is solving for me is that it keeps me updated about birthdays, anniversary, work anniversary of my colleagues. It allows me to recognize and appreciate my team members. It also has lot of rewards to choose from. It helps me to put my point of view on a topic with all my colleagues.
