Empuls is an awesome platform, it's like a social media at work.
What do you like best about the product?
The Ease of use of the platform nowadays are not that hard to get by. It has a lot of features like work recognition to clubs that help employee enjoy work life balance. The customer support is great! They will make sure that everything will be okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hope they will find a way to exchange the point with less charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with communication and recognition at work.

Employee R&R
Excellent employee engagement solution, especially for larger and/or fully remote companies
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a "town square" or "break room" for employees to openly chat and to sing each other's praises. Really helps with employee engagement when users are siloed from each other due to various structural reasons. Rewarding users for their hard work with gift cards and other awards is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit daunting to get all your users into the system and avoid bringing in users that shouldn't have access to the program (contractors, part-time employees, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting fellow employees know when someone needs to be celebrated because they hit a milestone (7-year work anniversary) or went above and beyond on a project can be time consuming and difficult to time with other work responsibilities. Making it as simple as making a "social media" post really helps with the experience.

I liked the gift card options, there were a lot to pick from

Their support team never gets back to you, when they do they ask to hop on a call with you and try to upsell you. I had to follow up many times to get answers to simple questions.
The gift cards say they can be redeemed online or in stores but usually they're online only.

it is user friendly, The customer support shows resilience in handling issues and ensure customers feel heard and acknowledged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delay in proccesing orders, but its a techinal issue where it is uncontrollable sometimes, but felt glad when the issue was resolved.

Customer support helps me of my issue regarding conversion of points into Gcash.where i was being updated of the current situation and resolution is immediate.

The quick resolution and caring about the issues to resolve without delay and undividend attention towards the problem. We are so much glad to get the support whenever we face issues.

It should be available in non business days well. There is no much about dislikes as we get instant support. That is only thing bothering us.

Whenever we face issues about submitting order or if that doesn't redeem correctly, once we create a ticket support team will provide the necessary guidelines to resolve the issue and excellent support. So we have confidence that the bravo wont go into drain and no stress ever if we face any issue.

You should have a calling feature. sometimes it's hard to communicate over emails.

Wonderful Rewards Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is a wonderful rewards and recognition platform. Very easy to use and interactive at the same time. We recently used the platform to share Diwali gift cards and the ease with which we could send the gifts was incredible.
To top it up, the product is backed by a great support team who are super responsive. In a nutshell, it is a wonderful experience.
