It's a good place to show your appreciation and motivate collegues.
What do you like best about the product?
It reminds me of new colleagues joining in, their birthdays, and work anniversaries. It helps me to see who is doing what.
What do you dislike about the product?
For budget allocations and disbursements, i will have to request additional points. Rewards issuance is not that very clear.

Quick survey, opinion sent to employees. Recognition things are so simple now.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very convenient to use and makes it easy to purchase gift cards. There are many partner sites, most of which are relevant to us. Also, it makes appreciating and recognizing your colleagues very simple with the awesome default templates. The overall interface is colorful and vibrant, making it appealing to the eyes. Quick delivery of rewards and updates is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization chart is not easy to access, and introducing Amazon pay gift cards would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps people bridge the gap between employees by providing a platform to recognize others' hard work and give them due recognition. Rewards and recognition motivate people to do better and engage more proactively.

- Teams feature to do a closed engagement within team.
- Leaderboard and Townhall to ensure regular recognition as teams often forget to follow this in discipline.

Best platform I have seen for employee engagement and building community.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes about Xoxoday. I would suggest the team to short the name to Xoxoday instead of Xoxoday Empuls.

Getting updates regarding Celebrations, Rewards, Recognitions and a lot of activities. All at one place. Really amazing.

We get gifts , in form of vouchers and other offers for different ecommerce websites and it also keeps reminding that you have certain no. of coins when you will be rewarded or when you send your points to someone . It makes us happy

Nothing as such , but if it offers some coins and offers from thier side it will be great in some festivals like New year & christmas . If a person is not using they can increase their coins or coins are always given by organization .

No idea i have about this but one thing is good they have integrated in Microsoft teams , this is a rmarkable step in the use which keep reminding you .

Xoxoday Empuls enables a user to appreciate employees in an effective manner, including the latest trends like hashtags and gifs on a platform that extends across the organization flatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface needs to be improved more in terms of user interaction and visuals. Also, the assertion and the value of awards received on Xoxoday Empuls are not showcased on LinkedIn as in Xoxoday Empuls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gap in connecting, communicating, and rewarding employees was the problem statement I would face. Xoxoday Empuls provides a platform bridging this gap and enables me to appreciate, reward, and provide recognition to my colleagues.
